• Kristina (7/5): - Die U Bahnnähe, die Nähe zur Stadt, das die Unterkunft sehr ruhig war, das eine Kaffeemaschine und 2 Kapseln Kaffee zur Verfügung gestellt wurden.
• Mary (9/5): - The property was in a great location and clean and came equipped with everything you would need. The host was also friendly and responsive. Affordable parking was near by. Keep in mind that parking is indeed very close around the property but this is referring to driving distance and you will need to take public transport for a one stop to get back to the apartment.

• Sarah (8/5): Great value for money, and great location. - Clean. Good Location. comfy bed. Coffee machine with 2 capsules. Spar is a couple of minutes walk. Easy communication with host, and they sent instructions with pictures and everything was clear. Dish washer. Shower head can’t be hung, so you have to hold it while taking a shower. Window blinds are broke so you would need sleep eye mask if you like total darkness.

• Petra (8/5): Goede prijs voor ruim en schoon appartement op leuke plek - De locatie is fantastisch, in een leuke buurt op loopafstand van het centrum (15 minuten). Het appartement ligt in een rustig complex in een rustige buurt. Het heeft een erg ruime zit/slaapkamer, een keuken en badkamer. De communicatie met de verhuurders ging zeer vlot. prima prijs/kwaliteit. Er ontbraken wat dingen in de keuken, met name wat betreft bestek en servies. Dit is geen enorm probleem, tenzij je verwacht vaak in de woning te eten.
• Ralf B+ (9/5): Very nice, as expected - + nice neighbourhood, extremely quiet (but I visited during the summer break) but with shops and restaurants + very good connection to the centre and sights + finding the key, the apartment etc was no problem at all + quite responsive host + perfect table for a (laptop) workcation + excellent WIFI + basic furniture, comfortable bed - the apartment shows signs of wear and tear - furniture is somewhat carelessly arranged

• Jean-Philippe (2/5): À éviter - Le logement est bien situé: près du centre, mais dans un quartier plutôt tranquille. La communication avec l'hôte était horrible: il répondait à peine sur la messagerie du site ou même à sa messagerie téléphonique, il a fallu l'appeler sur WhatsApp pour enfin avoir une réponse. Après cela, la discussion a eu lieu sur WhatsApp, parfois à travers des messages éphémères, ce qui est douteux. Ceci est doublement un problème du fait que la clef n'est pas évidente à trouver. Et ce n'est pas comme si l'hôte pouvait venir aider s'il y a un problème, puisqu'il vit dans un autre pays. Au-delà de cela, le logement n'était vraiment pas dans l'état qui avait été présenté. D'un côté, le logement était beaucoup plus petit que les photos semblent l'indiquer (essentiellement, c'est seulement une petite cuisine et un salon, dans lequel il y a un lit et un sofa). De l'autre côté, beaucoup de l'équipement était en piètre état, p.ex. la porte du congélateur ne fermait plus complètement et les lumières au plafond étaient sur le point de tomber (voir photos ci-jointes). En plus de cela, le ménage laissait à désirer (voir autres photos) et j'ai vu une coquerelle le jour de mon départ, que j'ai réussi à tuer heureusement.

• Alen (9/5): Great Location and Price, Simple Comforts - I really appreciated the location of the apartment; it’s in a very calm and quiet neighborhood, which made my stay relaxing. It’s also exceptionally close to both the metro and tram stations, as well as several restaurants, and markets.The apartment itself was quite spacious, warm and clean, with only minor exceptions. The bed was very comfortable, and I was particularly impressed with the fast and reliable Internet. The general building was clean and well-maintained, adding to the positive experience. Additionally, the host was excellent; polite, clear in communication via WhatsApp, and very helpful while also respecting my privacy. There were a few aspects that could be improved. The cleanliness in certain areas was lacking, such as a dusty light fixture in the kitchen, dust on top of the mirror cabinet in the bathroom, and a slightly dirty couch in the living room. The drain in the bathtub was very slow, which made it inconvenient to use, and the shower hose was damaged, causing water to spray around. The windows had broken blinds, and the living room felt a bit empty and unrefined, with bare walls and minimal decor. I also found the number of sockets insufficient, particularly near the bed, where having one would have been useful. Finally, the lighting in the room was somewhat dim and could be improved for a cozier atmosphere. Overall, I had a pleasant stay but feel that addressing these minor issues would greatly enhance the experience.

• Radu (10/5): Exceptional - The apartament was beautiful, with all the facilities you could need, very cozy and silent streets around, easy to find and pretty easy to get to the city center. The bathroom was clean and big, very clean room and a very nice kitchen with all you need, I would definetly recommend and come back if I have the chance. There was no air conditioning and the windows didn't have a net, but there were no mosquitos so you could let the window open at night and it wasn't that hot.

• Roger (8/5): Very good - Information on finding key safe could have been more prominent. Kitchen could have been better equipped. Location is excellent - we were able to walk everywhere and the district has great shops and restaurants. Owner was helpful and friendly.
• Timo (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect location, many attractions, restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The 1st district is also in a walking distance. Quiet place. The kitchen is not too well equipped but good enough to prepare a meal. I am not sure why previous visitors rated this place so high regarding cleanliness. Some pieces of furniture have disgusting stains as if they have never been cleaned. I am not sure why but the air in the flat is unplesantly stuffy and moist and one senses it every time when entering. Keeping windows open does not improve it either. Lighting conditions in the living room/bedroom are terrible. There are two very dim lightbulbs hanging from the ceiling and that’s it. There is one floor lamp but it is broken and can fall over (and is a hazard and can hurt, so be aware if you have toddlers). So no light to read or work in the evening, no bedside lamp. There is only one free power socket in the living room in an inconvenient location and no extension cords or multisockets, so very limited options to charge your phone, laptop, camera etc. Shower head holder is broken. Shower hose is broken.

• Hall (8/5): Perfect for young solo or duo travelor(s) - Location was excellent. Apartment was styled cutely. Great for hanging out at the end of the day. The blinds were broken and finicky. The kitchen is nice, but missing some cookware that is necessary for most cooking
• Duru (10/5): Good location, host, and pleasant stay. - The location was very convenient, it was a very calm area, it was close to different types of transportations like metro and tram stations. The house was clean and was exactly like the pictures given in the website. The host was helpful and kind. The instructions to find the key were very clear.
• Carlos (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is in a quiet zone, but easily accesible since it is close to metro and tramway stations. Communication with the owner was excellent, very fluid. Nothing to say here, everything was perfect.
• Alexander (10/5): Only good impressions. worth the money you pay for feeling home - Manager all the time was available, supplied with photo/video instructions, were no troubles in getting keys, check-in, and check-out, many thanks for recommendations for the places/restaurants to visit and see in Vienna, in PM or voice call by messenger whenever you need (special thanks for this))). Apartments close to metro station and tram stop, so it was easy to get any part of the city and return back, this is essential in exploring city in several days. Supermarket in couple hundreds meters. And what about "Your sunny home" that's true - we've felt like a home, cooking, having rest and using all the staff Have no idea, maybe for those who don't like children - you can be woken up by children voices around 9AM from opened window, as kindergarten placed somewhere near))
