The location is perfect – a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, with metro stations and shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and had everything we could possibly need. The host was very kind and friendly, giving us great recommendations on where to eat and which sights to visit. The view from the window was absolutely stunning – truly a “wow” moment every time we looked outside. Thank you for making our stay in Beijing so enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to all travelers!

Kaare (10/5): Amazing host and view!! - Incredibly nice and helpful host, she helped us with tickets and every question we had. The place is very nice with an amazong view The smaller bed was not comfy because the mattress was thin, and the subway station is a little far on foot but okay on bike

Stig (4/5): Disappointing - Location was nice with walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shopping mall and metro. Our host Susan was very responsive and tried to fix the shortcomings of the apartment. She had things delivered to our door, and quickly provided a mobile stovetop that we could use. The apartment was run-down, and we had to start by cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. There was also smell of cigarette smoke in the room. A frying pan was rusty and dirty, and the stovetop was not working. There was noise from the hall way and from trains passing by.

The place was clean and huge for the four of us and Susan was very helpful in providing us our daily necessities, very much like a hotel! She even recommended us some of the good places to go! The location was very good, shops and foods are easy to get near by, subway stations are 5-10 mins walking, the neighborhood was nice. We highly recommend this place to family travellers. Thank you Susan! *Location Accessibility*: 5-10mins to Shuang Jing subway station, which has both line 7 and line 10. *Proximity to attractions*: Although it is not located downtown, the subway line makes it quite convenient. *Safety*: Good busy neighbourhood with security guards and a police station nearby. *Cleanliness and hygiene*: Very clean apartment, vacuum provided *Comfort*: Good bed quality, heating works well, spacious bedroom and living room *Wi-Fi and connectivity*: Reliable internet, TV is working. *Food options*: quite a few restaurants nearby, convenient store, and 2 grocery stores *Check-in/check-out*: Flexible timing, Susan is very accomodating *Kitchen facilities*: Appliances, utensils, cooking essentials. *Laundry facilities*: In-unit or shared laundry options. I didn't stay long enough :).
