Guest Reviews
- Borgul (10/5): - Sehr 👍
- Lenka (10/5): -
- Nina (10/5): -
- Vladyslav (8/5): Very good -
- Anton (5/5): A disappointment - While the property charged me with a “late check-in” for being 15 minutes late due to the delayed train arrival, it took the managers three days to deliver an additional towel to the flat, despite the fact that I asked for it twice - the first time even before my arrival.
There were myriads of ants in the flat, and the property managers do not seem to do anything about it.
- Nikolaos (9/5): Superb -
- Amr (7/5): Good -
- Serhii (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Maja (9/5): Worth comming back - Nice little apartment if you go for sightseeing. Very small but everything you beed is there. Only con: lack of air conditioning
- Marc (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ionut (8/5): Very good - Very nice and tidy apartment close to the town centre. Had just one pilow for a double bed.
- Trevor (8/5): Very good -
- Marius (7/5): Good - Nice , all new furniture.
Lots of facilities. Not very clean.
No air codition.
Sofa smells like a dog pissed on it, could not sit on it.
- Paula (9/5): Superb - Very close to the city center . Great location . Enough space for the couple with two dogs for couple days Not enough facilities like soap or shampoo or kitchen staffs
- Marie (6/5): For the money it cost I'd expect cleaner appartment. - The flat was in nice location, close to the tram stop, close walk to a park and a lots of local pubs and restaurants around. The furniture was cheap, couch had huge dirty spots on them and the shower drain needed cleaning.
- Jasna (9/5): Great value for money - Good size of the flat, comfortable big beds, clean flat and wonderful view /
- Anna (10/5): very nice stay - cozy and chill
- Matúš (5/5): Completely mismanaged check-in - The apartment is new, nicely designed, and well-equipped. Booking.com stated we should call one of two numbers 30 minutes before arrival. We tried both repeatedly and couldn’t get through. Eventually, someone answered, and we agreed we’d be at the accommodation in 30 minutes and someone would meet us there. Nobody showed up. We spent another 30 minutes trying to call again without success. When we finally got through, we were told someone was on the way. They weren’t. We waited several more minutes, called again multiple times, and were finally asked if we were at the right address — because no one was there to meet us.
After confirming we were in the correct place, they said they’d call their colleague again. He finally showed up — no greeting, no apology for the delay or confusion, just stood there in silence staring at us. When we asked what went wrong, he said we were supposed to call him directly because he was “our manager.” When we pointed out we didn’t have his number and followed the official instructions from Booking.com, he claimed he had texted us — but we never received anything. For him, that was the end of the conversation, and he silently led us to the apartment.
For someone in 2025 not to be able to manage a simple self check-in — or at the very least a reliable in-person check-in — is pretty embarrassing. You’ll only get someone on the phone if you’re lucky, don’t expect them to call you back, inform you of anything proactively, or respond to messages on Booking or via SMS.
- Sergii (9/5): Superb -
- Kangchaya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ma. (9/5): Superb - It is homey, comfy, and you can consider 2nd home. It is also quiet and you can rest good after a long walk in the city. It is good Location and specially during sunset. Our host suggest me the best spot where the sunset. I can say it is exceptional. The host and staff is so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend it.
- Eve-marie (10/5): perfect - Great apartment, great area, close to tram. Very clean and tidy, comfortable bed. Could do with a shelf in the bathroom.
- Gottschalk (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amr (8/5): Very good -

- Marekbrestic (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nitin (8/5): Very good -
- Aljaž (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carole (8/5): Very good - Cleanliness Kitchen sparsely equipped, needs cutting board..bath needs towel bar/hooks
- Andrés (9/5): Superb -
- Carina (9/5): Superb -
- Diego (8/5): Very good - Nice and clean apartment, like in the photos Very late check-out (from 16:00) and very early check-in (before 10:00)
- Dimitrios (6/5): Ok - Overall the apartment was ok. The room had a good location and some stuff that you might need. However, the apartment lacked some basic essentials. For instance, there was a knife sharpener — but no salt or even a sponge for the dished? A bit of an odd priority.
I also found it amusing that they need six hours to clean the room (check-out at 10:00 and check-in at 16:00), yet for an extra €15–€20, early check-in or late check-out suddenly becomes possible.
Lastly, communication prior to arrival could have been smoother. I was asked about my arrival time three separate times, through different channels. It felt a bit disorganized.
- Saltanat (3/5): I will NOT stay here again and will NOT recommend it. - The beautiful pictures of the rooms were not true. I booked a room and according to the reservation there should be a room with a window. But the room was in the basement without windows. Therefore, there was no fresh air. I stayed 2 days and I hated those 2 nights, and if you are planning to spend in Prague more than 1 day this place will spoil your holiday.
The reservation says that check-in should be no earlier than 16:00. In case of early check-in, an extra charge of 15 euros is required. I was there exactly at 16:00 and there was no staff to let you in the building. In order to check into the room, you had to call in advance. They answered the calls but did not know the code for the front door. Some girl opened the door for me because it was raining outside. There were a lot of people waiting to check in in the corridor. In the end, a young man appeared who checked me in an hour later. I think if they charge 15 euros for early check-in, then if they are late, they should pay me 15 euros for their lateness.
In my observation, the floor in the room was not cleaned.
Since I work online, I needed Internet access. but I had to call them several times to get the Wi-Fi password, the staff didn’t know the password and I had to wait. He told several passwords to try few times.
Staff do not speak English
- Kyungheui (7/5): Check-in is too late at 4 p.m. and the nearby cathedral rings at dawn. - The facilities are all new. It's clean and nice. It has a lot of space. Check-in is too late to 4 p.m. There is a lot of extra charge to check-in early. You can't even keep your luggage
- Trevor (10/5): All good - Everything was spot on.
The host was very nice and welcoming when we met him.
Would definitely stay there again. Everything was good.
No complaints at all.
- Bermak (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monika (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment in very good price!
- Licheva (8/5): Very good -
- Arnold (8/5): Very good - The cost was economical. The rooms were clean. The location was not the best for a family with kids. Air-conditioning was not working as expected.
- Elina (7/5): Good for a short stay - It’s nice and clean, has all you need for a short stay.
The check in process is rather overcomplicated. I had to text my time of arrival to 3 different people(numbers) and also twice call before the arrival. It was the requirement from the manager.
The manager though was very sweet and friendly.
The apartment is really hot, you need to keep the window open at all times. However, the smoking area where the whole house is coming to smoke is in front of the window so the smoke is coming right to the apartment.
- Matiyn (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean and comfortable. Directly but not too direct in the city center. We took uber even though we drove. Great place to stay.💯 The parking. There is no parking without downloading an app and paying 180 every 3 hours. I manage to find a friend where I could keep my car parked for the duration.
- Nju (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, fantastic Internet, very close to the city center, 2 mins walk to the tram. Close to shops. Nothing.
- Aysen (8/5): Very good -
- Laurent (6/5): Standard Flat for Prague, but check-in-out time very restricted (double extra fee for early-late). - Flat standard for the city of Prague, but very poor communication with host (not answering for hours on WhatsApp, no confirmation of the exact time of Check-in: and at the end, very strict rules for Check-in / Check-out that can multiply the price of the room by 2, if you request early check-in or late check-out. Actually, Check-in is only after 16:00 and Check-out at 10:00 maximum. The only contact available is a local number that you need to call for check-in, they are not answering on WhatsApp until 15:00, they make all the people waiting in front of the building in the cold until 16:00 exactly, with no further information before. Check-in has a lot of rules, since you need to arrive exactly between 16:00 and 20:00, otherwise, extra charges will apply! And this is not clearly mentioned on the property page. Here are the rules/additional fees I received when I asked different check-in/check-out time:
CHECK-IN: ONLY from 16:00 before 20:00.
*An additional charge of
20 EUR applies to arrivals between 12:00-14:00,
15 EUR applies to arrivals between 14:00-16:00,
15 EUR applies to arrivals between 20:00-22:00,
25 EUR applies to arrivals between 22:00-00:00, and
50 EUR to arrivals between 00:00-03:00.
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the staff.
CHECK-OUT: until 10:00 ONLY.
*An additional charge of
15 EUR applies to check-outs between 10:00-12:00,
20 EUR applies to check-outs between 12:00-14:00.
- Karin (1/5): Basement apartment - The apartments on the upper floors are very nice; however, this one is in the basement, has no daylight, and there is mold. As mentioned, this apartment is in the basement with no daylight or possibility of fresh air, and the staff are acting as if they’re unaware of it - check before you book.
- Hugo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marina (9/5): Very nice - Everything perfect.. i like the position near very nice places
- Yevhenii (3/5): Never rent the cheapest (basement) apartments - Well-furnished room, perfectly located in quiet neighborhood. 1) Communication was awful. Several different people used booking's chat and noone knew anything about what we discussed literally in chat early, idk why.
2) The cheapest apartments are located on -1 level and need to be ventilated 24/7, but ventilation was that loud i couldnt sleep at night. Manager came to check if it was true, told me it was unacceptably loud and told me it would be fixed in my absence. I returned after 3 days and realized nothing was fixed, so i just changed the hotel. Just dont rent the cheapest apartments and you will be good, i think.
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Vladimir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Umut (6/5): Pleasant - The room was clean. The location was very close to the public transportation station. It was extremely uncomfortable that the bedroom wall was adjacent to a Rock bar. It was quite noisy during the night, I had difficulty sleeping. Should be clearly informed about this situation before booking.
- Neil (8/5): Very good -
- Natalia (8/5): Very good -
- Bum-bác (8/5): Very good -
- Taras (5/5): Passable - Nothing spetial to tell about. Maybe patio. I was disturbed by visitors a couple of times—first for a socket check, then to be given a hairdryer, which I hadn’t asked for. Later, I was asked if I minded an electrician working for 20 minutes and I have said that ok, if 20 mins. Next day it turned out they were actually planning some kind of renovation, which seemed quite wild to me.
The next week, I was asked to switch apartments, so the workers can do renovation and I will be provided with some better apt.
The first apartment was also too hot, so I had to open the windows to let in some air. Unfortunately, the noise woke me up because of that.
Additionally, I didn’t really like the Wi-Fi network—it was a bit unreliable and it was working with interruptions, so I had to use mobile data.
- Alaksandr (10/5): Comfortable accommodation for families or groups of friends - The flat was very clean and in good condition, all the furniture was new. The flat was very warm despite the weather.
- Hakan (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable apartment. Good size. Clean. I liked the kitchen too. Will stay here again. Check in is between 16:00 and 20:00. If you want to check in outside this time frame you have to pay extra money. And you have to call a manager to let them know what time you are arriving so that manager can come and meet you to check you in.
- Viktoria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Onuralp (8/5): Very good -
- Alex (8/5): Very good -
- Iveta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ben (9/5): Good job, see you later, guys. - The studio offers basically everything one needs for a comfortable stay. If they supply it with a hair dryer as well some hangers, and improve the beddings (pillow and blankets are way thin), the list will be complete.
The whole studio is very well designed and tailor-made, and the staff is always friendly and polite, available remotely, on the phone if needed. I'd recommend the hosts to reduce multiple requests to confirm the time of check-in on the guests part. I understand they try to avoid potential late arrivals, but it may be annoying to do so 4 times as I had to do.
The double rooms are located in the basement, so even though there were 2 small windows, any potential walker-bys could see through them into the bedroom, so one has to keep the curtains on all the time, with no access to daylight..
However the wifi signal seemed to be solid in the basement, when connecting to the flat TV through my Google account, it always kept failing to connect, so I couldn't watch a personalized content.
There are long-term reconstructions going on in the building as evident, so for sensitive guests it may be kinda disruptive in the daytime.
- Vladyslav (9/5): Superb -
- Sandro (8/5): very cozy place with all the amenities you need for a great stay - i had problems with the wifi on my macbook but not with my windows laptop
- Mariia (9/5): Superb -
- Flor (7/5): Good - The location was great, and the room was spacious. Overall, it was a nice experience. It would be nice if they offered an extra pair of towels and bedding. There was an extra pillow and blanket in the closet, but no extra bedding.
Furthermore, it would be nice if there was cooking oil and salt and pepper at least so guests wouldn't be forced to buy these and could use these basics during their stay. WIFI often had issues staying connected both on the TV provided and personal devices.
- Ecaterina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nico_w_lef (8/5): Very good -
- Zain (5/5): Passable - Ikke noe særlig I arrived half an hour before check-in..so they told me I had to pay 290 kronor for half an hour...even though they didn't tell me that when we talked on the phone and agreed on the arrival time..and they gave me a room on the ground floor where the oxygen was bad
- Felizardo (9/5): Superb -
- Steven (7/5): Great option for those who don’t mind being outside of the old town - Great location. Close to the tram and nearby bars and restaurants They could have been a little more generous with the amount of toiletries provided and replenished the coffee. Additionally the bedding was two single duvet sets even though it was a double bed
- Yuliia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aljoša (10/5): Exceptional - Good spacious and comfartable apartmant with good location, 30min walk or 10min with public transport. Staff were very pleasent
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kristina (10/5): Great - We liked that it was close to the city center, just 3 stations away. Clean, spatious and modern. Everything was great!
- Mario (4/5): Ending up in a basement unit - The location is ok, close to Seifertova Street and the central bus and railway station. Some minimarkets and a Lidl supermarket nearby, as well as nice places to eat. The washing machine is a useful addition when travelling light. We were accommodated in a unit that was located in the basement. There was no indication of that when booking. The place is unpleasantly humid and very cold, with a temperamental and unreliable heating system. There is a dehumidifier in the unit that needs to be used to alleviate the issue. Not enough hot water in the evening. No kitchen paper towels or dishcloth available. Only one small towel and one bath towel for a 4-night stay provided. No hangers in the unit to hang the clothes. No response from the manager when asked to check the heating and hot water.
- Kevin (10/5): Amazing place ! - Amazing place to stay for new years celebrations. They really think of all the small things, hair dryer, pods for the washing machine, iron and iron board!
They even gave us free beers and champagne on arrival with chocolates.
Super comfy beds and pillows and a nice new tv with Netflix
Showers are also nice and simple and work perfect
Thanks !!! Communication before arrival could have been a little better
- Um (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable- every thing available Nothing
- Nikolaos (10/5): Super nice and perfect!!❤🤠❤👍👍👍 - I lake everything for to this place!! And the owner woman is very good and friendly and help for everything to need!!❤🤠👍👍👍
- Terence (9/5): Superb -
- Edoardo (10/5): Very cute apartment - Nice apartment, from my point of view i liked everything. Full of equipments, clean and nice position. Recommended!!! For me, everything was ok.
- Crcastrol88 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tristan (8/5): Good place to stay - The place was really lovely, it's all Ikea and I really liked it.
The check in/check out was also efficient (it's not an hotel so you need to text with the host)
Also the location is perfect, you have the tram n°26 nearby.
The neighbor is also super nice I would have liked a recommandation guide/book in the flat, to know the restaurants and bars nearby.
The heat seems to work only on the floor of the entrance.
I guess it's not their fault, but the working construction in the street started every day at 8am :/
- Shota (1/5): Don't use. They charge expensive extra check-in and -out fees, which are not shown. -
- Nikolaos (10/5): Super nice 👑❤👑👍👍 - Everything is perfect!👑👍🤝👍👑
- Várnagy (9/5): Superb - There is not any parking sapce in the whole district what tourist can use.
- Nikolaos (10/5): Super!!👑👍👍👍👑 - Everything!👑👍👍👍👑
- Furkan (9/5): Superb -
- Bartek (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lobjanidze (8/5): Very good - the room was comfortable, the location is one of the best, and the Cleanliness was perfect. there was some reconstrution on the building and Noisy construction work began every morning at 7 a.m.
- Joshua (7/5): Lovely room however check in process was a real shame - The room was amazing The checking in process
- Nikiforos (7/5): Good - Clean space.
Good location, close to public transport. Noisy due to construction.
No salt, peper, or coffee in the kitchen.
4th floor with no lift.
- Bea (4/5): Disappointing -
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Good facilities, clean, good location. My window was next yo a lift. I never received any toilet paper. Only received 1 large towel for drying.
- Andrew (9/5): Great, modern apartments - Very modern and centrally-located apartments. Hosts were very accommodating. Quite a lot of noise from construction work.
- Tereza (7/5): Good - Apartment ia well located and equipped as well. The windows were completely covered due to reconstruction of the facade so I asked for refund. The refrigerator is a bit of noisy, take it in count. I asked the staff via sms for dish towel which never arrived…
