• genevièveB (8/5): Superbe emplacement, grand appartement très agréable. - L'emplacement de l'appartement est très agréable, c'est calme et non loin de l'arrêt de tram, pour se rendre au centre historique. Le monsieur très accueillant nous a tout expliqué. La salle de bain un peu vétuste.

Nu are o chicineta, e mai mult o chiuvetă mascată, nu are plită, nu are aparat de cafea, masa si scaunele de pe balcon foarte pline de praf, fără scrumieră, e departe de centru, cam 30 min de mers pe jos, fără plasă de insecte la terasa și au fost țânțari, vecinii au facut gălăgie 3 nopți din 5 până dimineața la 3-4 si din cauză ca nu e nimic antifonat se auzea tot.

Самое не приятное это спальня в подвале с запахом сырости. Никаких видов, одно окно с видом на кирпичную стену. Очень мрачно. Цена не соответствует качеству
• Eliana (6/5): - Boa localização, zona calma e bem servida de transportes públicos que rapidamente nos faziam chegar ao centro da cidade. Contacto com os responsáveis também foi ok. Cama no andar de cima era confortável A limpeza não é o forte, ou seja, efetivamente existe serviço de limpeza antes da entrada de novas pessoas mas o espaço em si precisava de uma limpeza profunda, tinha inclusive melgas mortas na parede. O pior ponto deste alojamento foi o facto de nos últimos dias termos de lidar com uma praga de agudias que estavam por todo o lado e picavam de noite. O piso de baixo era muito húmido e cheirava a mofo.

• Fabricio (7/5): Non male ma neanche benissimo - Appartamento ben curato e accogliente. peccato non abbiamo trovato una TV. L'appartamento posto all'interno di altre abitazioni, non vi sono tende sulle finestre, quindi non vi è privacy se si decide di aprire l'unica finestra che c'è, dato che da sulla stradina dove passano altre persone. Una delle due stanze, posta al piano inferiore sotto l'appartamento, sarà stato il periodo Ottobre, ma era gelida. 30 minuti a piedi dal centro città e da tutte le principali piazze.

• nicole (8/5): - La proximité du bus pour aller en centre ville. La climatisation . La propreté de la chambre. Appartement Santana. Pas de cuisine contrairement à ce qui est dit. Assiettes,couverts ,bols,mugs,1 verre ,2 cafetières italiennes ,des casseroles mais rien pour faire chauffer quoique ce soit. Excepté une bouilloire. Une immense baignoire avec un mur de 1m à enjamber pour rentrer dedans. Et là seule la douche fonctionne. Il faisait très chaud donc nous avons mangé froid sur le balcon. Pour 2 nuits ça allait .
• Marco (7/5): Beautiful place, close to amenities. - The finishing in the place is wonderful, kitchenette functional, code/key entrance felt safe, nice shared veranda. Close enough to a bus stop and not too far from a tram station. Supermarket close by. For a family of 4 it lacks some furniture, had to use a chair as bed side table, would do with a couple of hangers in the bathroom. Kitchen cloth to wipe the dishes and teaspoons would have helped. Sofa bed not very comfortable. A change of towels would have been nice.

• Eddie (1/5): Wouldn't stay again until thoroughly cleaned and renovated - Location is in a good neighborhood, the surrounding properties are beautiful but this one is neglected Filthy room, had to clean much of it ourselves, walls splattered with squashed mosquitos/bugs, everything dusty/dirty (bedding sheets very clean however, although old lumpy pillows). Warned on arrival that the Aircon doesn't work unless the old shutters are closed in both bedroom/bathroom - despite them being fully shut and gaps blocked in with towels, the air con never worked. Could be a good property if it underwent a deep clean and a redecorate/general maintenance.

• Hopper (1/5): Very disappointing. Not smoke free or allergy friendly or clean. - The man who came to help was nice. It smelt horribly of smoke even though it is advertised as a smoke free property. We were apologized to saying it must have been the guests before us, however this was the type of smoke smell that is stuck in the walls. It was in the curtains as well so we asked via the app if we could take them down and have them removed and a man came to help us do that. Dust was falling off of the curtains while we did this. Not allergy friendly at all. Even the members of the group without allergies were getting headaches from how strong the smoke smell was. It was generally filthy, dust everywhere, in the bricks and on almost every surface. The kitchen towels were dirty and those were replaced (thankfully). There was something split on the floor that was sticky. The team who cleans either doesn’t do a good job or doesn’t have enough time to. When I messaged about the problems through the app, they would say “we are at your disposal” but then couldn’t help with any of the issues that were arising - ie smoke, dust etc. We asked if there was a smoke free room available that we could be switched to but it was full. We were allowed to drop our bags off early, which was nice, and this is when we discussed the smoke issued and the dust, we were told the cleaning team would come back after we dropped our bags to fix things up but nothing had been touched when we got back about 4 hours later, so we had to clean it ourselves. We then still had to keep the windows open to air out the smell so we were cold as we were told the heating/cooling doesn’t work when the windows are open.

• Nadin (10/5): Exceptional - Super convenient check in, in a quiet part of the city. About 8 minutes tram ride if you arrive at Firenze SMV. Apartment was super cute and quaint, but the bed and space was wonderful. Furniture is romantic and the view in the morning from our room was beautiful. The bathroom! Beautiful! Everything is close from this location, either a tram or bus away from exciting activities. The host was suuper responsive, and give us all the details and more info about the city. Would recommend 10/10, we’ll be back here soon!

• Michael (9/5): Great outside space in a stylish, secure building. - Rented this property largely on the basis of the outside space, which is fantastic. Our property had a small section of terrace, divided off with some potted plants, which was ample enough. But as there was nobody using the larger terrace area in front, we could have accessed that too if we’d wanted. The outside space really is plentiful. The rooms themselves are lovely as well, stylishly decorated. Sansovino tram stop is a few mins walk to the north, so getting in and out of town is a breeze. There’s a PAM supermarket the next street over for essentials, as well as a deli and pizza restaurant in the same street as the property. Not much! We were very happy overall. The bathroom is very stylish but does have some frustrating design elements. The shower panels are insufficient in my opinion and have panel gaps on the side. It’s looks great. But you may have to shower more carefully than normal to keep the water in. The kitchette unit is built into a large cupboard and may be insufficient if you plan to cook full meals there. It was perfect for our needs during a short stay but may be something for other guests to consider. There are other rooms and apartments around and, as is the case with these big converted villas, there can be some noise. Not something that bothers me but perhaps a small issue for lighter sleepers. So on the whole, if you’re looking for a base for a short stay in Florence, I think you’ll really enjoy this apartment.

• Alastair (8/5): Fantastic contactless stay - A really lovely place to stay. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and the A/C was cold. We also had a lovely terrace all to ourselves. It is a bit of a walk to the centre, 20-30 minutes, but there are busses and a tram very nearby if you don't want to walk it. We saw some reviews prior to arriving and we don't agree with them. The staff were very responsive on emails and messages through the app. We never actually met them but that was not a problem because they were very quick at responding.

Really easy check in and staff super helpful over message. Air con leaked and wasn’t too powerful, but it did the job. This was the only negative- everything else great.
• Mariah (10/5): Amazing stay - The property was very good, very clean, better than the pictures, so comfy, a treasure inside town. Well explained to get inside the house. The metro was very close, easy to access, but even by bike we came back one day and was okay. Little things needs to improve, but nothing that bothered so much, only: have more kitchen equipments like forks and knives + defrost the fridge beforehand so that things can fit in the freezer.
• Avril (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Location was easy to navigate routes into the city, using maps, no help given by the accommodation. The apartment wasn’t clean, there were dead insects inside the apartment. It was very hot as there is one room with three floors. Air con would turn off in the middle of the night. On arrival, there was a loose wire beside the shower which we assumed starts the shower however a loud alarm began to ring. I had to contact the accommodation and after 15 minutes they turned it off. The apartment is right beside the main entrance to the building so you wake up with every open/ close of the front door. Our apartment door wasn’t very sturdy. On our last day, there were three attempts at someone trying to break down the door. When I contacted the accommodation about this enquiring if it was them, they simply said it wasn’t. It’s not good enough to be afraid someone will break in, on three separate occasions. The shower was cold every time we used it- I also explained this to the accommodation and they stated they hadn’t heard this before. There is only one window, that leads directly out to the street which doesn’t feel safe to open and it’s very dark inside. Accommodation was fine to see the city and just sleep in but if you are looking for a nice, comfortable stay with windows and would like to feel safe/ well looked after by the host- this isn’t it.
• Helen (1/5): Bad - we didn’t like anything about it. I’m fact we didn’t stay there as it was dirty. Apartment? if you call a dark windowless room with an old cupboard in the corner with a sink and a stove top inside… how would this even be legal? cooking inside a cupboard.
• Ayman (4/5): Disappointed stay - The bathroom was good The apartment was not flat. For old people is not good at all. For people who likes to sleep tight is not good at all. There is 3 rooms up to each other with very tight stairs. The photos of the apartment are fake. The Host did not clean the apartment for the whole stay. One more thing. When I asked for iron before checking, the Host hide it in the kitchen cabinet and he didn't tell me where is it untel the next day.
