• Drojc17 (9/5): Would come again and recomend it to fiends. - Very spacious and clean appartment on perfect location. Host was very helpfull. Not too comfy beds and pressure in the shower was a bit low.

• jose ernesto (10/5): the unit made our trip to rome perfect. - this unit was an entire apartment including a bedroom and large living room with comfortable sofa bed . one updated bathroom shower. its got a clothes washer but you hang dry your clothes. its right in the middle and 1.2 miles, walking distance for us, to the colosseum to the southwest. 5 minute walk north to pantheon and trevi fountain. 1 mile to vatican city. right in the middle of everything you need . from restaurants, grocery , stores. we would walk to tourist destinations at 5am and be there almost by ourselves except for workers starting the day to prepare for the onslaught of massive tourists. you can come back to unit after half a day of touristing then be off again after a nap . i will recommend this to all my family and friends. and hope to be able to rent again when we come back someday . its perfect. and check in was made easy by Ermo the contact.

• Mary-paula (1/5): Appalling in central Rome - The only 2 positive things I can say is that the location was excellent as was the AC. The property can only be described as shabby. The bathroom, which I consider the most important room was dreadful - peeling paint and a stained bath. It brought to mind poor student accommodation at its worst! AC pipework was taped together.
• Gabriela (7/5): It's a reasonable apartment. - The apartment is simple, but on a good location in the Historic Center, in the middle of several "piazzas" and easy to find on the map. The temperature is well controlled by the digital thermostat. The Internet worked well in all areas. The beds are comfortable. The only bathroom works, it has hot water and good water pressure. The small kitchen is well equipped, with many dishes and a large capacity dishwasher. The support team is willing to solve problems, such as when they applied oil to the hinges of the bathroom door, which squeaked. The only bathroom works, but it has problems. The top cistern of the toilet bowl is very noisy, as if it had a motor inside it. The shower is a hand shower installed above the bathtub and, to prevent the water from wetting the entire bathroom, there is a hinged glass partition that does not inspire much confidence, especially with the uneven floor inside the bathtub. I recommend installing a grab bar in case someone loses their balance. In the kitchen, the amount of cutlery is incompatible with the amount of plates, so it is necessary to wash cutlery for every meal instead of put everything in the washing machine. The freezer, inside the refrigerator, was full of ice on the inside walls, making it impossible to put anything else in it, not even possible to make ice cubes. The toaster didn't work, and when trying to turn it on, the apartment's main circuit breaker tripped. I don't recommend the apartment for those who want to wash their clothes. There is a washing machine, but no dryer machine. There is a wall-mounted clothes drying rack with few rods (for a few clothes) positioned very high, requiring the use of a ladder, everything inside a tiny room where the front door of the washing machine is opened or the ladder opens with difficulty.
• Fumi (7/5): Good - Excellent location, spacious, dog friendly, good mattress, very helpful staffs. I heard my neighbor waking up at 5 am and talking “quietly” but very well. There are some windows but most of them were fully covered with fixed curtains and couldn’t get natural lights, I find it a bit depressing. The bathroom needs to be cleaned better or renovated..
• Dariusz (9/5): Great place for a short stay for the family - The contact with the host was very good, the person who represented him was very friendly and gave comprehensive answers, he was so nice that he gained the sympathy of our whole family. The flat met our expectations, it is large enough that we felt comfortable in it. A great base for exploring Rome. The warmth inside can be adjusted to suit your needs. Basic needs provided, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, iron etc. The coffee machine makes great espresso;) We hope to be able to come back to you. Better not to use the dishwasher and electric kettle at the same time - the plugs went out. But a quick contact with the owner solved the problem.

I would definitely stay again! - Location, availability of the hosts and the local tips they gave us, very clean and spacious, well equipped kitchen (with great coffee!), good facilities (A/C, TVs, hot water etc.). They provided coffee, shampoo and soaps. There is a lift, and it's super quiet but super central. I would definitely stay again! The sofa bed is not so comfortable

• Andrei (8/5): Good enough - Good location, great host, lovely apartment, quiet and well maintained. Small children tend to crawl into the most ridiculous places, thereby discovering lots of places that aren't cleaned all that well. I would recommend deep cleaning every once in a while.
• Sean (10/5): Super nice experience! - Great location. Antonio and his assistants were excellent. They communicated well and met us with the key when we arrived. Everything went smoothly. The place is very nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. Secure building, very hot water, lots of TP, all the appliances work (including the AC), comfortable beds, big closets. We cooked every day and there are plates, utensils, and pots and pans.It's right in the heart of Rome with a supermarket and tons of restaurants just a few steps away. We definitely recommend Antonio's place. The only tiny problem was the Wi-Fi didn't reach the bedroom, even though there was an extender. But this was a small issue and not really a problem. Just go into the living room!

• Chee (9/5): Superb - Two staff met us at the apartment when we arrived and gave us a tour. They were really kind, welcoming and gave us some recommendations on local places to eat! The apartment was spacious for 4 adults, especially when we needed to spend time indoors. The apartment also managed to stay cool despite their being a heatwave, and the AC worked fantastic. The washer and drying rack was an added plus. The best part of the stay was the option to arrange for a driver to shuttle you to/from the airport, which we opted in at the end of our trip. It was well worth the money and our sanity.
