• Cathy (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back hopefully to see improvements - The location is fantastic. The unit is on the main floor and close to our parked car. It made unloading and loading convenient. It’s very safe and well lite at nighttime. The unit is beautifully situated and the deck was overlooking greenery and was private. Very nice. It has the essentials like bedding and towels and the kitchen was equipped. The pool was a bonus it was maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable, the pull out couch, not so much. This property is starting to show its years. The deck needs a major power wash. The suite needs better cleaning including the state of the carpet and the couch stains. The shower stall needs attention and also the back of the bathroom door. Could use a paint job to make it look more clean. Upon arrival the air conditioner was not set up and there were no instructions on how to work it. Found it challenging and spent the first night without any circulation.

• Iuliana (10/5): Super cute stay in the blue mountains 4 min from the mountain village - Cute and close to the mountain. It needs a coat rack.
• Shakhar (1/5): Bad - Totally unexpected. Cost for the room showed up $135 in booking.com for one night, which supposed to be $154 including tax & hst. However, they charged $250 appx. When i call the management of condo, they said cleaning fees $85 have been added. So be careful about the hidden charge before booking this appt.
• Ruchi (1/5): Horrible - Extremely bad experience. Upon checking in we noticed the shower was dirty with mildew which we immediately sent a message about, received no reply. After that in the evening we called the property manageras we also discovered another issue- the heater was not working. In a very condescending tone he started explaining what we could do and how it was so late and how he lived three hours away so there is nothing he can do. After we escalated the issue of the shower and the heater he said the best he could do is send cleaners for the shower tomorrow morning. After we expressed displeasure, he abused us by saying ‘F*** you’ before hanging up. We tried calling booking.com, we were on the phone with them from 8 pm to the next day 4 pm, no help at all, all they did was put us on hold. Next day the cleaners showed up at 4 pm in the afternoon and could not get it out. Booking.com was not willing to take action against the owner for abusing us and basically said it is our word against his and they could not transfer us to a new unit or even provide any compensation whatsoever. Horribly disappointed in booking and this property how they get away with treating their guests so poorly. Shower was disgusting. Heater was not working

• April (9/5): I would return to this accommodation in the future. - I liked a pass code for the door entry, the pool/hot tub amenities, and that it was a walking distance to the village. The accommodation was lovely, clean, and comfortable.

• Laura (8/5): Very nice place for a short stay. - I found everything I needed in the kitchen and enough linens for all 4. The place was very tiny but cozy, and clean. We were allowed early check in at 3 pm which was great. Someone walked in the room 45 minutes after we checked in. The person knew the code and didn’t really explain why she was there and she seemed as shocked as we did. Left without apologies and that was that.
