- Scott (10/5): Great couple of days in the big smoke. - Fantastic place. A stone’s throw from shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs & the train station. Nice quiet location. Plenty of mod cons. Lovely little garden area. Comfy beds. Perfect for short or long stay.

My favourite part was the little courtyard where I got to relax and have my coffee while watching the beautiful local birds. And was a great location close to spots for dinner, coffee and groceries. Couldn’t fault it

- lucia (7/5): - The appartment is very nice, cimfortable and clean, it is well equiped. The location is fantastic, beautiful neighbourhood. Check-in was very poorly organized.The host failed to provide any instructions or the key code in advance, and was completely unreachable despite multiple messages and calls. Fortunately, the person cleaning the apartment was still there when we arrived—otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to get in. The host also asked us to check out by 11am as the cleaner was ciming, but no one ever showed up. Overall, a frustrating experience.
- fatiha (8/5): Ruime en fijne appt.in Londen - Het huis was ruim, schoon en van van alles voorzien. Een prettige tuin en 2 aparte slaapkamers. Genoeg o.v. mogelijkheden alsook horeca niet al te ver uit de buurt. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep ook heel fijn en soepel Wij waren er net met de warme dagen in Londen en door de ramen in de woonkamer werd het echt heel warm in de woonkamer. Misschien is een ventilator of op termijn een airco een idee.

- Anthony (9/5): Great place to stay in Peckham Rye, minutes from train station .In a beautiful street away from the great bustle of the - Brilliant apartment extremely clean with fantastic facilities really quite and great outdoor space .Check in with lock box was very easy good communication with host and deposit was returned promptly on the day when we checked out .
- Virginia (10/5): Exceptional - We were very pleased with this 2 bedroom apartment. Exceptionally clean, very close to the station, shops and restaurants. Lovely modern well decorated apartment. Would definitely recommend. It’s about half hour from the centre of London but we knew that when booking. I hate to say anything negative as it was very good but could do with a bigger bed and more comfortable mattress if you were staying for longer.

- Laura (10/5): Lovely apartment, good host and perfect for a weekend stay - We enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is lovely and as we were lucky enough to stay on a sunny weekend we really liked having the private garden space. The beds were comfortable and the shower is great!
Checking in/out was really easy with the lock box, there’s a car park only a minute walk away which was great for us, and nearest train station is just as close.
The host was friendly & provided all the information we needed ahead of our arrival so it was hassle free and straightforward, we would book to stay here again :)
- Niamh (9/5): Superb - Fantastic property rooms large and to a very high standard. Have a lovely garden for sitting out. Location is great for tube and buses. Parking around the corner which is free in evening and on Sunday. Would definitely use again. No faults with property, location or host. Deposit was required but returned on check out.
- Neal (9/5): We have a great time and would have liked to have been there longer - The house was very well refurbished with all the required facilities Getting into the city was best travelling to London Bridge and then heading from there.
- Gary (10/5): The perfect bolt hole for a London stay - A classy bolt hole, the kitchen and living room worked really well. Nice and cosy all the facilities were top draw. Great pub the White Horse nearby, a few minutes walk to Peckham Rye Station. Lots of restaurants and takeaways nearby. Beds could be a little more comfy, a matress topper would be perfect.

- Ian (10/5): Smooth, efficient and comfortable stay in a good location with great facilities. - The facilities were excellent and really well laid out space. We stayed in winter so were unable to make use of the excellent outdoor area which looked great for a summer stay. The road was quiet and some good pubs and food right on the doorstep. Location was perfect for us attending an event in Peckham. We only stayed for 2 nights so didn't get to use the property to its full potential or explore the area more.

The location was great - only 5 minutes walk from the train station with frequent services into central London. The host was really helpful and welcoming. We will definitely re-book on our next trip to London!
- Kristīne (9/5): Nice flat in London - Wonderful 2 room flat with all needed equipment located on 1st floor. Easy to get key, all instructions send day before. It was new, clean, bads were comfortable. The host was very friendly and responsive. There were many things available in the apartment, such as tea, coffee, sugar, even oil, all utensils for eating and cooking, glasses, towels, shampoo etc. The apartment has a very beautiful terrace with lights. It was located very close to train station and buses (7 min walk). All was good and nice, and we liked the flat. The only minus was that we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking, the very early (4am) checkout and the very late arrival of other guests on the next day (24am), wakied us up. The walls are quite thin and you can hear all well.
- Janne (3/5): Not happy... - Facilities were as represented in pictures. My fault...should have read the T&C better to realise that a deposit was required and the host demands a copy of your ID (apparently there have been issues with previous guests, but at Genius level with Booking.com maybe some consideration should be given)
BUT...
1. Very noisy in the morning as on the descent flight path into Heathrow Airport. Didn't appreciate being woken at 4.30am but expect one gets used to this over time.
2. Did not feel safe walking to/from main road. Seriously dodgy. However Montpelier pub a few doors down was lovely as were the shops in the other direction.
3. Cutlery was not clean. Put all pieces through the dishwasher.
4. From Friday afternoon there was no Internet which also meant no TV as the channels are all via apps. Contacted host who responded with a weird comment about locating Virgin. After no Internet for over 36 hours we checked out a day early. I needed wifi to work and others wanted TV. Host stated that the supplier (Virgin) was at fault - but other Virgin networks were clearly visible so I did not believe his claim.
5. The host sold the upstairs apartment and spent Friday and Saturday moving furniture out. The noise downstairs was horrendous. Question why a host would make downstairs available when the inconvenience and noise of moving out would be known in advance.

- Ed (10/5): Exceptional - Exactly as advertised. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Location for us was perfect as we were visiting a relative in the area and there were several very nice restaurants minutes away.
- Roger (10/5): Excellent facilities, decor and cleanliness, an ideal base for a visit to Peckham - Recently refurbished 2 bedroom ground floor flat on a quiet street within 5 mins walk of Peckham Rye station and 3 mins walk from a range of good pubs, restaurants and cafes. The building is in excellent condition and the property is very clean and immaculately (recently) decorated. 2 extremely comfortable double beds and a large convertible sofa bed in the lounge/dining kitchen accommodated 5 adults easily. There is an attractive outdoor decked patio/dining area accessible via bifold doors from the lounge/dining kitchen which we would have used had the weather been warmer . Excellent communication with the helpful owner via Whatsapp once the booking has been made. Nothing really, We came to London with relatives for the weekend for our son's wedding and the flat was the ideal base, being less than 5 mins walk from the railway station, the reception venue , the newlyweds flat and only 2 mins walk from good eating and drinking places on Choumert Road.

Amenities such as the curtain hooks and blinds were quite delicate and kept breaking. I think little improvements like this would make all the difference.

The landlord was available to any doubt and the apartment had all the facilities we needed. We had the info before we arrived, the check-in was easy and it's a perfect apartment for relax. Mattresses could be better, they weren't very comfortable
