• Wendy Lorena (3/5): Terribile esperienza - Casa molto bella e accogliente, spaziosa per una famiglia comoda per restare per dei giorni a dormire. Molto sporco sia stanze che bagni, la cucina da non parlarsi le pentole e posate usate da altri ospiti in precedenza, stanze con polvere e ho trovato anche una calza sporca sotto al letto. I bagni con un odore terribile da venire la nausea, nella doccia non c’era acqua calda solo fredda. E per ultima cosa la ciliegina sulla torta di notte abbiamo visto un topolino in una delle nostre stanze.

• Zabir (10/5): Ten out of ten stay would come back again - It was clean and comfy easy to sleep in and enjoy thr apartment
• Maria (1/5): Stay away! - Near Canary Wharf Difficult access, 3 or 4 flats of narrow stairs. It was dirty, mould in the showers, the cooker had a big stain and was sticky, and dust everywhere. We had to bleach the bathrooms before using them. The cupboard in the bathroom was broken and rusty. The 4 table chairs were all broken, you could not sit without ending on the floor. The living room blinds were broken as well, only 2 or 3 pieces in situ of the many panels that should be in place, impossible to get any shadow in the living room, and due to the big glass doors and windows the flat was boiling, as the air conditioning fitted in the living was not enough to cool down the flat. The roof light in the second bedroom was sealed, the room and bathroom were like a bunker/green house with no possibility of fresh air or light. The bed and sofa bed were very old. You could feel the metal frame.
• Nicola (4/5): Disappointing - Location This property seems to be luxurious but the reality is far different.. there was dirt everywhere, glass in the shower, windows to terrace were kind of greasy , bathroom wasn’t cleaned, and the “very best” was found on the last night of stay - we found a mouse living in the flat with us 🫠 furniture was broken (chair and sofa)… it would be a nice or even luxurious place but the owner doesn’t give a damn about it..

• Edmund (8/5): Clean spacious and good value for money - It was clean, and good value for money. I would recommend it. Let us check in early
• Fanibhusan (1/5): Worst experience. - Nothing to like about the property. Poor facility. Not maintained at all. Dusty smell all over. Entrance full of cigarette butts. Apartment has 3 floors but no lift. Had to carry the luggage through the narrow & stinky stairs to find the worst facility I have ever seen. Broken blinds, chairs, bed, shower. No bin in the toilet. No kitchen tissue. No lid in the main bin in living room. When asked the host, his answer was ‘we dont provide them, but we can provide if you request’. We couldn’t sleep the night at all & although we booked it for 3 nights, we left the property very next morning because we didn’t feel safe at all. Informed booking.com customer care but they didn’t help either. I booked another accommodation & moved there. I want full refund for this. Also request this property to be removed from booking.com to avoid this incident with others.
• Alison (7/5): Great short stay for the price! - Check in was easy - we were told to text a number when 15 mins away and the owner had someone come meet us both exchanges very friendly. The size of the space for the price is really what makes this win. We were just a party of two but four could have comfortably been there. It’s a marionette style so after you enter the apartment there are some stairs. Great location for us as super close to Westferry DLR which was helpful as my partner was running the marathon! Regarding cleanliness I can understand some previous comments - the key areas such as sinks, toilets, fresh bedding, towels etc were all very clean, but it’s the non-common areas that aren’t clean such as the glass doors to the balcony could definitely do with a clean, and the stairs from the entrance to the apartment to the top level of the apartment look like they’ve never been hoovered. But this didn’t bother us to be honest, we were there for a quick stay and as I said all areas you normally touch were clean! The mattresses - if you’re not particular then this may not bother you - the lower bedroom mattress really should be replaced, but the upper bedroom isn’t much better! We were perhaps a tad sensitive to this as my partner was running the London marathon the next morning, but still.

• Glynos (7/5): Good - The location of the apartment was excellent.the flat is at the first floor,this gave us the feeling of total privacy .the host was very polite and helpful .spacefull bedrooms with private bathrooms . In general the house was not professionally cleaned .the carpet was not cleaned by hoover ,kitchen walls were dirty . the cooking area was unexpectedly dirty .with drops of cooking oil from previous guests .the wall under the air condition was dirty with mould from humidity .the balcony was full of used cigarrets and some empty blastic bottles .mirrors and windows dirty ...etc. there is room for improvement.i believe this house with some more attention from professional and experienced house keaper can become the best place to stay for our next trip
