• Christopher (1/5): We expected a lot more for the money we paid. - Location of the hotel, apart from the fact that our apartment, room 501 was on the main road and we had difficulty sleeping because of outside traffic noise and revellers. Not very sound proof. The furniture was old, vinyl peeling off all chairs. Tap fell off shower. The TV wouldn’t connect to Netflix. Freezer was not clean. Management couldn’t give too hoots. We asked for a change of apartment and were told that furniture in all apartments were in the same poor condition.

• Sandra (8/5): Prima locatie in de stad. - Mooie locatie, The Strand, Castle Hill, street art route en Palmer street op loopafstand. Appartement is netjes, alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.
• Ian (5/5): Basically good. - Well presented unit. Unfortunately, we experienced very dirty water at about 4pm on our 2nd day - the hot looked like coffee, the cold like beer. We tried flushing both systems - the cold eventually cleared before bed time but the hot still remained better but still beer coloured when we left enabling only a cold shower in the morning! We thought some sort of compensation should have been given even an offer of some clean water when we first notified the agent. We realise that it was probably not the the owner's fault but we were paying good money for no potable water for quite a long time!

• Rudy (7/5): Frustrated about internet and a little pissed about being moved from original booking to another. - No Breakfast and no Internet and only free to air TV No Internet and the TV only had free to air and was to old to accept movies and shows stored on my USB Stick

• Rachel (10/5): Comfortable, relaxing & stress free! - Location was perfect for getting round Townsville. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfy and great for the family of 4. Plenty of space to chill out, parking was easy and safe. Owners were so wonderful & super helpful with any questions we had.

Steve just happened to be there when we checked in and made us feel right at home and gave us the tour. My daughter and I felt very relaxed, great rooms and space to relax. Wasn't great when we were sitting outside at the table and the lady in the unit above watered her plants and it dripped all over us!

• Timothy (9/5): Would highly recommend. And we will definitely use again if we need a 2 bedroom apartment. - Great location, clean, well appointed and functional. Parking was very tight with a large vehicle. The owner did warn us about this, but it didn’t make daily parking easy.
