• Amy (10/5): Great 5 night stay at luxurious Kuki Stay apartments! - Our stay (two couples) at this two bedroom, two bath apartment for 5 nights was a pleasure. The apartment is in a great, central location with many really good restaurants and cafes nearby. Plus, there is a nice supermarket next door. The apartment furnishings and finishes were luxurious and high end, you could tell it has been recently renovated and decorated. The apartment was clean and stocked with essentials. The beds were comfortable and the two bathroom showers had great water pressure. The property manager Lisa was very helpful and easy to contact. We were very happy with our accommodations and would not hesitate to book here again when returning to Florence.

• Ivelisse (9/5): Our stay was excellent and will definitely consider booking this apartment again on our next trip to Florence - The apartment is in a great location. Walking distance to all cultural points. The apartment was very clean and modern. Lisa was great accommodating our request for a second set of keys which allowed our family to come and go independently if we wanted to. Mobile service inside the building was not great. Trying to get into the apartment for the first time was a bit challenging as I could not complete the call successfully to Lisa for her to buzz us into the apartment. After many tries, we were able to connect. The only other thing is that the air conditioning on second bedroom was not as cold as in the rest of apartment but she does have additional floor fans to supplement and help circulate the air.

• Holger (9/5): - Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung, in einer perfekten Innenstadtlage, Vermieterin, sehr freundlich und bemüht Parken ist in der Umgebung schwierig. Parkhäuser sind sehr eng und Schlüssel müssen abgegeben werden, das hat mit der Unterkunft nichts zu tun. Aufzug war defekt.

She took us to the apartment and assured herself that we were comfortable and happy,. We were!h None of us can recall staying in a cleaner apartment. The cleaning crew sets a very high bar for other rentals. Few come close. The location is quiet and made visiting Florence easy. Close to everything. No complaints at all; minor or major.

• Douglas (8/5): Pleasant host, central location, tho aromatic issue to en-suite impacted the stay - Central to historic attractions and also very well-stocked supermarket, clean, good fit/finish, responsive host, high-tech means to access property, good quality bedding En-suite shower room was malodorous, and glazing could be better in terms of soundproofing
• Yukone (10/5): One of best place to stay in Florence - Alessia is one of the nicest host I’ve ever met, she was really accommodating and responsive for my needs and great with communication! The apartment is recently renovated, very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is in the city center and every touristic attraction is at walking distance, so convenient! I would definitely recommend. The elevator is a little bit small, it worked out for me though
• Ayşe (9/5): Excellent location - Excellent location. You can go everywhere by walking. Comfortable furniture and very nice design. There is no car park in front of the building but there is a good parking space called garage lungarno very close to the building. You can book in advance with a discount online. The only difficulty in the apartment was the Wc area. It is located inside the bedroom. It could be better if the wc door was opening to the common space.

It had all the amenities for a longer stay with family. The owner was very easy to reach. The lift was small but was only an issue because we had a large stroller. With a travel stroller it would have been fine.
