• Hayden (8/5): - Location was very good and apartment was clean and tidy. We weren't able to check in until 5.00pm which was too late.

• Lauren (9/5): Great location and set up - Super close to Shimbashi Station which is on the Yamanote line, so easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya, while also walking distance to Ginza. Lots of food options and kombinis make the stay easy, as does the apartments set up with kitchenette, washer/dryer, laundry liquid, shampoo/conditoner, detergent etc provided. This is great spacious option for families. There are a couple of adult entertainment providers in the streets around the apartment and lots of trash in this area, but we always felt safe and the kids didn’t realise as they shops are discrete enough. It wouldn’t deter me from staying again.

• Joshua (6/5): Thank you ! All in all the stay was good, but could have been better. - We stayed with 4person for two nights. The location of the apartment is close to the train station and everything was clean! Sadly the room was different as expected, as there are many rooms shown in the same Inserate… this can be misleading. Also there were only two blankets for 4 people prepared. The support of the host was helpful but not very nice. On top the check in procedure requires to many unnecessary information.
• Dezidan (10/5): Excellent stay with family on a budget - Hotel was accessible to Shinbashi Station, and merely a 15 minute walk away from Ginza. The alley surrounding the property was somewhat rundown, but this was not the property’s fault, and more the decay of the surrounds.
• Lucas (10/5): Parfait - Le confort, la place dans les chambres, la taille des lits est convenable, la chambre etait propre. Les rideaux sont bien occultants. Proche de la gare Un petit peu bruyant la nuit le vendredi et samedi mais il suffit de fermer les fenêtres

• Kana (9/5): 好立地、超快適！ - 初めてのデジタルチェックインでしたが、どてもわかりやすくスムーズにチェックインできました。 駅から徒歩5分くらいの好立地、周りには飲食店もコンビニもそろっていて文句なし。 これから東京に行く際はまたお世話になりたいです。 広さも5人家族に完璧でした。部屋も広くてきれいですし、家電、食器そろっています。 シャワールームはちいさいながらも問題なく快適に使えました。 booking.com に記載されている住所と実際チェックイン情報として直接いただいた住所（もちろんこちらが正しかったです）が相違していました。そのくらいです。

• Anna (10/5): Era mejor de lo esperaba. - Apartamento era amplio y muy cómodo a pesar de una entrada con las escaleras y difícil encontrar porque no está en Google maps. Almohadas y colchones cómodos, todo funciona, lavadora-secadora era para un grand punto a favor. Difícil encontrar si no está en Google maps aunque una situación espectacular.
• Dorra (5/5): Pas terrible! 😰 - On n a du changer d hotel car l odeur du renferme etait trop forte donc on a pas dormi la bas et Le proprietaire ne voulait pas nous rembourser. L emplacement n est pas adapte pour une famille situe dans une rue sombre et les taxis n entrent pas. Pas d ascenseur, nous avions 5 grandes valises et on a pas pu les monter même l entree de l immeuble est trop etroite!!

• Jeff (10/5): Great location close to station - The location was great and only a short walk from the station. There are plenty of food and convenience store options within a few blocks. The host was very responsive, and self check in was easy. The apartment could have been cleaner, especially the additional bed linens, which were dusty. It would have been nice to have English directions for the clothes washing machine and the microwave. There were stickers on the washing machine buttons, but we couldn't figure out how to use it.

• Maxwell (10/5): Superb. - Everything you need is there for you. Situated in a few minute walk to Shimbashi station and plenty of places nearby. Beds were very comfy. Nothing.
