• Lucia (3/5): - Non confortevole, manca armadio e/o attacapanni ma la cosa più GRAVE è STATA LA MANCANZA DI RISCALDAMENTO. Quando abbiamo scritto per chiedere spiegazioni ci è stato risposto che lo sapevano e che il tecnico non era potuto venire e ci dovevamo arrangiare (ci hanno detto che non era troppo freddo ma siamo a dicembre e la mattina non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia) Anche la pulizia del bagno lasciava a desiderare come la cucina che mancava dell'indispensabile La porta d'ingresso non si chiudeva, le chiavi non funzionavano migliorerei tutto

• Abdessamad (5/5): excellent place for low budget and low standards! - The location is very close to my work meeting and Peach. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. I also enjoyed walking by the water every day. the owner "Lucia" was very friendly! I had to pay 20 euros for the cleaning service and to get a new towels. Also, the paint was falling because of the humidity.

Terrible. - Location fine, close to the sea etc Shared kitchen with fridge useful but no cleaning materials provided so you wake up to coffee stains & dirt, left by people in the other room. There are no windows, in the bedroom or kitchen. No natural light. If a fire happened you couldn't escape. Cannot believe they charge for this space. Especially when there are other places, much better, minutes away. There was constant noise from people in the other room. Heard them on the toilet, singing, shouting at all hours. Zero privacy. Zero peace. Just horrid.

• Michael (7/5): Comfortable stay within easy reach of the coast and city - Warm welcome from the host and nice clean room with plenty of space. Only a short walk to the coast with its many restaurants and views of Vesuvius in the distance, and a short walk in the other direction to Piazza del Plebiscito and other sights. Very quiet in the room, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was plenty hot and powerful, and there was plenty of bottled water and a coffee machine provided in the shared kitchen space. The apartment is in a relatively poor area, on a narrow street with mostly tall buildings in various states of disrepair. The street is covered in dog poo and litter (as with most of Naples), and you have to be constantly vigilant of scooters and cars driving past far too quickly. The apartment has a small balcony but this overlooks a small unattractive courtyard and very little daylight makes it down from the many storeys above, so it's not a place you would spend any time. The soap pump in the room was near empty when we arrived and no other shampoo/shower gel was provided, though we didn't mention this to the host as it was only a small inconvenience
