Guest Reviews
- Margareta (10/5): Highly recommended - Appartement is Great. And of course it is located right in the middle of all you want to see. Basically everything is in walking distance Nothing
- Gwyn (8/5): Fantastic flat right off Piazza Trevi - Simin was great, got a couple of WhatsApps before, she met us on time on the day, and we kept in contact during our stay. There is an AC hum, not from the property but next door (?) that goes on day and night. Not sure what you can do about it but it did keep us awake on the first night.
- Dana (8/5): The apartment itself is amazing, but need to consider the elevator and the exterior noise. - The apartment itself is amazing!!! It is clean, spacious, perfectly equipped. The beds are comfortable, there is a lot of storage space. The living room is large, and it was very fun to spend time together. We really liked the apartment itself. Noise - There was some kind of machine noise from outside of the apartment, like the sound of an engine. It was going on and off all the time (about 10 seconds "on" and 10 seconds "off" again and again), including night time. We used ear plugs in order to sleep.
Elevator - The elevator is small and it says it is for 3 people. We were 4 girls in the elevator and we got stuck for 1.5 hours!!! There was no indication for overweigh.
- Maria (9/5): Superb -
- Nancy (10/5): This is the only place I’ll ever stay in Rome! It’s perfect! - EVERYTHING was wonderful. This had been the owner’s home and it was beautiful - the furniture, the artwork, all the amenities. The location was walking distance to everywhere in Rome and the street it was on is filled with great little shops and restaurants. The owner greeted us when we arrived with treats and Prosecco. I will definitely come back next year— it’s like my home away from home. She was also so kind and responsive to any of our needs…I have a new friend in Rome! It was all perfect.
- Clement (10/5): Newly renovated and comfortable - The apartment is in a fantastic location in the Trevi area. Very close to the fountain, restaurants, and bars but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the area. Bus stops are a 3 mins walk, and the Metro station is about 7 mins walk from the apartment.
The managers got in touch with us immediately after our booking was confirmed and continued to keep in touch throughout the stay to ensure our stay is perfect. The communication was always friendly and personal.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, which is accessible by a lift. The interior is recently renovated, clean, and well furnished.
It has heaters and split unit airconds in every room (thus, we could set the temperature we liked rather than just a heater setting). The floor in the washroom is also heated, which was really appreciated on the cold winter mornings.
The kitchen has all the equipment, utensils, and supplies you will need. (We didn't use them though as we ate out every meal)
The rooms have adequate closet space, and the beds are comfortable, slightly firm. There is a TV in every room, and an X Box is available.
There is an outdoor sitting area (balcony) with lemon trees, which would be a great place to have drinks and meals on a sunny day.
We are a family with 3 kids and were initially a little apprehensive to book an apartment that was new and had no reviews. But we sure were glad we chose Residenza Antamoro for our stay in Rome. We had a comfortable stay. You will hear the light sound of the water pump when it's activated, especially in the 2nd bedroom. It's light, and you'll get used to it, not a deal breaker for us.
