• Yvone Wong (10/5): Overall it's a good place to stay. - Check in and check out is easy. If you are not old folks, then still walkable distance to the tourist spots. Lobby has a grocery shop which still opens around 12am, so you can buy groceries at the shop. Overall it's a good place.

• Petra (10/5): - i really liked the double beds (so 2 x double beds in living room and 1 x double bed in bedroom). they were very comfortable. the view is amazing! there is a washing machine, stove with 2 pit, large refrigerator, microwave, hot water cooker! there even was soap for the washing machine. everyday fresh water, clean towels. the shower is very good!!! hot and strong! there is a little super market on ground floor of the building. very handy for small groceries. the staff was very nice and helpful with everything. great place to stay!! cleaning service could do there best a bit better (under the bed). There was only 1 cooking pot. 4 plates, 4 glasses. would be nice to have a bit more. but overall it was very nice to stay there!

Sotto si trova proprio un market comodo per acquistare acqua e snack ! Ogni giorno venivano cambiati gli asciugamani e lasciavano bottigliette di acqua ! Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto bisogno di un termometro e non avendolo in reception sono stati tempestivi nell’ordinarne uno e farcelo portare in camera .

You get access to wechat group and they help you every time you need something. Vivien and the rest of the team was very friendly and helpful. If we come back to Shanghai we will stay at River House for sure.

• Minjung (9/5): 상하이에 가게 되면 재숙박 의사 있습니다. - 난징동루, 난징서루, 와이탄을 모두 걸어 갈 수 있는 위치입니다. 19층에 있는 제 숙소에서 보는 전망도 좋았습니다 (생활하는 주민들도 있는 건물이라서, 숙소로 운영하는 호실의 층 수는 다 다를 것 같습니다) 상하이에 아침에 도착하는 항공편이었는데, 숙소 1층에 있는 사무실에서 집을 맡아 주어서 편하게 다닐 수 있었습니다. 상하이 출발도 이른 아침이었는데, 호스트에게 부탁해서 공항까지 가는 택시를 예약해서 편하게 떠날 수 있었습니다. 2박이었는데 이튿째 날에도 새 샤워 수건이 욕실에 놓여 있었고, 생수도 다시 채워 주었습니다. 세탁기, 세제, 건조대가 있어서 필요하면 빨래도 할 수 있는 환경이었습니다. 현금고 알리페이 모두 사용할 수 있습니다. 갖고 있던 현금을 내고 나머지는 알리페이로 결재하면서 수수료 안 받는 구간인 200위안으로 나눠서 결재를 했는데, 친절하게 다 해주었습니다.

• Stanley (9/5): Да практически все понравилось :) - Это апартаменты, расположенные на набережной канала недалеко от ст. метро QUFU Rd. На другой стороне канала торговый центр. Рядом и внутри кафешки. До Нанкинской улицы пешком минут 15, чуть дольше до набережной. Мы жили в номере с видом на башню и "открывашку". :) В квартире большой холодильник, полноценная кухня, чайник, микроволновая печь, стиральная машина, совмещенный санузел, 2 огромные кровати каждая в своей комнате, телевизор. Кровати очень удобные! Убирались в номере каждый день. Хозяйка очень гостеприимна, владеет английским. Проблем с оплатой и заселением не было никаких. Помогала нам в наших просьбах, подробно отвечала на вопросы. Считаем, что с местом жительства не прогадали. Сушилку бы в номер. Стиралка есть, а где сушить не ясно. :)

• Chun Song (8/5): It is a good place to stay for your Shanghai holiday. - Walking distance from Qufu and Xinzhalu station. Can rent the bicycle if you don't feel like walking. Quiet place to rest and short distance from happening places. The staff Vivien is helpful, and there's basic housekeeping if you need it. There's a gym, a small grocery shop, a small drinking place, and that's about it. There is no shelter walkway if it is raining.

El metro a 5 minutos y sitios para comer por los alrededores La única sorpresa es que no es un hotel, sino un apartamento que regenta la dueña de la tienda de conveniencia que hay a la entrada del edificio. Surrounding is good. At nights you can enjoy walking beside the river. One night, as we returned, the appartment door was not locked. We informed the owner. Nothing is missing. The main door seems to be very unsecured and can be easily break. The outside floor smells strongly for smoke. The centralized air condition is very loud. Wifi is provided but cannt be used due to firewall eventhough tested with 3 different vpn, it still cannot work.

It takes around 13–15 minutes of walking to reach the main street with restaurants and shops. There was a bad smell in the hallway on the 6th floor. It’s a pet-friendly place, but I’m afraid of animals, so it made me a bit uncomfortable.

You really get what you see and the view was breathtaking. There is really nothing in the kitchen that you may see in the photos, just four tea cups.

• Hyeonjeong (10/5): - 상하이 오면 무조건 여기 머무릅니다!! 위치, 가격, 서비스, 시설 모든것이 완벽합니다. 직원분은 무척 친절하시고 영어가능하시니 의사소통 문제없습니다. 객실이 동방명주뷰가있고 그 반대편 뷰가있는것같은데 어느쪽이든 강이보이면서 아침저녁으로 뷰가 매우 좋습니다ㅎㅎ호텔이라기보단 에어비엔비같은 느낌인데, 암튼 건물1층엔 작은 구멍가게가있고, 걸어서 10분이내에 지하철역(曲阜路站), 홈플같은 큰 상가 있어요. 바로앞에 강이있으니까 산책하기도 좋구요. 사실 전에 혼자오고 너무좋아서 이번엔 부모님 모시고 가족끼리왔는데 모두 대만족했습니다ㅎㅎ값지고 멋진경험 감사합니다, 또올게요!

They provided the Chinese names of our destinations, which made it much easier to book Didi taxis and avoid going to the wrong place. – The room was fairly comfortable and came with a kitchen, allowing us to cook our own meals. – There was a washing machine, which was extremely useful for us since we were traveling around China for about 25 days. It really helped us manage our laundry during the trip. – The apartment felt quite cramped for 4 people due to too many tables in the room. We had to rearrange the furniture ourselves to make the space more comfortable. – Basic utensils like spoons and plates were not provided according to the number of guests, which made dining a bit inconvenient.

Le personnel parle anglais et le paiement est facile. Une supérette se trouve au rez de chaussée, ce qui est très pratique.

This apartment is good for me because I'm allergic to cigarette smoke smell, which is omnipresent in all Chinese hotels. Would be good if there's a clothes dryer installed in the apartment.
