- jane (10/5): - Great location, minutes from the tube station, cafes, shops and pubs of Hampstead. Clean and perfect for our needs.
- Beatrice (8/5): Très joli appartement confortable et très proche du métro et des commerces - La localisation le confort la décoration Pas de baignoire
- Helen (8/5): - Good central location overlooking Hampstead Tube Station.
A small, well appointed apartment.
We appreciated the fan as the weather was hot. Automated check in was a faff and I had to request the keycode as it wasn't given automatically.
Front door is in a dodgy, rubbish-strewn side alley.
There are 38 stairs to get to the second floor flat.
- Greg (6/5): Enjoyed it. Better clean up in the apartment and in the stairwell would certainly make it more appealing to the eye! - Great location. Apartment amenities complete (kitchenware, washer). Apartment size good. Service response was very good. Floors at entrance not that clean. Steep, narrow staircase, not easy for luggage handling.
- Wildman (10/5): Lovely - The apartment is very well located. Only a few hundred yards from the tube station and overlooking the lovely quiet high street. It is very spacious and appointed with high quality fittings. Loved the Smeg kettle and toaster!! The bed is extremely comfortable and the bedroom very quiet too. The entrance to the apartment is carpeted which is a nice touch. The only sounds we heard were the occasional ambulance. We spent three happy days here and we were pleased it was near to 'The Flask' walkway and surprisingly near to Hampstead Heath. Thank you for your hospitality. Nothing to complain about at all!
- Nick (10/5): Fantastic Hampstead apartment - The apartment is finished to a luxury level and is in a stunning location.
- Tal (10/5): Wonderful stay in Hampstead - Beautiful apartment, comfortable bed, nice kitchen, great location right next to Hampstead station and great shops, restaurants and bars On the 3rd floor, no elevator, no AC
- Sarah (10/5): Perfect stay in the heart of Hampstead - Stylish, contemporary and immaculate apartment. Felt very looked after by Marco. Wonderful position in the heart of Hampstead High Street, full of eateries and independent shops. Across the road from a supermarket. Also the underground station - five minutes to Camden market south and the heath, the next station north. The stairs weren't that bad. Street noise but a great spot for people watching.
- Susan (9/5): Really nice apartment in excellent London location in beautiful Hampstead. Northern line metro across the road. Great - Location perfect..close to Hampstead metro on northern line allowing us to explore most places we needed.
Apartment clean and basics accommodated. 4 flights of narrow stairs (34 stairs in total)…if mobility an issue then this apartment may not suit.
Would be great to have 2 rolls of toilet paper given 4 night stay.
- Melissa (10/5): This apartment was perfect spot to rest as we explored all of London. Very comfortable and great location. - The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location was great!
- Peter (10/5): Pleasant stay. Well equipped apartment, excellent location, responsive hosts. - My spouse and I stayed here for 17 days over the 2024 Christmas period visiting friends and family in London. The apartment is in a prime location, literally in the very center of Hampstead, 1 min walk from Hampstead Tube Station.
The apartment is clean, with a well equipped kitchen and also excellent heating, water and high speed wifi (although there are 2 separate wifi networks, one for each room as the signal doesn't carry from one room to the other).
The bedroom faces a back courtyard and is silent, with excellent sound insulation. This is important because the front room faces the main street (Hampstead High Street), which is busy during the day, and a route for emergency ambulances from the local Royal Free Hospital at night going North (can't be heard from the bedroom but will definitely wake you if you are a light sleeper and fall asleep on the living room couch). Aside from ambulances, night time is silent, and day time the noise is reasonable with the windows closed.
The hosts are responsive and fast to come up with solutions. We had one major issue during our stay. The boiler stopped working on New Year's Day. Despite the national holiday, our host responded to our calls for help within minutes and talked us through potential solutions with the boiler, first by text, then video call. When none worked, various choices were offered (including relocation). We chose to tough it out and our host provided us with extra heating units. I am certain that if this had happened on a different day of the year an electrician would have come out immediately. The stairs. There are 2 reasonably steep and narrow flights of stairs (no lift) to get to the apartment. Not the easiest to carry heavy luggage up and down.
Baker's passage is not the easiest street to find and is gated on both ends. We knew Hampstead well so it wasn't an issue, but could be complicated to find for first time visitors.
- Robert (10/5): We had a fabulous time and will be back ! - Location is excellent
- Linda (10/5): Amazing appartment in a very nice neighbourhood. - Really nice appartment. Perfect for two. We didn‘t miss anything. Bed was very compfortable, everything was clean and tidy.
- Spela (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great time in this apartment. Situated in the 2nd floor in really nice area with many small and cosy shops and bars. Even though the salon is facing more busy streets( gets calmer after 23h) , the bedroom faces calm courtyard and you can get a great sleep after busy day!
Apartment was super clean and prepared with many small details as shampoo , water…so you can just settle in and enjoy.
When we asked for help, owner responded fast.
It is definitely place we will return next time visiting London. I would even advise the place for small families,as for the apartment as for the area, that is really family friendly.

- Oksana (9/5): Very comfortable stay in a lovely flat in the heart of beautiful Hampstead. - Excellent location! We love Hampstead which is an absolutely beautiful neighborhood. The flat is right by the tube station and getting around London is super convenient. The flat is very comfortable and very nicely designed. It has great light. Bed is very comfortable and shower is excellent. Host is very communicative. We had a great stay. Lots of stairs up to the flat so plan your luggage accordingly.
- Balint (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Stephanie (8/5): Stylish, convenient flat in heart of Hampstead village - Chic, modern, well-designed flat with nice touches: Nespresso machine, Faith in Nature lotions. V handy for Tube and all the delights of Hampstead village. Front room overlooking busy Heath Street was noisy. Also the
booking verification process was super complex. I've never had to provide a selfie before, is that even legal?
- Anita (9/5): the apartment and the location were simply fabulous. Highly recommend! - everything except the staircase ! staircase + no shelter on the patio from rain.
- Louise (10/5): Perfect! Had the best trip! - Heating, the kitchen, quiet and amazing location to the shops, cafes and train station at Hampstead NIL
- Christina (9/5): Restful and enjoyable🥰 - The host was very kind and professional. She was literally a phone call away. We couldn’t figure out the heating, gave a call and someone was there within 3-5 minutes( record breaking) we were delighted and impressed.
I would give the flat itself a 5*, but the lack of elevator brings it to a 5.
Thanks so much Super host! I wished there was an elevator to help bring our luggage’s up the flights of stairs.
- Orly (9/5): Superb - everything was great, except from the fact that there’s no elevator it’s about 50 stairs, 2nd floor, no elevator. a little problematic with the luggage. I think a service of helping with the luggage would make the place perfect
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional -
- A (8/5): Lovely flat in Hampstead, close to everything. - Location is phenomenal.... but the entrance is a bit dodgy. That's the only drawback, really. The flat is REALLY clean, decorated quite cute, and the shower was great. All furnishings are new and the heating was perfect. It was also very quiet for being right in the center of everything. I seemed to have gotten a good deal, but looking at pricing for future visits I would be reluctant to pay the fee based off of the size of the flat. It's fairly small for the rates listed. The space is good for 2 people but would be cramped with more, even children.
- Kathryn (8/5): Unfortunately I had Covid the whole time I was there but the place was a comfortable refuge for us. -
