• Denise (10/5): Great stay in The Heart of Rome - Flat was super clean and central. Very quiet and loved the location, which was close to the centre but not in the crowds. We were met at the flat, which is greatly appreciated:) All was great. Have no complaints.

• Stella (4/5): Disappointing considering the price - Pros: The location is decent and walkable to some areas, though not central enough to always find a taxi easily. The host was fantastic and very attentive throughout our stay. The building has an elevator, which was a big plus since my elderly father wouldn’t have been able to manage stairs. We stayed here as a group of 5 adults, and while the host was extremely nice and responsive—leaving us a thoughtful welcome gift of fruit and wine—the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations given the high price. Cons: Despite being advertised as suitable for 5 adults, it really isn’t. There are only 4 beds: one queen bed that’s comfortable, two smaller beds unsuitable for bigger adults, and a very uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room with no proper foundation. Realistically, this unit is better for 2 adults and 2 kids at most. The heating takes a while to warm the space, and the water heater is a tank system, so hot water runs out quickly if multiple people want to shower in a short time. The surrounding area can get quite noisy with construction or other disturbances, so sleeping in might be a challenge. Given the price, I expected more comfort and amenities. While this location was more or less walkable, my previous stay closer to Vatican City in a bed and breakfast was more enjoyable overall. If you’re considering spending $5000 on accommodations in Rome, I would explore other options unless this unit’s specific features meet your needs.

Stairs are a bit dangerous with no handrail and watch the bottom step it's a bit of an optical illusion, I have the bruises to prove it! (But there is a lift).

We actually booked it last minute while already in Rome and very disappointed about the previous place we were staying. Thank you so much for turning our stay in a memorable one! We will definitely return Just couple minor suggestions: 1. Screens for the windows. It would be nice to open the windows and not worry about anything potentially coming in 2. In the second bedroom a full size bed would be more comfortable than the two twin ones.

Also nice restaurants around like Il Localino, which is a hidden gem. Food is amazing, locals loving it. Apartment has all the required facilities for a comfortable stay right in the heart of Rome. Super place! Pasquale the host was so helpful and nice throughout the stay. Thank you! If you look for an apartment for 4 people- great place to stay! No view, but it wasn’t a surprise
• Mohammed (5/5): The place is good and the treatment is bad - The apartment is clean, modern furniture, and the location is good I have several comments. 1- The apartment is only large enough for four people, because the sofa in the hall and in front of the kitchen is not a place to sleep, and there are only two bathrooms. 2- A situation occurred on the part of the owner of the apartment that bothered me a lot. I booked the apartment, consisting of two rooms and two bathrooms, for 2,500 euros for four nights. Of course, the reservation is not valid. It is refundable according to the terms of the reservation. While communicating with the owner of the apartment to determine the arrival time, he asked me how many people there are. I mentioned that we are a family of a couple and two children, so he asked for an additional fee for the two children in the amount of 380 euros. I should transfer it before arrival, or I should contact Booking. Of course, he takes advantage of the fact that the reservation amount is non-refundable, so he imposes his conditions, and I paid. The amount was forced, and I searched on Booking, where I entered the website of the apartment itself and specified the days from July 22 to July 26, which is the same number of days as mine, and I found that it was renting for 2,000 euros, and I paid 2,500 euros, meaning I paid an additional amount of 500 euros, and this is due to the fact that I booked more than two months ago, and the bottom line is I advise. Be careful when dealing with owners of individual apartments, and also do not book early with owners of individual apartments because it reduces the rental price if the apartment is empty, and the tenant benefits by paying the appropriate amount for the apartment. I was not bothered by the apartment or the furniture. On the contrary, the furniture is beautiful and modern. I was bothered by the apartment owner’s treatment.
• Butler (10/5): Fantastic stay in Rome! - The host was fantastic and the apartment was perfect for our family. We were able to get to all of the places my family wanted to go either by walking or a short metro ride away. The host left a bottle of wine for my wife and I and some treats for the kids. This was as good of a stay as we could have hoped for while in Rome. N/A

It was very spacious and amazing. Had everything you could possibly need for the stay. The location is perfect and safe close to everything. Beds were really comfortable. The host aswel was a lovely guy. I would definitely be booking this place again and recommending the apartment to others. The host was very welcoming bringing us fruit on arrival and meeting us on departure aswel. I have never experienced such kindness. Everything was perfect.

A short walk from all of the top tourist spots Could have had a welcome folder in English with key items eg which colour bin is for which items? apps to download for restaurant bookings (The Fork/ Quandoo) Very little to say for improvements for the apartment as the host has thought of everything
• Andy (10/5): A True Gem. A Rare Find in Rome. - A True Gem. A Rare Find in Rome. This was far superior to any Five Star Hotel stay. Terry is a great host for this beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated, high-end apartment in an upscale neighborhood of Rome. Safe, clean area in a beautiful security building. Only a 9 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, or 11 minute walk to Trevi fountain. Just steps away from the trendy Via Veneto. We could not be asking for more. Absolutely Loved everything.

Walking distance to all the main attractions. welcome chocolates were a nice touch and well received The only downside was the lift was out when we stayed, so not ideal carrying suitcases up. Ok if you are fit.
