• Ivan (9/5): - Velika prostrana kuća, 2 kupaonice i veliki vrt. Besplatan parking za 2 automobila, mirno obiteljsko naselje. Čistoća objekta izvrsna, u blizini nekoliko dućana i restorana. Po dolasku je bilo nekoliko manjih poteškoća ali domaćin je bio odmah dostupan i sve je brzo riješeno, za svaku pohvalu. U kući je bilo poprilično toplo, vruće. Velika staklena vrata u dnevnom boravku imaju puno prednosti ali kroz njih sunce jako grije prostorije i nije ih bilo lako rashladiti ali s obzirom na sve dobre strane, zanemarivo.

• Yuliia (10/5): - Чудовий будинок неподалік Відня, до центру 30-40хв електричкою, що дуже зручно! Сам будинок неймовірний - там є все необхідне, все чисто і прибрано. Впевнена, що в теплу погоду там вдвічі краще, бо є великий балкон, тераса - щоб відпочити! усе чудово!

• Ömer Osman (8/5): Eine sehr gute Unterkunft um mit Familien und Freunden zu entspannen. - Die Lage und die Umgebung ist hervorragend, die Raumaufteilung sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in jedem Haushalt auch benötigt. Dafür dass die Unterkunft für 8 Personen geeignet ist, fehlt es doch an Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Couch. Für einen entspannten Fernsehabend ist der TV nicht geeignet, könnte größer und anders positioniert sein.

• Igor (10/5): Strongly recommended! - Everything was PERFECT! New house, XXLarge living room, comfortable beds, quiet and safe neighbourhood, easy to connect to Vienna via car.
• Kristýna (8/5): Overall, I would recommend this place for a few days for a bigger family nearby Vienna. The owners are easy-going, the h - The whole place is clean and nice, situated in a lovely residential area nearby Vienna. There are 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs, each bedroom has 3 singles beds, one of the rooms has a private bathroom with toilet and there is another bathroom with toilet upstairs. There is a huge living room with kitchenette and also separate toilet on the ground. There are terraces on each level and a big garden. Parking is possible between two houses (up to 4 cars together with the other house). One house is big enough for two families with kids. It is possible to arrange a baby crib. The communication with the owners is easy and fast, they were really helpful. The house is 15 minutes walk from the train station Langenzersdorf Bf (S-Bahn). Be aware this station is not included in Wien central zone, so you need an extra ticket for the way from Langenzersdorf Bf to the next station Strebersdorf Bf (and from there you can ride with wien ticket). The easiest way for us in the end was using cars to get to Spittelau P+R (4 euros; make sure you use the left entrance to avoid an extra fee) and then we took the subway (U-Bahn). The place has great potential but some things are not done or finished yet. The main issues are non-functioning blinds and even missing blinds in some windows. The real problem is that some blinds are completely removed and there are holes above the windows where some kind of stink bugs are probably getting in. We got rid of approx. 10 bugs in each bedroom the very first evening (all of them were above the window, behind the curtains or nearby) and a few of them we found even later, it was quite annoying. The living room is not so cozy as it could be, it is very spacious but without large pieces of furniture. The house is for up 11 people, but there is not enough place for sitting together and having nice time. We would appreciate a kitchen cabinet lighting (not only extractor fan), the cooking in the evening is a little pain without proper lighting. We really missed a microwave. There should be towel hooks or more shelves or cabinets in bathrooms, it was quite impossible to dry towels in bathrooms. Some dishes were a bit dirty, but in general the whole place was clean and tidy.

• Maksim (8/5): Very good - The house itself looks and feels really great. Very modern and comfortable layout. Huge windows, backyard, terrace, roof access - very cool. The building has all the chances to be 10/10, but there are a lot of annoying little things Bare minimum of furniture, especially in living room. There are about 8 sleeping places upstairs, but a single couch with just 2 or three seets in living room. Outdoor furniture is missing in the garden and on the terrace. At least half of sun shades are not functioning. There are footprints on the walls somewhere. Bed linen is worn out. Double beds have some kind of plastic cover on mattresses. Seems like host had some traumatic experience with parties in that house, so they are a little obsessed with controlling it and preventing the hypothetical damage.
• Nicolescu (9/5): Great house for a family vacation near Viena - The house is very big with a big garden. It was very clean and close to Viena. It is perfect for families comming by car especially. It has everything you need to prepare meals. Plenty of free car parking. We will definetly come again. Thank you! We did not like the pillows.

• Lenka (2/5): We were asking about number of rooms in the property and were told there is one extra, which was not - House was clean. There was missing one room (we specifically asked for number of rooms before booking in private message!). We would not book the place if we knew this before (that is why we asked!). The communication with host was poor. The house is obviously in the reconstruction and many things are not working (for example in one room electric curtains were not possible to open and the whole room was in dark all the time).
