- Narasimhan (9/5): Spacious room and play corner for kids. But the shower was horrible and would not go again due to that. - Location was good and having a parking in a garage was a big plus. There was a corner for kids to play and lots of games. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The shower was horrible. You can’t change the temperature of the water from the shower, you have to leave the bathtub, walk few steps and adjust it above the toilet. And you still don’t know how much to adjust it because you have to first feel the water, which is few step away. Very strange and super uncomfortable. Especially with kids, I don’t recommend.

- Flepp (7/5): Wir waren Anlässlich des Engadiener Skimarathons da zusammen mit unseren zwei Kleinkindern. Jedoch würden wir diese Unte - Die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal – nur wenige Meter von der Langlaufloipe entfernt. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit Blick auf den See, somit eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Für ein bis zwei Nächte ist der Aufenthalt okay. Leider sind das Mobiliar und das Kücheninventar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Sofa – wenn man es überhaupt so nennen darf – war sehr instabil und wurde mit einer Spannplatte unter den Kissen verstärkt. Trotzdem hatte man bei jedem Hinsetzen das Gefühl, dass es bald auseinanderbricht. Auch die Betten hätten ein Update verdient; man spürte jede einzelne Matratzenfeder. Das Geschirr und Besteck in der Küche waren teilweise kaputt oder verbogen. Eine Pfanne hatte einen eingebrachten Boden und der Wasserkocher war extrem verkalkt. Die Reinigung dürfte insgesamt etwas präziser durchgeführt werden.

- Rebecca (10/5): Great accommodation in an excellent location - The location is excellent and our room had fabulous views of the lake and surrounds. The triple room was very comfortable and spacious and included tea and coffee (pods). Has a lift for your luggage. Staff were great, very accommodating and friendly. There is a large room with tables and chairs where you can eat your own food, play board games etc which was handy. Supermarket and bakery a short walk from the accommodation. Bus stop also close and handy to access St Moritz (including the train station) and other towns. Buses very frequent and also had an enclosed space so you’re not waiting in the cold. .

- Therese (7/5): - Tolle Lage, kostenfreie Tiefgarage, Nespressomaschine Die Wohnung wirkt sehr "abgewohnt" (ist stark in die Jahre gekommen) Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig war das Warmwassersystem der Dusche, des Lavabos (es gibt nur ein zentrales Warmwasser-Mischventil ca. 1m vom Lavabo und ca. 2m von der Dusche entfernt) Die Küche bedarf einer Renovierung.

- Barbara (7/5): Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat für diese Saison gestimmt. - Die zentrale Lage, mit Bäckerei und Volg vor der Haustüre sowie die Anbindung an den ÖV. Das Bett war sehr gut und die Wohnung sauber. Die Dusche/Badewanne ist viel zu klein und für einen behinderten Menschen schwierig zu nutzen, da der Einstieg zu hoch ist und es keine Sitzmöglichkeit gibt. Das Sofa ist komplett durchgesessen. Und es wäre schön, wenn noch 1 oder 2 bequeme Sessel zur Verfügung stehen würden. Die Möbel in Küche und Bad sind abgegriffen und bräuchten ein Update.

Then there is anpther central mixing knob for hot and cold water. A little strange but worked. Two, no television on the room which actially was a good thing.

- Rolf (8/5): Gute reine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, sauber und freundlich, gewöhnungsbedürftiger Nassraum - Als reine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit jetzt im September perfekt. Zentral in Silvaplana gelegen, VOLG und Bäckerei/Cafe Grond um das Eck. Sauber und sehr nettes Personal, gute Tiefgarage. OeV auch ums Eck in alle Richtungen und viele Verbindungen (Sils-Maria, Maloja, Bergaglia, St. Moritz, Pontresina) Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso) und kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Wir haben im Cafe Grond jeweils Frühstück genossen und je nach Wanderziel Mittag/Nachtessen auswärts in Restaurants eingenommen. Zu Beachten aber nicht änderbar: 1) Nasszelle mit Uraltarmaturen/Uraltkonzept + Badewanne nur schon zum Duschen sehr eng 2) keine Verpflegung möglich, das frühere Hotel Silva ist quasi geschlossen und gem. Personal wird dies auch in Zukunft nicht ändern. 3) Essen im Hotelzimmer für uns keine Option (kein Tisch, keine Stühle), man könnte im geschlossenen Restaurantteil im Parterre eigenes essen (OK gem. Personal, jedoch nicht kochen....) 4) somit ob Frühstück oder Nachtessen entweder Takeaway/Liefern lassen oder auswärts essen gehen. In der Winter(hoch) Saison kann dies aus Kapazitätsgründen im Ort und natürlich je nach Budget problematisch sein.

Angenehm war auch, dass eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher mit allem Zubehör sowie ein kleiner Kühlschrank zur Ausstattung gehörten. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte. Für einen Kurzaufentwahl war unsere Zimmerwahl perfekt.

Hmmm, das Gebäude ist sehr alt, wahrscheinlich aus den 70er und seitdem nicht mehr renoviert.... im Bad muss man einen Hebel umlegen damit die Dusche und das Becken warmes Wasser hat... für den Preis eigentlich nicht akzeptablel....
