• Navid (3/5): Apart from the views and location, the accommodation is way overpriced. - Location, views and property size. Smelly bathrooms, laundry sink only had hot water (couldn't use as it was burning hot), Wifi didn't have internet access, fireplace was missing kindling and matches (fire starters and matches were provided on the second day), however we were requested to clean out fireplace prior to our departure - which is quite a ridiculous request given the cost of the booking! Body soap wasn't sufficient even for a single shower in the lower ground bathroom. The lower ground bathroom counter wasn't draining to the sink, all water on top of the bench would fall off the edge and was a nuisance. The gas oven hadn't been cleaned for a very long time and we could not use it as it was in a disgusting state. The coffee machine was also in a filthy state and required us to clean it prior to use.
• Belinda (7/5): Spacious house good for a group. Excellent service from management. Central location. - Spacious with great views, warm fire and heated flooring. Had an issue with the ensuite shower leaking through the ceiling to downstairs because of a blocked drain but the response from the management was excellent and issue resolved within just an hour. Take your own toilet paper. We had 9 people, and while I accept it was not going to be replaced throughout our stay, each toilet only had a very small amount on the role to start with.
• Margaret (7/5): We had a lovely stay. In walking distance to the bus pickup to head for the snow. Pool table . - Location was great, Well equipped. Beds comfy Two beds unmade, limited instructions on appliance usage.
