- Joanne (8/5): Relaxing. It is near good restaurants and river walk. - Shower drain blocked but fixed during stay, immediatley.
Patio blind unable to be lowered for shade

- Kathleen (9/5): Location was perfect for my needs. Everything was clean and tidy! Communication was outstanding! - The Location was great. Perfect for what I needed! Everything was clean and tidy. Easy access to everything. It was a little noisy from the constructions but that is no fault to the owners.

- Ricaredo (5/5): Adequate because we stayed only for one night. I would not choose it for longer stays. - Secure building, quiet, clean place No instruction on how to turn on the light/power in the unit. Had to look around for the main switch on the wall. No door to the second bedroom, only a curtain which was too small for the opening. Second bedroom was makeshift, probably a study, no windows, no door. Bathroom pocket door could not be closed completely, could not be locked either as the locked was not aligned to the hook. Only one key / fob was given therefore was inconvenient as my colleague and I had different times going in and out.
- Alex (8/5): Pleasant apartment in the heart of West End - Great location and modern apartment Better tea selection and coffee making facilities
- Hyndes (10/5): It was an amazing apartment in a great location for a great price -
- Alice (7/5): This is a lovely but it is not a 2 bed unit. The 2nd room has a single bed and no windows. - The bike rack and is not prominent. More explanation needs to be given about where it is. A woman who had seen other guests looking for the same bike rack before helped me out. If it had been dark, it would have been very hard to find.
- Bernadette (9/5): Great host and stay and definitely recommend. - Stayed here over the weekend. It was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Great location. Close to restaurants and shops and an easy walk down to the river for that morning or evening stroll. Great pool and rooftop access and there was a carpark. Close to the city and Convention Centre.
Excellent host who was more than happy took to answer my many questions.
More than happy to recommend. I would probably want a few more kitchen utensils if I was staying longer. For a weekend it was fine.
- Goodwin (9/5): Superb - It was comfortable and homely
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Craig (9/5): Superb -
- Carmel (7/5): Good -
- Julie (7/5): The apartment is comfortable but it is managed remotely by an impersonal, indifferent manager. - The location is excellent. We were able to walk to the ballet and both restaurants that we had booked in advance. The beds are comfortable and the little outside area is nice to sit in for breakfast. The management process was a huge fail for the whole stay.
1. The extra charge of $18.39 by the managing agent to administer the $400 compulsory security fee on my credit card is excessive. Why is this charge so high. Why is it made at all. I've never been charged anything like this on a refundable security deposit.
2. Once we arrived at the complex, we had to walk down the street - 5 minute walk - and fuss around with a key box that is tied to a small bike rack and difficult to get open ... So lucky not to arrive at night or when it was raining. It's located in a small remote car park, so safety was definitely compromised.
3. From about a week before arrival, I was badgered to go through an online registration process which included loading the photo page of my passport and a picture of my credit card. I also needed to load the credit card details in full and get charged the extra $18.39. There are several pages of personal and private information to go through and there is no alternative.
4. Once I left the apartment having checked out, I was required to return the keys to the locker down the street AND TAKE A SERIES OF PHOTOS OF THE LOCKER WITH THE KEY IN IT, AND IT BEING LOCKED. I had to send these photos as proof to the manager. I sent them to one of the phone numbers that had been used over our stay. This apparently was not good enough, so I was requested to send them to the place where I made the original booking along with a threat to make further charges if I didn't send the photos through.
5. This apartment is in a building where short term stays are not welcome. We were warned not to speak to the reception people who were onsite. This made coming and going from the building quite uncomfortable for us.
- Sian (9/5): Perfect for us - Good accommodation good facilities easy to catch bus from top of the road. Was quite hard to find the keys, but the check in pictures were very helpful. No garage fob in the lockbox
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (8/5): Clean, convenient apartment - The apartment was very clean & tidy. Bed was comfy, lots of extra pillows & blankets. Beautiful kitchen with everything we needed & the laundry was handy too. I found check in to be easy, despite what other reviews said. Staff were friendly on the phone. The 2nd bedroom isn't really a bedroom. It has no storage or aircon. It's meant to be an office I would guess. Very very small! Parking spot was difficult to find at the start too. $400 deposit was a bit steep! Especially when you're on holidays.
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Anna-maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jan (5/5): Not a stay that I would like to repeat. I tried for almost four weeks to get my deposit back , their site says $300 depo -
- Terry (6/5): Apartment was great. Very poor Belocals IT and payment system. Don't deal with them. - Apartment was great. Hosting management and payment was truly terrible. After paying in advance through booking.com, I then had to transfer a security deposit. IT systems didn't work and it took 27 messages to pay the security deposit, check in and get my refund of the deposit. Extremely unprofessional. I had to send a receipt to show the security deposit was paid, then it wasn't returned as promised, then had to provide bank account details to eventually get it back.
The owner should definitely sack their IT and hosting people. They are causing bad reviews and will cost you return on your investment.
- Steven (1/5): Didn't get to stay as their below IT made it so difficult and time consuming to pay and register - The IT and check-in services were well below par. The experience wasn't about the guest and the needs but rather all about the company needs. In fact even though I paid for the accommodation it was easy to quicker to stay elsewhere. Their below IT service and poor customer service.
- Cath (10/5): Exceptional - Had everything we needed, good position, short walk to river with shops, restaurants etc only a short walk away. We were able to walk to our conference which was great. No complaints at all. The directions were good but we still had trouble finding our car park, (got help from 2 teenagers returning home after school in the car park building who were lovely) and the lock box but all sorted quickly. Neither of us had visited that part of the West End before and found it the perfect place for exploring the area in the short time we had. Would definitely stay there again.
- Rachel (10/5): Everything you want and need - Beautiful apartment in a quiet and convenient location. Spacious, comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable and the view of Mt Coot-tha is lovely. There are no visitor parks available for visitors. The building is very secure and requires to fob in 4 times from the front door to the apartment, which is a little annoying. An extra set of keys would be helpful.
- Peter (9/5): it is a great apartment to stay at a good price - The complete package was affordable the floors need a good clean there should be a guide to operate out side blind and to the switch too operate the lights the bed were comfy and clean , towels were fresh and clean there is enough of those little in pantry to help with cooking overall very nice unit
- Julie (9/5): Very inviting . - Peaceful convenient location to public transport.
Short stroll to river . Slightly confused at first instance on life access from basement .
- Denis (8/5): Very good - I nice new modern apartment with great beds and a pleasant outlook. It was the best location for us in the West End for various reasons It took us an hour to find our way in. The key location is well hidden and the instructions have unfrotunately been written by someone who knows the way and leaves bits out. The car park instructions start out OK but the signage therein is poor. The location is level B2 No 315. There is no B2 signage and on B2 all the car spots have the letter "C" in front of them. We found C315 after a bit of a search but assumed we needed B315. This is a building anomally that the instructions do not reflect. Also - no way was I going to perform the contortions necessary to photograph myself putting the keys back in the lock box, which was a request of the owners!!! Good job you are not reliant on repeat business.
- John (10/5): West End Best End For Relaxed Brisbane Visits - Located within 10 to 15 minutes of Brisbane CBD
Bus stop and supermarket 5-minute walk away
Restaurants, cafes, and a lively pub, all 5 to 10 minutes away
Walkway to riverbank, fitness trail, and picnic facilities
Saturday West End open-air market in nearby green 2 minutes away
Well-appointed ultramodern apartment that's great for a couple plus a friend or family member, including and extra sofabed to accommodate a fourth, sporting stone benchtops, plenty of woodgrain cupboards, a laundry with dryer, uncluttered spaciously added to by the wide, covered terrace with the fully glazed, fully retractable sliding doors adding to what would be a very pleasant airy space when the weather is warm, blinds and awnings included. Easy to navigate internal access. Large tv. All other features are listed and in pics available on the website. Access to the carpark was a bit difficult to find being from another street but, once found, no problem at all.
- Irena (1/5): No good as we couldn't get into the apartment on the first night. - Apartment is nice and clean Checking in - We arrived at 10pm on Sunday and there were not key to the apartment provided and no one aswer my calls and sms! I had to sleep in my friends place for the 1st night. This is not acceptable!
Checking out, similar story, we couldn't open the box to leave the keys there as the access code was wrong. This is very bed arrangament.
- Kim (9/5): Superb - Really nice new apartment in a great location. It was a bit tricky to find the key and the lifts into the correct apartment block.
