• Tamara (10/5): Great location and accommodations at a fair price. - Excellent location, just near the river, shops and sights. The staff was amazingly accommodating and kind. As a woman traveling alone, they made me feel very safe and secure, as they reside in the building themself. Bed was fine but I am a sleep snob so would suggest they upgrade the linens and add some down pillows. That said everything was immaculate and comfortable.

Alcuni servizi sarebbero da migliorare per giustificare il costo dell’alloggio Bagno cieco. Non era specificato e andrebbe fatto. Le persiane non si potevano aprire perché le zanzariere erano fisse. Mancava lo shampo e il bagnoschiuma era praticamente acqua. Freezer pieno di brina ghiacciata. Tutte cose da migliorare per poter avere un punteggio eccellente

Location is a big plus, very convenient that we were able to see a lot of historical places . Had good Italian dinner near bye. I will recommend to friends and families. None

La signora è stata molto gentile a posticiparmi l'orario del check-in secondo l'arrivo del treno. Ho trovato un po' scortese nei modi la signora che mi ha accolta. Camera, cucina e bagno erano gelidi, ed essendo arrivata alle 22 avrei avuto piacere di trovarli già caldi. Il bagno non era pulitissimo e a disposizione c'erano prodotti già aperti

También galletitas y agua de bienvenida. Gracias Tuve un pequeño descuido al no avisar que en la ducha el agua rebalso así que me disculpo por el inconveniente que eso causó, lamento muchísimo no haberme tomado un minuto para informarle sobre el problema ya que estaba sobre la hora y salí apresurada. • Leo-Neferuaten (9/5): Generous in size! - It was very good value, especially the size of the apartment. The apartment consisted of a large, main hall, a dining room area, a small kitchen, a large lounge room, a side hall, a large, internal bathroom (Shower, no bath tub), and a large bedroom - all generously sized. Though noisy, the location was ideal (To get to other places). It was secure and private. Spotlessly clean and helpful, friendly owners. Gas central heating, to a comfortable temperature (Good, as it was November). If I had to be fussy, some of the fixtures (Like light fittings) weren’t attached to the wall / ceiling. The kitchen didn’t have a microwave and although it had an oven, it had a gas hob that didn’t have an igniter switch, so it couldn’t be used, so was a bit unsafe. The noise from the street WAS loud, but I got used to it.
• Roslyn (8/5): Convenient & Comfortable Florence stay. - I only stayed one night as I was transferring to another city. However I would recommend this to others for a longer stay as it is in an excellent location close to the station, near lots of restaurants and yet an easy walk to other parts of the city. A very charming, comfortable and clean apartment. Nothing.

• Sonja (10/5): Great and safe location close to my interests - Few minutes from the bus and train station. Walking distance from the atractions. Two separate bedrooms and small but enough common space. Clean everywhere. Renovated. Next to you there are many restaurants and shops. You feel safe in the apartment. The owner is kind and friendly. Some details in the kitchen could be better. More cups and microwave.
• Leybenor (8/5): - Simone is very friendly and made me leave my bag early in the day before i went to roam around the city. The whole unit was surprisingly spacious specially for a solo traveller like me. Kitchen was well equipped, clean and tidy. Some foods and coffee given for free. Very near santa maria novella train station which was handy. Not a fan of mood lighting, its a bit dark for me. For some reason my EU adapter wouldnt fit in all the wall electrical socket except the one in the kitchen beside the coffee machine. I have to charge my phone in the kitchen throughout the night. The street outside is very noisy, cant do anything about that i guess but The earplugs was a great idea.

Рядом с квартирой Санта Новелла собор . Рядом с ним невероятный парфюмерный магазин 13 века . Загляните ! Это шедевр Окна не открываются никак. Не нашли соль и других мелочей . В одной комнате окно выходит в подъезд и ночью светит свет. Хорошо бы закрыть шторой

• Sally (8/5): Great location, close to main sites and station. Lovely 2 nights😊 - Location very close to train, spacious comfortable room with shared living/kitchen facilities. Dark, not able to leave luggage before/after check in/out.
• Mairi Ronald (8/5): - Host Simone was really friendly and helpful. Although we were later than we expected he met us at the property. Apartment was spacious and comfortable and location was fabulous being only 5 minutes from the station. Because it is so central it was a bit noisy in the morning with hotel/restaurant deliveries but my husband slept through so only noticeable if you’re a light sleeper. All in all can’t recommend more highly.

• Ron (9/5): Great value for a short stay. - Simoni was very friendly and the directions to get in were good. The location was good - very close to the train station, which was perfect for me, restaurants and all the tourist attractions. Noise from the road could have been an issue but the owners left ear plugs (which I used and rarely do) and the traffic seemed to die down - either way I slept fine.

• Larry (8/5): Sub par for amount of money - Clean, spacious the ac worked well. They left some cakes and bread, which was nice. What I didn’t like was that the sun checked me in and said that if I wanted to stay another night, I could contact Maria and let her know and which I did. Then Maria came the next morning at 10 AM and said I had to get out and move to a different room because they had a guest that was coming in that day which I understand things happen, but even though I was renting another night in a different room within the building It’s like they were pushing me out especially the husband. It wasn’t very nice. The place is close to the train station but a 15 -20 minute walk to Duomo, if this helps.

Bathroom was also cold. Shower leaking. Awful pillows.

Would recommend. - The location was amazing, literally handy to everything all the main sites etc, and right next to the train station. The hosts were incredibly kind and helped us so much with ideas for tripping around Tuscany, and helped with telling us where we could park. Can’t think of anything.
• Lena (5/5): A disappointing stay. - Proximity to the train station was imperative to us . The host is very responsive and nice. My own fault for not reading properly- we got the apartment on the ground floor and it felt like people from the street were in the room. Smell of cigarette smoke everywhere . Mouldy bathroom and generally no fresh air - windows hard to open. Not recommended to anyone with even slight respiratory issues. Do yourselves a favour and pay a bit more for a nicer place . Lucky we only stayed for a couple of nights.

Apartment was clean, had all the facilities. Design and pictures were exceptional. Will come back there next time, probably with friends.

• Diana (9/5): Very nice apartment great location - Great location just less than two blocks from the train station and close to everything. Very big and nice apartment with a great host. There is only AC in the main bedroom but air is pointing to the ceiling so we couldn’t get much of air. There is no AC for the eat of the apartment so the kitchen, hallway and other room very very hot.

• Vera (8/5): Good location near all important sites and central station. - The location was great, near every important site and also near the central station. Also, bedroom has AC which helps a lot with the Florence heat. The kitchen and bathroom were a bit old.

• Mary (5/5): Passable - The host and son were very nice and check in was very easy . The Kitchen was very nice looking and clean. It was moist and humid in the bedroom and living room. If you turn off and on the AC when leaving and it’s hot the apt can get moisture and feels damp. The shower was very hard to get in -small and confined. It was hard to sleep with cars and loud noise from outside.

• Jose (10/5): Great place and kind staff. - Location was great, close to everything. the host and his mother were so nice, very kind and they cared. the place was sparkling clean and comfortable. You can notice they do things right. They had coffee for us and a nice kitchen. Very nice people. There is no separation between the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Other than that is the perfect place.
• Anna (8/5): Good value for money - Great location, walked to everywhere. Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we need for a 2 night stay with 2 kids. Definitely recommend. No lift in the building but we managed just fine.
