The host was responsive and nice. It wasn’t very clean at check in with dust and some dirt in the flat, used coffee pods left in the coffee machine, etc.

The internet wasn't working due to a technical issue. We were promised a £30 refund, which never happened. The cleanliness could have been better... In some areas, there was dust on the furniture, and the inside of the fridge and freezer were dirty.

- Emir (10/5): Family-Friendly London Gem: Dockside Comfort & Views - Visiting London is always a treat, and this trip was made even more special by sharing it with my family. Our stay in this apartment was exceptionally smooth and comfortable. The layout was ideal for our family; our three teenagers comfortably shared the bedroom (with a double bed and an extra single), allowing us parents to relax and enjoy the living/kitchen/dining/bedroom area. We appreciated having a proper double bed in the corner of the living area, rather than relying on a sofa bed. The apartment also featured balcony doors, though the view wasn't quite as scenic as it might have been if it overlooked the dock directly. However, the building's fantastic roof terrace more than made up for this, offering stunning views of Greenland Dock and the East London skyline. We were fortunate to enjoy breakfast on the roof terrace, thanks to the lovely weather and the available tables and benches.
The building's concierge was helpful and welcoming. The location around the dock is picturesque for walks, and the convenience of Tesco and Lidl, just a 10-minute walk away, was a bonus. The bus stop is incredibly close, only 100 meters away, though the nearest Underground station requires a 15-minute walk. Reaching Central London took approximately 40 minutes by public transport, regardless of whether we used the bus or the tube. This travel time was the only reason I didn't give the accommodation a perfect 10.
Despite the commute, the communication with the owners, Tom and Paul, was flawless. They deserve a perfect 10! I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in London.

Comfortable beds, kitchen facilities (coffee maker, toaster). A very nice and peaceful area by the docks, a great place for walking and running, with a beautiful view of the skyscrapers.

It’s just a short walk to Tesco, Lidl, and McDonald’s, and the surrounding area is clean and well-maintained. The nearby options and excellent location more than make up for it. Highly recommended! There is nothing that I didn’t like.
- Daphne (7/5): Clean place but mattress is too soft - Good quiet location, reasonably well equipped kitchen, clean and new. Please change to a harder mattress, it is too soft. I had to lay out the spare futons on the floor to sleep and my husband prefer to sleep on the couch.

The bed was way too soft for us and the pillows were incredibly thin. Oven was unuseable because it kept tripping the circuit breaker and initially there was no toaster. The helpful manager got us a toaster on the second day but we had to throw out some food we bought because we couldn’t cook it.

- Dr (8/5): Comfortable stay 😌 - We arrived an hour earlier by 1.5hrs after getting permission from the house owner as we travelled from Edinburgh by train with the family and a toddler. The house was still being cleaned when we arrived, but the people(didnt get their names) were pleasant and nice to us despite us being there earlier. Otherwise the towels and sheets were clean and the place itself was comfortable. The even told us where to look for new clean towels if we needed extra. The only shortfall was the sofa bed in the living room had some stains and watermarks on it and the floor was still a bit grainy and dusty as well as the bath did not have shower gel and shampoo as advertised. Also we couldnt find any bathroom mats hence showering was a bit messy. They did however tell us to call them if we needed anything but we didn't want to trouble them as we brought our own toiletries just in case.
