• Morag (1/5): Electric sockets taped over and the kettle blew the power fuse - The electrics were unsafe. The kitchen socket had strips of tape over it. We stood the kettle on the floor and plugged it into a different socket and the fuse blew. Another socket has a crack in it. The plaster is coming off the wall in the bathroom and there is some staining/discolouration which looked unhealthy. We were booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1 as we felt unsafe staying there. We were refunded less than half the booking fee and don't feel like the issue with the electrics is being taken seriously. I expected and would have been happy with cheap and cheerful, but this was unsafe.

Nur für Leute mit starkem Überlebenswillen! - Die Lage; super Check-in-Video-Anleitung; WLAN Es war dreckig; die Küche fiel auseinander; Töpfe sind uralt und einfach widerlich; den Wasserkessel konnten wir nicht benutzen, da keine adäquate Steckdose funktionierte; Steckdosen hängen aus den Wänden und verursachen Kurzschlüsse; der Heizkörper lehnt an der Wand und kann nur angesteckt werden, wenn man die einzige Stehlampe absteckt; in allen Küchen- und Badezimmerschränken befinden sich Putzutensilien die anscheinend niemand benutzt & div. anderes Zeug; winziger Kühlschrank

Si raggiunge il centro con una camminata di circa mezz'ora Quartiere tranquillo Non ha il posto auto riservato ma noi abbiamo comodamente trovato parcheggio proprio di fronte all'appartamento L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato, la serratura della porta non funziona molto bene, abbiamo faticato per entrare Non è molto spazioso ma per un breve soggiorno va bene.
• Joao (10/5): A pleasant evening - It was easy to check in, the property manager sent us videos of exactly how to get there and instructions on how to enter. It was a short walk from the bus stop as well and a 15 minute taxi to the airport which was extremely convenient as I had an early flight. It was nice and clean Nothing
• Guest (3/5): - Está relativamente cerca del centro a unos 20min andando y el chico tuvo buena comunicación nos explicó detallado con fotos No había microondas, tiene una ventana que da a la calle sin persiana solo tiene una cortina que ni siquiera tapaba del todo la ventana entraba la luz por los lados y no daba mucha privacidad, solo había una toalla grande y una pequeña de mano teniendo en cuenta que éramos dos personas y era más pequeño de lo que parecía en la fotos, la cerradura estaba rota costaba mucho abrir la puerta y no daba mucha seguridad porque estaba a pie de calle y la puerta de fuera estaba siempre abierta y la alarma de humos nos empezó a sonar sin ningún motivo por la noche, había tele pero no tenía canales
• Reinhard (1/5): Unbewohnbar – Aufenthalt nicht möglich - Die Unterkunft war in dem Zustand, in dem wir sie vorgefunden haben, aus unserer Sicht nicht bewohnbar. 
Bereits bei der Ankunft stellten wir gravierende Mängel fest: * Schwarzer Schimmel in Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer und Küche * Feuchtigkeit und deutlicher muffiger Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung * Wohnung unsauber und ungepflegt * Heizung nicht befestigt, sondern lose angelehnt * Einziges Fenster mit Blick auf Mülltonnen und Bauschutt Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen konnten wir dort nicht übernachten und mussten noch am Ankunftstag in ein Hotel ausweichen. Nach unserer sofortigen Reklamation bot uns der Vermieter lediglich eine Reinigung an – eine Maßnahme, die die festgestellten Probleme (Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit) aus unserer Sicht nicht hätte beheben können. Auch der Kundenservice von Booking.com war enttäuschend: Trotz sofortiger Beschwerde mit Fotobelegen erhielten wir zunächst nur automatische Standardmails. Erst nach rund sechs Wochen teilte man uns mit, dass der Vermieter eine Stornierung ablehne, da er ja eine Reinigung angeboten habe. Damit betrachtete Booking.com den Fall offenbar als erledigt. Fazit: Für uns war die Unterkunft unzumutbar und der Service von Booking.com unzureichend. Wir möchten andere Reisende ausdrücklich davor warnen, diese Unterkunft zu buchen.

Programma serale rovinato. Spero cambi per il futuro condividendo codice non appena scatta l'orario della prenotazione.

Washing machine and hotplates, oven a bonus Easy access Litter around entrance area. Uncomfortable bed, hard mattress, one light doona only, no extra bedding. Kitchen cupboard a mess with incidental items just thrown in. Small plastic plates, no tea towel, old spice jars. No toiletries. Clean but certainly not spic and span

Close proximity to croke park and 3arena Putting the property name into google maps or Apple Maps sent to the wrong location, thankfully the host sent a link on google maps which gave the correct location.

• Tim (7/5): see above - Location and cost were good. Warm and pretty quiet. Bed was comfy and it was nice to be able to cook. Shower was good and all the towels etc that were needed were there. Welcome videos were very useful. The flat was clean and tidy (a shame there was paint on the floor, but this did not spoil the stay in any way) Kitchen was poorly equipped. More towels and a washing up bowl in the sink would be good as well as proper utensils and better quality cutlery/crockery etc. Table top was not fixed to the legs. I had issues connecting the TV and once connected it was only to Netflix not terrestrial TV which came as a surprise as TV was mentioned twice on the advertising - it would be better to use a laptop.
• Celina (7/5): Nice stay - Comfortable for 2 people. 30 minutes from sights. Good fridge. Easy check in..though old video and there are changes on the colours of the walls. The shower. You need to be fast or it gets very cold after 5 minutes and it does not have cold regulation..so you burn or you freeze. The area looks dangerous but it isn't. The owner Kind but not helpful. I asked about public transport and told me To.take a taxi.Luckily I asked at T I O and took a bus for 2.6 euros.And asked for a nearby supermarket and said there are a lot.That is it. IN GENERAL WE HAD A GREAT STAY.

There were no written instructions to the appliances especially the hot water. Everything was sent by WhatsApp but it would have been convenient to have written instructions too. The basics like coffee, milk and sugar were missing. There were some groceries that were obviously left by previous visitors

• Mark (6/5): Disappointed - 1. Very clear entry instructions with helpful video clips. 2. Good communication. 1. Only two towels, and no bathroom mat. 2. Noise upstairs until 11:30 pm. 3. No toiletries other than hand soap. 4. Only two pillows and no optional extra blanket. 5. Messy entrance area with strong smell of paint. 6. Bed not really comfortable. 7. Not the best area of town. We are a very positive couple, but unfortunately, we do not recommend this accommodation... and certainly would never stay here again. We did not complain to the host as we were only staying two nights and were out touring for most of the time during the day.
• Richard (4/5): I wish I knew the truth before I booked. - There was very little to like about this booking. See more in what I didn't like. Host Daniel was helpful in replacing the TV remote. Yet, he has a lot of work to do to bring this studio up to the standard he advertises it as. The studio is not as shown in the photos - it suggest spaciousness but is cramped. The heater has fallen off the wall and left standing on the floor. Worse, it’s damp, with a distinct smell of damp plaster on the bathroom walls. The floors had not been swept. There is no bathroom mat or tea towel. The remote for the Tv was broken. The lounge sits under the TV and can only be watched from the bed when it works. The view out of the one and only window is overflowing rubbish bins.

• Sandra (2/5): Terrible - Nothing The apartment was not as described- definitely not spacious nor was it in a fit condition to rent. It had patched ceilings due to water leaks, smelt musty, bed was squeaky and the garbage bins were full and overflowing.There was debris left outside the apartment. It was difficult to park on the street and generally felt unsafe.

• Ly (7/5): Very small studio. Recommend for a couple night's stay, not longer. - Host was relatively responsive. Was by many bus routes and convenience shops. Comes with mini fridge and washer. A bit cramped space, tv didn't seem to have channels.

• Jasmine (8/5): Cosy, perfect for a couple looking to stay in Dublin for a few nights - In comparison to how much you pay for other accommodation in Dublin this was so good for our little get away! Very cosy and a little small but did the job very well. Getting the keys was easy and location isn’t far at all from the centre ! The water sometimes went a bit cold mid shower but that was all!
