• Larissa (1/5): Katastrophaler Start in den Urlaub - Der Gastgeber war am Anreisetag nicht erreichbar, er hat uns keinen Code für die Schlüsselbox zukommen lassen. Booking.com musste die Buchung stornieren und hat uns eine andere Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt. Es hat bis Nacht 22:30 gedauert bis wir eine andere Unterkunft hatten. Wir haben nie wieder etwas von diesem Gastgeber gehört. Ich würde nicht empfehlen bei diesem Gastgeber zu buchen.

• Jerzy M (9/5): Bardzo duży i komfortowy apartament dla 8 osób - Bardzo duży i komfortowy apartament, który faktycznie spokojnie pomieści 8 osób. Do dyspozycji 4 sypialnie i aneks kuchenny. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem i zameldowanie do obiektu przy pomocy klucza/skrytki na klucze - o dowolnej porze. Na środku apartamentu jest łazienka, do której prowadzą dwa wejścia. Łazienka duża, ale niewyciszona - przez co może sprawiać mały dyskomfort przy mieszkaniu ze znajomymi. Trzeba zorganizować się w kwestii wejść do łazienki. W weekend bezproblemowe parkowanie przy ulicy. Na jedną noc bardzo dobry obiekt. -

• Dimitri (4/5): Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen - Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Lage zentral. Die Betten waren bequem. Das check in + out war bequem Die Wohnung war ungemütlich. Sie hatte keine richtige Chill Area. Ein Zimmer, wo auch der Tv war, waren couches, stühle und Tische aber alles war ungemütlich. Die ganze Wohnung war lieblos eingerichtet. Der Tv hatte keinen Empfang Der Wasserkocher war voller Kalk. Das WC hatte einfach eine kaputte Klobrille und sie hat gewackelt. Sowas zu ersetzen kosten 10 € und 5 Minuten Arbeit Für 970 € für 3 Tage kann man mehr erwarten

• Cédric (10/5): Un séjour au top - Top, l’entrée dans l’appart est agréable avec tout bien rangé, le logement est proche du parking P+R qui nous a couté 15€ pour 3 jours et surtout le logement est à côté des transports donc très facile d’aller au centre ville et de rentrer même après 23h, ou au pire un Uber depuis le centre coûte environ 15€, il y a un magasin juste en face et le quartier est calme, l’appartement bien isolé, propre et accueillant, avec tous les équipements à disposition (serviettes, machine à café, vaisselle, 8 chaises etc.), la boîte à clef est pratique et permet une arrivée autonome à n’importe quelle heure (après 16h). Tout était parfait, juste une chambre et les toilettes qui refroidissent très vite donc pensez à emmener un sac de couchage! (Même si des draps et couettes étaient fournis)

I think we would have preferred a more central location, although chose this due to my daughter studying in Vienna this year and living close-by. We could have done with a few more glasses. Neither detracted from our stay, we enjoyed every minute, thank you x

• Agata (8/5): Apartament generalnie ok, czysto, łóżka wygodne i przestronne pokoje. - Bardzo wygodne łóżka, przestronny apartament. Tylko 1 toaleta co przy kilku osobach było mocno uciążliwe. Bardzo mała kuchnia i mało miejsca jeśli ktoś chciałby przygotowywać posiłek.

• Steffen (6/5): Die Wohnung in Wien war groß und sauber, aber einfach eingerichtet, teils reparaturbedürftig, in ruhiger Umgebung nahe d - Groß und Sauber. Ca. 10 Minuten bis zur U-Bahn Station. Spartanische Ausstattung. Einige Reparaturen notwendig ( Steckdose locker, Toilettenbrille defekt). Bei der Waschtischarmatur Warmwasser mit Kaltwasser vertauscht. Da es keinen Check-in gibt ist man gezwungen seine Ausweisdokumente per Messenger zu senden, um den Zugangscode für die Unterkunft zu erhalten. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung.

• Anna (7/5): Średni - Mieszkanie okej jak na jedną noc. Słabe wyposażenie, niezbyt ciekawa okolica, niezbyt czysto, wszędzie dużo kurzu, wanna była brudna. Bardzo słychać sąsiadów. Właściciel żąda wysłania zdjęć dowodów osobistych inaczej nie chce podać kodu do drzwi, to nie był nasz pierwszy nocleg w Austrii a po raz pierwszy się z tym spotkaliśmy.

Check-in is from 16.00 which is a bit late for some, despite that the appartment was still being cleaned when we arrived.

• Mario (1/5): Jako nesiguran objekt. - Lokacija i veličina apartmana. U 22h navečer dok smo bili u apartmanu ulazi još jedna obitelj i tvrde da su oni rezervirali apartman. Ne znam od kuda im ključ. Nakon kontaktiranja vlasnika odlaze. Nitko da se ispriča. Sta bi bilo da nismo bili u apartmanu. Svakako nesigurno. Kuhinja i kupaona neopremljeni dovoljno. Nema klime.
• Viktor (5/5): В жару не рекомендую, камера пыток. - Довольно просторно. Сначала обманули с бесплатной парковкой. Паркинг платный в километре от места проживания! Не могли попасть во внутрь из-за кодового замка на входной двери в здание,прислали не верный код. Когда попросили прислать код службу поддержки, начали отписывать смски типо пришлите нам копии паспортов всей семьи т.д. В итоге с божьей помощью попали вовнутрь здания, лифт не работал,квартира была ужасно душной,небыло кондиционера,хоть бы вентилятор какой поставили.. В туалете небыло туалетной бумаги. Также нехватило подушек.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, miałem drobne kłopoty z WiFi, które zostały szybko rozwiązane. Parking - blisko P+R Kuchnia i łazienka są przechodnie, przy krótkim pobycie to jest ok, gdybym miał tu spędzić tydzień w 7 osób, to byłoby mało wygodnie.

• Martins (7/5): Overall good place for money. On pictures the apartment looks better. - Wide, good location, helpful stuff. Several small fixes is needed, but example in toilet. Dust on top of shelfs, tall people can see :)

• Adriano (9/5): - Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi e il costo mi sembra competittivo. Sono in prossimità del centro e nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati e bar. L'appartamento non offre molta privacy per via della disposizione delle camere. Attenzione per chi viaggia con l'auto. I parcheggi sulla strada non sono gratuiti ma vanno pagati tramite app al comune di vienna. Può essere un messaggio da aggiungere alle note dell'appartamento.

Sängyt oli hyvin kovat, ihan kuin nukkuisi puu laatikoiden päällä ja toinen sänky natisi paljon kun käänsi kylkeä. Kylpyhuone kaipaisi myös remppaa, pesu altaan kaappi voisi laittaa kiinni seinään ja pyyhe naulakko voisi pultata seinään kiinni. Pieniä asioita mutta voisi hinta laatusuhde olla kohdillaan jos kämppä olisi priima kunnossa.

• Rachel (8/5): beautiful property about 25 min from city center, accommodated our family of 8 pretty good. - the property had lots of space for our large family. it accommodated us very well. there were a few things by a missing that could have made our stay more comfortable. it was a hot summer day and we could have used some floor fans, we opened windows but the street noise let us up throughout the night. the kitchen was also missing some necessities : paper towels, or rags to help clean up counters, a few more dishes like. medium or large bowl, more utensils. we made do with what was there when cooking our dinner, and we appreciated there was a fridge, microwave and hot plate.

• Destina (10/5): Super ruhige Lage - Das Apartment entspricht den Bildern, war sehr nah zur Straßenbahn. Genug Platz für Kleidung mit Kleiderschränken. Alles sauber, ruhige Lage alles tip top. Sind sehr zufrieden, kann es nur weiterempfehlen :) bei Fragen kam rasche Rückmeldung. In der Umgebung hat es genug Parkmöglichkeiten.
