- Udani (5/5): Near central London. Cheap food around the neighbourhood. Close to public transportation. - Close to public transportation such as busses and underground. Good cheap food around the neighbourhood. Parking would be an issue, there's a paid parking nearby but it is most of the time full. The owner/manager promised to contribute to the laundry bill (due to washing machine unusable) but that did not materialised until today. The boiler kept giving problems and we ended up not having hot water and heating for sometime. The owner did fixed the issues but things could have been better. The place needed an upgrade in terms of facilities such as radiators, showers and kitchen area. Some of the bed and pillows needed changing. Given the choice I would rather stay elsewhere.
- Lina (6/5): Pleasant - Comfy, nice apartment, close to a bus station and the neighborhood felt safe. The apartment needs general maintenance ASAP. Main room don’t have a blackout so the sun will wake you up. Communication was poor, we needed answers such as check in instructions, if they had a vacuum, etc, and we had to ask too many times for an answer. Wifi could be better, it worked only for WhatsApp and only in the main room.

- Hirunya (8/5): Very good - Very close to train station and super market (M&S). Good value for money with 3br ,2 bath rooms with Kitchen. Host is quick response.
- Hannah (6/5): Perfect location but not for 7 people. - Location was great, super close to the tube! It does not sleep 7 people. The sofa bed toppled during the night with one of the guests on it which was not acceptable. The room with the sofa bed in it does not have any blinds or curtains on the windows so not ideal with 6.30 sunrises.

- Anonymous (10/5): Great place and great location - recommend! - Great location with metro station near by. Easy to get to London attractions. Neighborhood is safe and quiet (school across the street) with a lot of stores and restaurants available.
The host was helpful and answered all our requests promptly. The host gave us clear instructions for check in and check out without being present at the location.
Apartment is well equipped and maintained with enough space for the group of 6 people (there was 3 of us there). Everything showed on pictures is genuine.
We recommend this apartment as we had everything expected when we booked this place.

Nice and quiet Sofa was so uncomfortable
Sleeps 6 but only seating for 3 people unless you use the dining chairs which isn't very relaxing
Trees in the garden have small black berries that got everywhere and stained slippers (needed throwing away) and made a mess of the floor
Previous occupants barbecue rubbish left in the garden
Really hot but no fans
Front bedroom really bright (had to go and buy a sleep mask)
Checking in and out times different than on website... Showed both as 12pm but advised check-in was 3pm and check out 10am after we'd made plans with the advertised times
Shown as having free parking but that's only Saturday and Sunday

- C (9/5): Superb VFM for a group London weekend - Ideal for our group of 3 couples. Superb value for money given it's so close to central London and includes weekend free parking & a garden. Also on a leafy, quiet road yet only a tiny walk to the Queens Park tube station & shops/cafes etc. Have already recommended to friends.
