• Olesia (10/5): - Very good location, quite and beautiful, on 5 min from station Marina del Orto. In 10 min the lair beautiful art supermarket SPAR. And 25 min walk from San Marco. There a lot of cafes around and Restaurants. The house is fully equipped. So cozy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend

• Gasyl (10/5): Au calme et confortable - Au calme dans un quartier sympathique. Le logement est grand et bien équipé (lave-vaisselle et lave-linge) avec deux salles de bains et deux chambres. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et il y a beaucoup d’ustensiles ainsi que des produits de première nécessité (produits ménagers, huile, vinaigre, condiments, café, thé, etc.). Pas grand chose à reprocher, peut-être faudrait-il un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle.

Near there is a quiet street with a cafe. All the attractions are easily accessible. Convenient transport location from the airport. The apartment itself is wonderful! Clean, beautiful. There are necessary supplies for living. We would like to say a special thanks to Martina. She was meeting us. And showed everything in the apartment. She helped with problematic issues. Very friendly! Thank you very much! Большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Апартаменты замечательные. Расположены в спокойном месте. Но рядом тихая улица с кафе. До всех достопримечательностей можно легко добраться. Удобное транспортное расположение от аэропорта. Сама квартира замечательная! Чистая, просторная. Есть необходимые принадлежности для проживания. Особое спасибо хотим сказать Мартине. Она нас встречала. Все показала в апартаментах. Помогла в проблемных вопросах. Очень доброжелательно! Огромное спасибо!
• Zbyszek (10/5): A quiet neighborhood, 15 min. from St. Mark's Square. There are plenty of restaurants just a 1 min - The apartment is very well-equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's very clean and tastefully decorated. First of all, I'd like to thank Ms. Martina for all the tips and assistance she provided before we even arrived at the apartment. Thank you very much! Our stay was definitely too short :)
• Chantal (10/5): Pour se sentir habitant de Venise et non pas touriste - L’appartement est propre, spacieux, confortable, situé dans un quartier calme mais non moins pittoresque de Venise, proche de la station de vaporetto qui mène à Murano et Burano. Marina qui nous reçoit nous donne également plein de conseils pour faire du séjour une réussite. Nous sommes venus en famille. Les enfants nous demandent déjà d’y retourner… et on ne se fera pas prier. Beaucoup de moustiques sur la terrasse dès qu’elle se retrouve à l’ombre, mais c’était comme ça dans tout Venise. La maison fournit des prises et des encens anti-moustiques. Pour l’intérieur, on avait prévu le coup en emportant une raquette électrique!
• Yohei (10/5): おすすめです！ - イタリア旅行で3件同程度の価格帯のアパートメントに宿泊しましたが、こちらが一番快適でした。 アパートメント全体が清潔かつ、生活に必要な家電や道具が一通り揃っていたのでストレス無く過ごせました。 特にキッチンが使いやすく、食器や調理器具もたくさん用意されていたので、料理を存分に楽しむことができました。 繁華街からは少し離れているが歩ける距離ですし、ヴァポレットの駅も十分近いため、長期に滞在するにはもってこいのロケーションだと思います。 チェックインもスムーズでした。美味しいプロセッコも頂き、ありがとうございました。またヴェネチアに訪れる機会があれば、ぜひ宿泊したいです。 バルコニーは日陰で快適ですが、建物に遮られ眺めはありません。また、となりのアパートメントとのバルコニーの仕切りが荒い柵なので、隣の方もバルコニーに出ておられると様子が丸見えでした。 メゾネットタイプで階段がちょっと滑りやすいので、お年を召されている方には厳しいかもしれません。 良かった点と比べるとどちらも私達には些細な点でしたが、ご参考までに。

• Bullev (10/5): Excellent endroit - Hôtesse très avenante. Appartement grand et confortable, avec la fourniture des éléments de cuisine de base (sel, poivre, huile, sopalin, café, lessive, liquide vaisselle....) très appréciable et une bouteille de prosecco offerte à notre arrivée. Très bien situé, accessible rapidement par bateau depuis l'aéroport ou pour aller à la gare, 20 min à pied du quartier de San Marco. Quartier et résidence très calme, restaurant et supermarché Prix Quality pas cher à 5 min. Un velux dans la chambre était cassé(mais fermé), donc pas de pb pour dormir

• Christopher (10/5): Quieter location perfect for people wanting to stay in a more authentic area - Awesome place, really quiet area, been to Venice 5 times and this is a gem of an apartment in a lovely area
• Cristian (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was very spacious, clean and well kept. There is one living room with kitchen on the bottom floor, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms on the top floor. We would definitely book it again as it was also very good value for money.
• Ivan (10/5): Great option to stay in Venice for long time - Given how many people say that it's almost impossible to find appropriate apartments in Venice this option is really outstanding! Every Euro paid worked out for our comfort and special feeling in this unique city. The owners are generous, all communications was held in clear and noble manner. You have all you want in a few steps: channels, restaurants, supermarket, boat station from where you can get to the airport, Lido, San Marco, Murano, Burano, Torcello. Wish to be back here!

• Dimitris (10/5): Absolutely amazing - What to say of this apparent, pictures don't do it justice Our host Martina was absolutely amazing, very helpful and willing to give us information on how to get to the apparent from the airport and where to find something to eat. We arrived to a spotlessly clean house that smelled lovely and welcoming, we had everything that a house needs ,full kitchen equipment, clean towels and bedding, washing machine and iron in excellent condition Would definitely recommend it and would personally visit again The neighborhood was also very quiet without the buzz of tourists but within walking distance of restaurants, caffees and supermarkets . The biggest attractions are about a 30min walk The mattress of the beds could be a little more comfortable
• Georgios (10/5): Everything was very good - Very nice, clean and well equiped apartment. We stayed there for 10 nights. The owner did everything he could in order to solve, as soon as it was possible, a problem we had the first days of our stay and we appreciated that.
• Georgi (9/5): Overall very satisfied with the place and the people who run it - The place was clean and well organized. It had two bahtrooms which made it more comfortable. It was very peaceful and quiet. There was a nice small space for smokers to smoke and maybe have a coffee in the morning. The place is a bit out of the way if you're not ready to use public transport.
• Anne (10/5): A superb, comfortable, clean apartment with all the amenities you'd need for a perfect stay. - The apartment was very well equipped. The hosts had thought of everything we'd need and more. Acquiring the keys was a very easy, smooth experience. The apartment was in a peaceful location minutes from the ferry stop. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of fresh towels available. The hosts had left a thoughtful welcome of a bottle of wine and biscuits. The location was a bit of a walk to get to the Rialto bridge and St Mark's square but this was balanced by its quiet location.
• Drew (8/5): Very good - It was clean, has two bathrooms, fully stocked with cookware and dishes, and in a great, quiet, more “local” neighborhood adjacent to all the action. The bed linens felt cheap and rough, and the kitchen backsplash was coming apart from the wall. Those are easy, minor fixes though.
• Adrienne (10/5): Fabulous town house in venice - Lovely modern townhouse with all mod cons. Lovely and warm and welcoming. Very comfy beds and plenty of towels etc. so lovely to retreat to after a long day sight seeing! Nothing... everything was great!

• Shuttleworth (9/5): Large, clean, spacious apartment in a great location. - The apartment was fantastic very clean and spacious. We had everything we could possibly need. We felt very safe there too. The location was perfect, set on a quiet canal yet five minutes walk from restaurants, shops etc. Three minutes away from a water bus and water airport bus stop too. We were very well looked after by the host during our stay and even before we arrived we were given advice on how to get to the apartment from the airport as well as restaurant and shopping recommendations. During the stay they were available for help and advice and even when we had a problem getting back to the airport they were at the end of the phone. We would highly recommend staying here. We had a small problem with the key but this was quickly resolved. That's the only reason we are giving a 9 and not a 10.
• Eugenio (9/5): The perfect place for our stay - The flat is big and really clean and made our stay comfortable. We didnt miss anything. Martina was super and made us really welcome also with nice suggestions. Despite a small issue with the sink they made us as much comfortable as possible. They even offered us an aperitivo in a nice local place around the flat to apologies. 100% happy with our decision to stay here. Nothing in particular.
• Barbel (10/5): Perfect flat in the Cannaregio - Excellent location, we knew the area from many visits before and love staying there. It was nice to have access to a little private terrace. The flat has a nice loft feeling yet we didn't have to climb up many stairs which was appreciated having a large suitcase. The equipment, size and layout was perfect for a small family. The Fondamente outside is quiet and very beautiful. Yet you only have to walk a few minutes to get to some wonderful bars, bakery, etc. Tintoretto paintings next door, how amazing is that! Close to the waterbus station and convenient to get to and from the airport. Thank you so much for the welcome bottle, very appreciated after a long trip. Welcome by host was perfect and very responsive. There is absolutely nothing that we didn't like! Very MINOR points: Lighting in the bedroom (either Instructions/stickers on the switches, or a main light in each room that one can turn on with a switch would make it easy). A little more soap. The step by the door in the courtyard is easily overlooked.

• Betcho (10/5): Dolce Vita at every turn. - Great location if you prefer a quiet place and only a few minutes walk to the bustling centre of Venice. Beautiful surroundings where you will feel like you are in an Italian movie from the 70's. Dolce Vita at every turn. The apartment we stayed in was very beautiful, modern and clean. The lady who handed us the keys was very helpful and kind and available on the phone throughout our stay. There are many, many restaurants close to the house we stayed in and one excellent coffee roaster where we started each morning with a cappuccino on stand-up. We were thrilled with the city itself, oh who doesn't love Italy! It is impossible to be bored in Venice! I've never had so many glasses of aperolo in such a short time! :)
