• Lionel malcolm bird (6/5): Malcolm bird - Perfect position in city centre There is nothing luxurious about this apartment the bathroom was that small you had to go into the shower to get in and out of it the lounge was tiny too but the bedrooms was large and it's in a poor state of repair the person looking after it met us give us the keys and went straight out no change of towels or bed sheets we were there 4 nights so very disappointed except for the location

• Athanasios (7/5): Overbooking - The guy who is taking care of the apartment is not the host, but he is very kind and very helpful. He met us on the pavement and lead us to the room and saw us the place. I visited Athens for work but also for pleasure. I had my pet with me. I booked this apartment because it has 2 spaces and I was hoping to be more comfortable. I will not stay on small things on the apartment like the mechanism of the shutters that is about to break maybe during the next booking, Or the mechanism of the blinds that is already broken. I will stay on the fact that they had an overbooking for the same apartment on our 2nd night. So even we didn't have to, we offered to change accommodation. We moved to a very close apartment that it was about 15 sqm instead of the 45 sqm we had booked, with no kitchen or balcony or even a fully opening window. We said ok, we will stay there, it was only for one more night. And then our little dog barked 2 times, because he must have heard something. We received a call after 1 minute that they told us that on that apartment, they don't allow pets! Eventually we told them that we are not moving again and that's it. They told us that they will give us back some money for the inconvenience, but they never reached us out even now that I write this one week after.

• Antigoni (9/5): Excellent location, clean place, amazing support staff! - Spacious master bedroom which made our stay comfortable as a family. The rest of the property was cramped but clean.
