• Pavlína (10/5): An excellent base for exploring Ghent - The room pleasantly surprised us and had all the necessary amenities of good quality. We were very pleased by the delicious surprise. The location is more than perfect — within five minutes on foot, you are at the main square and the major cultural attractions. At the same time, you can easily walk along a pleasant path by the canal all the way to the main train station (2.5 km away). The kitchenette is very small, located in a shared hallway, and very poorly equipped — there were not even any plates or cutlery. The toilet could use better ventilation.
• Eliostone (9/5): Molto bene - Appartamento nuovissimo, comodo e ben organizzato in pieno centro ma silenzioso. Abbiamo apprezzato il buono per un caffe ed un croissant per entrambi nella caffetteria sotto la stanza, inaspettato e gradito, visti i prezzi da quelle parti, per noi italiani fuori scala. Le istruzioni chiare ed efficaci. Provvederei a dotare la camera di un bollitore (disponibile al piano sottostante, quindi non comodissimo) e di bustine di caffe e te. Il giradischi è un plus carino, ma visto che è qualcosa in più, sicuramente non indispensabile, se c'è dovrebbe funzionare.. Le scale di accesso al secondo piano sono strette e abbastanza ripide, potrebbero essere difficoltose per qualcuno, andrebbe segnalato.

• Taylor (10/5): Absolutely fantastic stay!! - Very easy to get to from the tram. The studio is right on the edge of everything so nice and quiet at night but also just around the corner from so many great sights, restaurants, and shops. We absolutely loved the coffee shop below us on the corner and made sure to start our day there every day!

• Isabell (9/5): Gemütliches Zimmer für 2 mit guter Unterhaltung - Tolles, gemütliches Zimmer mit schönen Unterhaltungsgimmicks (Bücher, Plattenspieler, Fernseher mit Streamingzugang, Gutschein für Kaffee und Gebäck im Café unten) und romantischer Aussicht. Kein Handduschkopf, nur Regendusche möglich Plattenspieler hat nicht funktioniert
• ATHINA (2/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή Δεν υπήρχε η στοιχειώδης καθαριότητα (καμια αλλαγη στις πετσετες και στα σεντόνια μέσα σε 5 μέρες, ούτε καν συλλογή σκουπιδιών μεσα σε 5 μερες) και και ενώ ήμασταν στον τρίτο όροφο δεν υπήρχε ασανσέρ και ανεβοκατεβαιναμε με τις βαλίτσες στον τρίτο όροφο μέσω μιας στενής σκάλας.

• Justine (10/5): Excellent !! - La chambre avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour notre week-end. Elle était joliment décorée également. Ne parlons pas de la localisation, c’était parfait, près de tout. C’était parfait !!! Le café/ la boulangerie à côté est végane et super bonne. Sur 2 nuits sur 3, nous avons été « ennuyés » par des bruits comme des gens qui toquer sur le mur. Je ne sais pas trop ce que c’était, mais à part ça, je n’ai rien à dire sur cette chambre !
• Martin (8/5): Gute, zentrale Lage, vieles kann ist zu Fuß erreichbar. - Die Lage ist sehr gut, gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Das Zimmer schön. Insgesamt relativ teuer, aber die Hotel-Preise scheinen insgesamt sehr hoch zu sein.

• Trish (8/5): - The room was very warm and cosy. Excellent shower. There was no kitchen unfortunately, this was advertised on the site but on arrival there was none, which was very disappointing.
• Tanika (10/5): Beautiful apartment in an incredible location! - A beautiful apartment with a balcony overlooking the historic streets and cathedrals of Gent. It's location and charm made for an unforgettable stay (the vegan cafe downstairs was the cherry on top!) The room was very easy to access and was clean and inviting. Highly recommend!
• Manolis (10/5): Όμορφο διαμέρισμα με ευχάριστες εκπλήξεις - Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα καθαρό με ωραία θέα και με παροχές έκπληξη όπως πικάπ και βινύλια το οποίο εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα. Το γεγονός ότι δεν έχει ασανσέρ και έχει στενές σκάλες. Αν έχετε μεγάλες ή πολλές βαλίτσες είναι πρόβλημα και πολύ κουραστικό. Ευτυχώς εμείς δεν είχαμε

• Heidrun (8/5): Ideal für einen kurzen Städtetripp - Die Lage ist 1A. Man logiert in einem zauberhaften Viertel mit mehreren kleinen Läden, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars. Die Atmosphäre der Gegend ist jung und urban. Morgens wird man mit Kaffeeduft vom direkt darunter liegenden (veganen) Café geweckt. Vom Appartement aus ist man in 3 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Auch eine öffentliche Tiefgarage ist in nur zwei Minuten erreichbar. Zugang zum Appartement bekommt man über eine Code, man braucht also keinen Schlüssel. Den Host haben wir nicht persönlich kennen gelernt, er reagierte aber unmittelbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auf alle Fragen.

• Cyril (10/5): Good journey in Gent - Excellent location to visit Gent. Be careful if you come by car - it is located in the low emission zone. The host has helped us with this. Note that there is a parking outside of the LEZ (Zuidparklaan) where you can leave the car easily, and it is not too expensive. From the parking lot you can take the tramway, 4 stops and you are there. Very convienient. The room was clean and very comfortable. The vynile machine in the room is a nice touch! The coffee shop directly downstairs is super good. It seemed that we are dealing only with a chatbot on Booking. Sometimes the discussion was a bit laborious. I think it works well only if we do not have any big issue...
• Ginna (8/5): Great location with caveats - The location was great - a 5-minute walk to St. Michael's bridge and 10 minutes to many sites in the old city. The room was very comfortable and most nights it was very quiet. The voucher for a free coffee and pastry at the bakery downstairs was a treat. The two narrow winding flights of stairs to our room were a little daunting - especially when hauling suitcases. I think of a studio as having a kitchenette, but there were no appliances, nor even a coffee maker. There is a microwave in the landing one flight down.

• Kyle (10/5): - Discovered a voucher for breakfast at the cafe downstairs on arrival - very nice little surprise (and the coffee and croissants are good!). Location is fantastic, decor is modern, really no complaints!
• Mary (10/5): Cozy place in a perfect location to explore historic Ghent - This property is the perfect location, very close to the center and all of the key attractions as well as the train station. You are within easy biking distance to the train station for any day trips (I took an easy day trip to Brugge) and you can walk to all of the key locations in the center. You can easily take a mid day break from sightseeing or an evening walk to see the evening lights or go out for a quick drink. It is located right above a bakery and coffee shop, and the owners offered a coffee and baked treat for the first morning breakfast. The apartment was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. It has two large windows which can be opened to let in the evening breeze, and also the place was air-conditioned. I did not need to use it as it cooled off nicely in the evenings. The check-in and checkout instructions were extremely clear, and the owner provided good communication. The availability of a record player and some vinyls was an unexpected and lovely touch. As noted in the materials, there is a very steep two-story stairway that winds upstairs to the room. I had a large suitcase that was very heavy and ended up having to make several trips to get things up the stairway, but it was entirely worth it. If you open the windows, the street outside can be a little bit noisy if you are light sleeper, but I use white noise on my phone at night, so for me this is not a problem. Close or tilt the windows at night to avoid mosquitoes in the room.
• John (10/5): Great location from where to enjoy Gent - Great location. Lovely cafe downstairs with excellent coffee. Very central location to all the attractions and public transport. And it’s a quiet area in the evening. Nothing negative.
