• Kaja (7/5): - Páčilo sa mi že ubytovanie bolo blízko plaze Nepáčilo sa mi že pôvodne sme mali mať 2 kúpeľne ,po príchode do ubytovania sme zistili,že máme iba jednu malú kúpeľňu spolu so záchodom,druhá kúpeľna vraj bola pokazená,na čo nás ubytovanie neupozornili,až po mojom kontaktovaní ubytovanie sa vyjadrilo ,že je žiaľ pokazené,prijala by som lepšiu komunikáciu a mohli nám dať vopred vedieť že je pokazené a ponuknut náhradu....ponúkli nám 15 %zlavu z ubytovania,čo tiež nieje veľa na to ,že sme zaplatili 765eur za 4noci 4 dospelí.

The AC electrical fuse was blown so did not work most of the stay. Catched what looked like silver fish or bearded crayfish.

• Martin (9/5): One of the best accommodations we ever had. - Excellent location, very close to the center and just across the street from Malagueta beach. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible in the neighborhood. Spacious apartment with accessibility via elevator. Two fully equipped bathrooms with shower. Modern and practical facilities - easy to clean even when we came back from the beach. Everything worked as expected, no problems and no broken facilities. Apartment looked the same as on photos. Seamless and easy self check-in at any time (online registration plus access using a code, a web app for the main door, and a security box for the keys). Two sets of keys provided. Seamless communication with ELE Apartments. Private terrace oriented to the north - ideal for summer - not so much useful in winter season. Still you must consider the birds that fly around and sometimes drop a bit of mess. ;) Air conditioning in all rooms with independent control for each. In the double bedroom, there was audible noise from the showers of this apartment and the neighboring apartments. This was not the case of the second room with two single beds. Thermal and noise insulation from the window was a bit weaker, so we had to use air conditioning to heat up the apartment. Still the air conditioning was able to heat up the apartment to a comfortable temperature even in early December. In windy days, the noise of the wind outside was also audible, same as the noise from the street. It was not problem during the day, but it was slightly annoying at night. Also the noise from the corridor between apartments was audible - e.g. when neighbours arrived and lock/unlock the door.

Uno de los aires de la habitación no funciona, no tiene personas para poder bajarlas y cuando se hace de día te entra todo el sol y te despierta. Además suenan pequeños ruidos continuamente en la habitación de matrimonio por la noche.

Lo reservamos porque nos llamó también la atención la terraza pero cuando llegamos estaba muy sucia, las sillas y mesa llenas de cacas de pájaros al igual que el césped artificial. El aire acondicionado de la habitación doble estaba roto. La terraza, como he comentado, muy sucia.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Great 2bed apartment in Malagueta - Great location, clean and nice apartment, spacious, comfy bed, A/C came in handy. All was good, friendly and polite staff helped with our inquiry. Just a minor improvement to the kitchen supplies: we would have appreciated having a spare kitchen towel to dry dishes and a cutting board.
• David (7/5): Good - Great location, comfortable beds, baby bed available. Kitchen poorly equipped, good for short term stays, can't imagine staying longer then 2 nights.
• Jenny (2/5): Poorly management apartment unsafe for guests due to black mold covering walls in bedroom. - Good location next to the beach, nice bathrooms Discovered walls covered in black mould in bedroom on arrival. Particularly bad in area around headboard. The wall was also crumbling in the bedroom and you could see where pieces had fallen off. Asked to cancel booking immediately. No response from host for entire day. Host does not respond to 20 + phone calls throughout stay and refused to call back. Host refused to cancel booking We were informed by host 'don't worry' and 'it will be repaired for the next guests' We also informed hosts of ants in the kitchen and dining room There is also broken furniture on the balcony, a very dirty balcony covered in bird droppings and no blinds on a window. Very surprised with how the situation was managed from the host, no contact by phone, no apology given. We saw the maintenance man repairing damaged walls in the apartment next door, asked him about our walls. We were told though just to open a window. By the end of our holiday the floor was covered in paint from the walls crumbling. We have two small children and sleeping in a bedroom covered in black mould spores, and an apartment with damp walls everywhere with paint coming off, completely ruined our holiday. Shocked, disappointed with how the situation was not dealt with for guests. We have arrived home with chest infections. Never again. Finally please be aware when we told hosts via WhatsApp about damaged furniture on balcony, we were informed it was not damaged before we arrived so must be our fault. In 30+ years of traveling around d the world with this platform, and also being a partner with them, I have never experienced this type of customer service where you are blamed for reporting broken furniture and made to stay in a black mold infested apartment.

• Alina (8/5): Great location, but not as good as expected - Newly renovated, good but small kitchen (but missing some utensils for pans/pots, dish for the oven, oven mittens). Sun umbrellas were available to borrow. 1 minute from the beach, carrefour express close by, also a nice fish restaurant near carrefour. We used shuttle service for 30 Eur, satisfied with it. Terrible noise from neighbors’ bathroom, imagine shower noise amplified by x5 in the bedroom. We were woken at nights by this loud noise, so bring earplugs. Balcony was a disappointment - unpleasant smell from trash bins underneath and everything in birds droppings (floor, furniture). We never used the balcony even though it was one of the main reasons I booked this apartment.
• Louise (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location. - Great location right on the beach front and close to the city. The bed was really comfortable and the aircon was great. Plenty of space and the extra bathroom was a real bonus. A drying rail for the balcony would be really useful - having a washing machine was a key factor in booking the apartment but the drying space available in the block was smelly so being able to dry clothes in the sun would make a real difference. The kitchen needed a few basics - a rack for drying dishes for example. As others have commented, the balcony is big but very overlooked but if you know this in advance, it shouldn't be an issue.

• Nga (6/5): Pleasant - Very good location. 2 bathrooms is a plus No Meet and Greet from host (even though we begged for it as we didnot have Wifi to open the outside door or be able to call frm our phone) They suggest that someone will meet us at the train station to bring us to property. It turned out it s a taxi driver who didnot speak english. He dropped us at the door. The host called to tell the codes (there are 3 codes to 3 doors to enter). We had to pay for this taxi and his waiting for collecting us of course and still had to figure out ourselve infront of 3 lock doors. 1 of the 2 Heat/Ac, the one in the bedroom making knocking noise so we couldnot use it. The sofa bed for my daughter (we booked for 3pax) was not suitable for sleeping
• Matthias (5/5): we were simply frustrated because we booked a sea view place which was not a sea view place - property was in a good location and very clean. newly renovated beds were very good the property was wrongly advertised and confirmed as „sea view“ which is simply wrong and misleading and also the reason for my rating. appartment was oriented to the back of the house and not towards the sea. On top of that, the windows were tinted (milk) therefore we could not even look outside. addressing this wrong description of the appartment to the staff was not properly addressed, which was very disappointing.
• Suzan (8/5): Well worth booking for location and an easy stay. - Very clean and spacious. Nice furniture. Adequate kitchen. Two bathrooms. Air con units in both rooms. Easy check-in and check out procedures. Excellent location. I was under the impression that the balcony was facing the ocean and the beach, it wasn't. It was facing a dark back street. So the whole balcony experience kinda put a damper on things. The kitchen could use a few more things, such as a cutting board and simple basics such as salt/pepper etc.
