• Linzi (8/5): Met the needs of a bed and dry, clean and pace to stay - Convenient location. Number of beds and rooms available. Host gave lots of details prior to arrival which was really helpful Living room sofa not very comfortable. Bath Towels were provided but no tea towels to dry cups etc.

• Hayley (10/5): Great place to stay - Very good price for a group of friends staying in London for an event at the O2. Parking available for two cars at the property. Host was available by phone when we had some issues with finding things in the property Nothing ... Perfect stay. Would definable recommend if going to London for O2 arena events again

• Ryan (8/5): Spacious big house - The house is big and spacious to accommodate a large group so for 4 of us it was plenty. It had a garden with table and chairs, the living room had a large tv with YouTube premium. Plenty of space. The location was in a nice area close to the cable car and the tram to London centre. It was quiet and pleasant. Easy to find. The owner moved our stuff there from his other apartment where we had to stay our first night due to a safety issue meaning we were not able to use this house yet until resolved.

• Farheen (6/5): Nice and spacious apartment for a family but need little bit changes - Location very close to DLR Inside house is clean. Good space for parking. Beds were comfortable. Internet speed is good. Spacious apartment. Toilet seat was wobbly Area under the stairs where the Iron and iron stand was very smelly. Provided towels were wet ( don’t know, if it is washed and did not dry properly or was it used) Driveway was very dirty. City airport is very close so noisy because of aeroplane. Shower head needs replacement.

• Zanda (9/5): The host was very forthcoming and communication was excellent! Would suggest this stay to friends! - The location was very well reachable by public transport - also the apartment was spacious and very cozy! Fully equipped kitchen and a backyard was a bonus. All was good

The host was extremely friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions. The location was perfect – peaceful and quiet, but close to public transport. We also really appreciated the flexibility with a late check-out, which made our departure much more comfortable. We felt very comfortable and at home. Would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

It was clear that the host does not have much experience yet, but has potential to improve. The beds were comfortable, there was enough hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped and the wifi was working properly. Overall the stay was good value for money considering we stayed 1 night with 5 people. We had some issues with the heating, that were solved late in the evening and made the start of our stay a bit uncomfortable. A few things need fixing (e.g. the front door key lock) and improvement (communication with/by the host), cleaner bathroom accessories.
