- W.P. (5/5): - Prima locatie.

- Shrikant Manoharrao (8/5): Great location, helpful hosts - Excellent location, very close to St Pancras and other tourist attractions For the price, my expectation of the Neighbourhood was better, though it is surely not unsafe.

- Steve (6/5): Good location but very little else to recommend it. - Clean and beds were comfortable. Location was very good. Very basic for the money. Check in was an issue because the keys were not where we were told they would be.

- Voesenek (7/5): - De ligging was prima. Verder alles goed geregeld.
Raambekleding huiskamer was kapot.

- Linda (8/5): Prachtige locatie, vreselijke matrassen - De locatie is fantastisch.

- Dieter (5/5): - Gute Lage, saubere Wohnung, freundliche Vermieter.
- Louise (9/5): - Lovely apartment in a great location. No issues with check-in or check-out.
- Glenn (9/5): Family visit to London and surrounding areas - Great location, safe and exactly as shown/described! Everything worked great and this was a perfect base for London plans. Couch is not very comfortable in the living room. Bed mattresses could be better.
- Teresa (7/5): Good - Spacious and comfortable, good for family Fan was broken and no one fix it even reported to property management. No air conditioning
- Herbert (6/5): It was okay. The unit itself was fine - small but sufficient to meet our needs. Outside was bleak. - The location was the best feature. We had family coming and going from St. Pancras so this was very convenient for our many back and forth trips. Our only sight seeing was to the British Library which was also very, very close. And lots of restaurants to choose from for the meals. Lots of suggestions for improvement: The blinds in the living room were broken so hard to open; only three water glasses and two wine glasses for four guests; the upstairs bathroom needs hooks for hanging used towels on; bath mat in and outside the tub (the slippery tub is a liability issue); one of the side tables in the living room has a broken leg.
- Valerie (7/5): Great location for international train travelers and a cozy setup for a small group, but expect some quirks due to the b - The apartment is very nicely furnished and the room layout is ideal for a couple and one other person, e.g. a parent or a child. The location is ideal for international train travelers arriving at St Pancras, and in about 20 minutes you can be in the heart of London by tube or bus. I also appreciated that the hosts checked in with us after the first night and helped with minor issues. Some things are quite old or no longer work properly (e.g. the bed lamp in the small room, which didn't work despite following the instructions). Also the water pressure in the shower is practically non-existent, unless you shower with boiling hot water. The building as a whole is in need of renovation, e.g. the elevator only worked about 50% of the time - not ideal if you are not very mobile (the apartment is on the 3rd floor)
- Christopher (8/5): recommend - Directions to shop to collect key was confused initially. Different instructions given in different emails, but worked out in the end Shower has very poor power, couldn’t close blinds in living room so no privacy at nighttime, otherwise had a fantastic stay, in an amazing location, would love to stay again.
- Elena (7/5): A functional flat at a good location - The location is very good between Euston and Kings Cross Stations. There is a lift in the building In front you have a children's playground. The flat itself is very functional. On the first floor you have the kitchen, the living room and a toilet On the second are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The beds are comfortable but for heavier people may be different. The small bedroom is for one person only. Conveniently, there are drawers to put your cloths. There is everything you need in the kitchen and a table for 4 persons in the living. Do not forget your UK adaptors :-). There are small local supermarkets which are open until 23:00. The keys you get and leave at a key box which is a practical and ingenious system - so no worries about that. There is no much pressure for the water in the bathroom and other such inconveniences that I already signalled to the manager of the property so they can be perhaps fixed, where possible. For me personally, the biggest worry was that the property is managed by a company which manages many such properties. You need to sign a contract with them give your personal data, credit card details and leave a deposit of 100 pounds. Our deposit has not been released as yet (5 days after we left). If you live outside the UK, your responsibility is unlimited. During all your stay you get instructions. In short, you need to leave the flat as you found it (nothing abnormal here), but you also need to remove the sheets, prepare them for washing, get out the garbage As we did not get the key for the garbage place, my husband ran after the garbage car - you get the picture. On the other hand, if you need something, there is no one around and no one answers your calls. You need endless exchanges (messages) to prove that something does not go well (which is understandable, they will not come to show you how to light a bulb :-) not being located in London :-)). So the issue I signalled the first night was not resolved until the fourth night when we had to leave. I guess, the future of all of us lies there - the customer pays and does everything and given rising prices, the cheaper and convenient, the more obligations for us the customers. I expect next time to be given the vacuum cleaner and a bucket with water, hopefully with soap that I do not need to buy. It seems to me that at certain point, it will be easier to stay at home and buy a 3D or even 4D London experience :-). Enjoy your stay!
- John (9/5): Location, location, location - Great location, easy key pick up and drop off. Flat had everything you needed.
- Vanessa (9/5): Superb - Great location and helpful host
- Cara (7/5): Good -
- Jackie (8/5): Great clean modern apartment. - Located between Kings Cross and Euston.
2 bedrooms and sofa in lounge.
Clean and modern.
£100 deposit re damages was returned after about 3 days. The shower was a bit lacking in pressure.
Mix up with collection of keys and returning.
Message said collect keys at Best One (which we went to first). Link in email said Morrisons (which we had to trek back to with our cases). This wasn’t helpful. Message to remind us to returning keys said return to Nisa, but we returned them to Morrisons which was correct!
- Catherine (6/5): convenient location, but medium comfort or cleanliness - 5mins walk to both euston and king cross st pancras station, and king cross station. real convenient.
a rare find of two bedroom apartment for two people who aren't couple.
aesthetic was alright, there is full body mirror in the bigger room. inconvenient self check-in isnt at the exact address, but rather a more than 5 mins walk to a convenient store to pick up and return keys. wasnt aware of that before arrival.
building and interior are old and there is a constant puddle of water at the doorstep. not confident about overall cleanliness by the looks of it (hard to trust the floor finish, carpet, etc..)
kettle looks like it had quite some deposit inside.
two people booked a 8night stay, and only little poor quality shampoo and shower gel were given, and no additional can be requested. (large amounf of shampoo dun even quite lather)
the bed and pillow are very unsupportive.
bigger room got warm tone lights (not very bright), but the other is white lighting.
- Isabella (8/5): Very good - Lovely and clean apartment with excellent kitchen facilities. Located between two train stations, making travel very convenient. Easy to access, with a lift so no need to go up the stairs with suitcases. Sofa bed not particularly comfortable - we ended up not using it due to the discomfort. Poor water pressure in the upstairs shower.
- Hege (8/5): Very good -
- Elizabeth (9/5): Superb -
- Susan (10/5): Brilliant - Clean and perfect for needs Accessing key
- Wes (9/5): Ideal location for city visiting - Close to Camden Some finishes were dated but it was fine
- Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - Location is in centre. You have junction with kind all colours of metro, few night bus in 7m walking. Three rooms what might be used as sleeping room, kitchen had everything what we needed (even salt and sugar)
- D (9/5): A great place to stay. Very conveniently located near St Pancras area. - Location. Close to transport etc Very clean. Easy access and instructions from owner. Good facilities. Great property but needs some cupboard space in main bedroom and some kind of drying rack to hang a small amount of washing.
- Charlotte (10/5): Wonderful - Great location- beautiful apartment
- Andrea (8/5): Very good -
- Keri (9/5): Great location and place to stay! - Great location and clean property! There was more than enough room for the 3 of us to spread out and have our own space. The hosts were also very communicative and checked in with us which I appreciated!
- Pradip (9/5): Superb -
- Vivian (10/5): Cosy, central location. - Location! Central, easy access to tubes. Lots to see and explore within walking distance. Good cosy size for our family of 4. The heater in the smaller room upstairs is not working but it’s fine as my girl loves it cold. Nothing! All is good!
- Gillian (10/5): Brilliant , Brilliant , brilliant - Excellent cleanliness, location. Easy check in . There were no problems and nothing to dislike
- Lionel (9/5): A perfect place to visite London. - The place is quiet and very well located. It is clean and nice. Nothing
- Lucie (9/5): Superb - close to transportation
- Gemmiller (4/5): Pretty disappointed, overall. - The interior of the flat was pleasant, although the bathroom and kitchen had ants. Exterior of property was run down, had to climb over rubbish to get to flat. Disappointed that money was deducted from the deposit days later claiming a lamp was damaged. Asked for more information, as we know that this wasn't damaged during our stay, and was not provided with any detail, just the bill. IF YOU STAY HERE, I RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE PHOTOS UPON DEPARTURE.
