- Amalia (7/5): Good - The space was good, the temperature inside was good as well, the neighborhood was OK, near to shops and transport stations, about 2.5 km away from the central station by foot. The staff was helpful and allowed us to check-in a bit earlier than initially agreed. They could clean it up a bit more. As for things you need in a house, there were no paper towels in the kitchen, not even dish soap. There was no sugar or coffee, we had to buy everything, even the toilet paper, because it was not enough for 5 days. Now I don't expect they provide coffee every day, but you know, when you arrive at the location from the road it's nice to have one. Considering the hassle with the additional safety fee, they could provide more to that room.
- Srdjan (9/5): City break in April - Beautiful, modern building with a mini botanical garden in the basement. Extremely nice looking lobby, green balconies..... The apartment needs some minor maintenance work. The wider neighborhood was not exactly what we expected.
- Stosic (8/5): Great quality stay for price - The location is good, really close to bus station going to Centrale and also a metro stop is a few minutes away by foot. The apartment is well equipped and big enough and you can see the Alpes from it. The neighborhood is looking nice also and has cute restaurants and big market close. The building of an apartment is really modern and cool looking especially the floor where you enter. It’s good that the building is secured by multiple locks but could be confusing. We could a great detailed instructions from Booking manager on how to find and enter the apartment. - The cleanliness could be better - There is a deposit fee (which is returned later on) and also taxes that you pay on external links which I didn’t like

- Limani (9/5): Very good value for the money - The location it was very good, from the Appartement to Milan Central City by Buss it was 15 to 20 max, the buss station from the building was 2 mins. The building was very new the neighbours was very nice and friendly. Overall was very good value for the money
- Mohammed (6/5): Very nice property, however needs working A/C - Clean and new. The A/C doesn’t work caused issues for my children. It was very hot and humid.
- Ian (3/5): Uncomfortable is the best I can say - Modern apartment. Good location. Modern building. Spacious Where to start: 1. False advertising: no air conditioning which is horrible in the summer, 2. The host is not very responsive and often needs follow up, 3. The charge for a crib is hidden under policies and is outrageous, 4. Owner didn’t confirm crib availability until the day before when we were informed of the charge. When asked they said they hadn’t responded because they “weren’t sure of availability”. Can you imagine if the answer the day before had been no? When a family is visiting and needs a crib, it can’t be a day before confirmation. Host needs to take down crib availability and this place should not be listed as a “top choice for families”.
