- Sara (2/5): Terrible - do not stay here - The bed was comfortable Everything else. It was dirty, the agent bombards you with instructions about cleaning, parties, checking out, filling in a new form, sending them a photo of the keys when you check out. But completely unhelpful when I asked for assistance. The kitchen was so badly stocked there wasn’t even a jug or bottle to chill water and no ice cube trays. The water dispenser didn’t work. The couch was unbelievably uncomfortable. The room was bare except for a couch and a coffee table. Oh and the owner clearly lives there on a semi regular basis as they have left some of their stuff behind. What else. Make sure you read the fine print because they make you pay a $500 deposit and take their sweet time about returning it. The building and the apartment smelled, the “gym” was a treadmill and a cross trainer and the pool gets no sun and is the size of a postage stamp.

- Chantelle (1/5): Bad - There was a spring coming out off the bed on the side the dryer didn't want to work the dust in where the washing is , was very uncomfortable not worth the price didn't sleep well wasn't sound proof could hear a dog barking in the apartment next to us would not stay here again .

- Bronwyn (5/5): Interesting - Location Unit was very comfortable Pricing was good Free parking on sight a major bonus Check-in late, waiting outside for 1/2 hour with 2 phone calls to get details, lucky I didn’t have the hire car yet as no parking on the street with details that I could park in visitor parking so late And no details what to do with key or check out requirements for apartment not sent at all But plenty of fines if things weren’t right but how do you know what Toilet seat didn’t fit so uncomfortably and flushing mechanism broken Quality of towels and their condition terrible No information in that apartment about it, the area or the building And small annoyances like bubble wash instead of shower gel, dead plants on the deck, dirty rubbish bin and lid, parking access very tight for a larger vehicle
