Menzione speciale per Antonella sempre super disponibile e gentile che ci ha permesso di tenere la stanza tutto il giorno fino all’orario del volo di ritorno. Da ritornarci sicuramente e consigliare agli amici!

Antonella gentilissima! Torneremo sicuramente!

Surplus del check-in indipendente con codice inviato dal proprietario della struttura. Staff molto accogliente, pronto a risolvere ogni problema e attento alle esigenze. Ci hanno permesso di usufruire della stanza anche nella giornata del check-out, fino all’orario di partenza. Gentilezza assolutamente non scontata! Grazie Niente.

Altra cosa, è ben insonorizzata, non si sente il rumore proveniente dalla strada anche se ha l’affaccio direttamente su via Toledo. • Maria (10/5): - Posizione davvero ottimale. Dalla stazione con 4 fermate di metro si arriva e l’alloggio è vicinissimo alla fermata Toledo. E’ al primo piano, comodo e pulito, con frigo, cassaforte, macchina del caffè e bollitore. Si è in centro, che si può visitare a piedi e vicini a metro e autobus, se ci si deve spostare. La signora Antonella è di una gentilezza squisita; ci ha permesso di fare check in anticipato e di lasciare in deposito i bagagli il giorno del check out fino alla partenza del treno. Consiglio davvero K-Home!

A disposizione degli ospiti macchina caffè espresso, bollitore acqua e dei biscotti. Ma soprattutto buona insonorizzazione! Antonella gentilissima! Lo straconsiglio e spero di tornarci presto!

• Sauro (10/5): Viaggio a Napoli - Camere nuove, appena ristrutturate, spaziose, bagno grande. Pulitissima, accogliente. Posizione perfetta. Sulla centrale via Toledo. Stazione Metro a meno di 100 metri. Tutto molto vicino raggiungibile a piedi. L'affaccio dal terrazzino su via Toledo vale da solo la visita a Napoli. La camera è anche ben insonorizzata, con infissi perfetti. La signora Antonella gentilissima Tutto positivo

Abbiamo amato la vista su tutta via Toledo e la vicinanza ad ogni punto importante. Era tutto curato nei minimi dettagli: oltre ad asciugamano personali, anche ciabatte, spazzolini, cotton fioc, insomma tutto ciò di cui si poteva aver bisogno. Abbiamo fatto il check in e check out telematico ma la host si è dimostrata e rivelata super disponibile oltre che gentile e simpatica.

• Leisa (10/5): Perfect location to explore Naples - K-Home is just a 2-minute walk from the Toledo Metro station and close to plenty of shops and restaurants—an ideal location for our stay in Naples. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities (hair dryer, small fridge to store water).

She checked to make sure everything was ok and asked what time would be good to clean the room. She was more than happy to answer any questions we had. The room was so clean and tidy and cleaned every day to a high standard. There was a coffee machine with biscuits and even toothbrushes in the bathroom if you forget your own. Excellent location on one of the mains streets. We arrived late just before midnight but Antonella had left clear instructions on how to enter the building and the room with codes, which was very easy to do. Thank you so much for our fantastic experience, we will definitely book again if we come to Naples.

• Dani (8/5): Good place, complicated check-in - The location is great, very clean room, although it is in an old building the room is new, there is a fridge with two bottles of water, some small snacks and coffee/tea for free, the price for the value is very convenient. The check-in was a bit of a hassle. There is no sign in the door of the building, and you need to have available cell phone or internet to reach them upon arrival (there was not free wifi in the area of the building). Since we didn't have those, we had to ask a nearby shop for help. However, the person in charge insisted they only give entry info if we called from the registered cell number used for the booking. So, we had to buy a SIM card, wait an hour for it to be activated, and finally contact them. They did try to call us, but international calls are very expensive in our country without a plan and thus we couldn't answer the calls. In short, they could make check-in smoother by sending info via WhatsApp the day before, like many other places do. Not all people have an esim or a cell plan when just arriving. Also, not crucial but it would be nice if the breakfasts had some healthier option. Overall, apart of the bad starting, the place was fine and have most of the things you need for a good stay.
