• Ags (8/5): Enjoyable and easy stay. - The space itself was good, and the location is nice and quiet, which made it very relaxing. I also felt like it was good value for money overall. The space itself was good, but the place needs a proper clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen. That alone would make it feel much more welcoming. It would also be nice to have small touches like tea or coffee available to add to that welcoming feel. The lighting could also be improved. The bright white lights feel a bit harsh, so adding softer lighting or a bedside lamp would help make the space feel cozier.
• Andrew (10/5): worth the money - everything was very near the stay, there is a minimart, theres even a wet market just below the stay you could even buy to cook in the home. theres even laundry machine to wash your clothes. the venue was abit hard to find when taking grab as many drivers were confuse.

• Nina-Marie (3/5): Etwas unpersönlich aber nur fürs übernachten in Ordnung. - Das Zimmer war geräumig und mit Balkon, das Bett war gemütlich. Eine Küche war für uns nicht nötig, ist aber praktisch. Das einchecken wurde einem ehrlicherweise recht schwer gemacht. Es war niemand Vorort (Self Check in und Check out) und ich habe extra unsere Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt. Da wir mit dem Nachtbus angereist sind, waren wir relativ früh morgens da, standen dann ohne Infos vor verschlossener Tür. Wir hätten einen frühen Check in buchen können der pro Stunde fast so teuer war wie die ganze Nacht. Finde es etwas schade dass es so genau genommen wird. Wir haben ja auch schon um 6 Uhr morgens wieder ausgecheckt und die Stunden hat man uns ja auch nicht gegen gerechnet. Darauf haben wir dann verzichtet, sind mit dem gesamten Gepäck zu einem naheliegenden Café, in der Zwischenzeit wurde uns der Tür Code mitgeteilt und wir konnten unser Gepäck zumindest abstellen. Sind dann erstmal in die Stadt und haben so gesehen erst abends richtig eingecheckt. Die Nacht war in Ordnung, etwas hellhörig und mega Lärm auf dem Flur gegen 00:30 Uhr. Am nächsten Morgen dann aber der Schock. Kein warmes Wasser und eine 19 Stunden Rückreise vor uns. Dafür, dass wir mit Infos per WhatsApp bombardiert wurden, ist dann leider genau diese Info zum Warm Wasser Knopf ausgeblieben. Schade.

• Rene (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and clean apartment. Exactly the same as on the pictures. We used the small kitchen for cooking and the rooftop has a beautiful view to the City. Close to bus Station from where it is easy to go to everywhere in the City. We will come back here when we stay in Hanoi next time!

• Miisa (6/5): Potential to have a super good stay - Room was spacious and got lot’s of light inside. Bathroom had lots of room too. Bed was very comfortable. Mostly very clean. If we don’t count the roaches, I enjoted my stay a lot. My room had a lot of cockroaches. There was a regular spraying done every once in a while but the roaches still remained and i felt really uncomfortable. Some of the towels and sheets jad some stains in them. Also at the time when I was there, there was a construction right next foor which caused a lot of noise and shakiness.
• Sam (10/5): Pleasant clean and comfortable apartment with lovely staff. - Lovely place to stay! Very comfortable apartment, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were super nice and helpful too! Hot water runs out within around 10 minutes of use, but it was okay.

• Myint (7/5): It was great. - I loved how spacious the room was compared to other apartments that I stayed. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were clean. The lights were great. The cleaning lady was sweet. The host was also attentive and flexible. The kitchen area smelled oily and the fridge could be cleaner.
• Piers (10/5): Great stay in a quiet part of Hanoi. - Spacious and clean, a comfortable bed (not hard, not soft), nice bathroom and shower. Lovely, helpful staff. Along the street there are lots of stalls selling fresh fruits and vegetables and other foods. There’s a Winmart and other shops just a minute’s walk away too.

• Ivan (8/5): Very good - I booked two rooms, they were both clean, spacious and well decorated. The location on the north of the city provided quick access to the airport, had one winmart, market and a rice place in less than 1 minute walk. Also if you need an early wake up, then wonderful neighboring house workers would help you with that, they started their building demolishing works early in the morning around 5:30-6:30 am and our whole house was shaking like during an earthquake. Also their perforators sang like tropical birds... Size of an elephant. Made really nice duo with sledgehammers. Unfortunately they had a break from 11am to 1-2pm but then they proceeded their wonderful work till sunset. Also if you're a nostalgic type of person, then you would love the wifi speed. Reminded me of the days of USRobotics. Brought that chill atmosphere of 90s! Then we had a nice industrial style walk 10 minutes to the nearest coffee shop for a Vietnamese coffee or 15 minutes if we wanted a cappuccino. Good for health!

• Itakke (10/5): Exceptional - The service was amazing. I liked everything. The host was pretty helpful. Best host I have ever had in my life. I checked in pretty late and he called someone to help. They also helped me pay the taxi I came with and paid for the food I ordered because I couldn't change the dollars I came with at the airport. I will recommend this apartment to anyone. It's pretty secured. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Highly recommend :) - Clean comfortable room with everything you needed, including kitchen facilties, desk and balcony. Good price also. Check in process was very easy, using clear instrcutions and a code to collect the room key. Thanks! The projector in the room wasnt working, but the host quickly fixed this by providing another one for me to use. Thanks.

• Debjyoti (10/5): Budget Clean stay - The room was comfortable as shown in the pictures. The host, Ken, was just a call away from anything we asked for. Len helped us keep our luggage for an extra day while we went to Cat Ba before staying here. The room was well equipped with everything you'll need. Overall a great stay! Google Map location doesnt work. But thats with whole of Vietnam while using Google Map. But the host, Ken was quick enough to send us directions with a video and an exact route map.

• Yutheary (9/5): Nice place to stay - Quiet area in a local neighborhood. You have a local market down the street with fresh food. The rooftop is beautiful at night. The room is big and the bed confortable. The manager is responsive and helpful. If you want to cook, the pan is not useable. There is no microwave.
