• Michael (3/5): Dirty and disappointing - the cleaners should be replaced - I have stayed at this property and in this unit in the past due to its location My last visit, I discovered rubbish under the lounge. This visit I found the shower was filthy with mould, ants were everywhere in the bathroom, the sink was moulding in the plug well, beside the fridge where the ironing board goes is filthy and grubby...the entire unit felt dirty

• Trena (9/5): Superb - It was situated close to Noosa,the place was clean and tidy,the communication with the owners was fantastic The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure for the toilet it didn't flush very well
• Robyn (6/5): Super comfortable but no sleep . Thus low score but luck of when you are there possibly - Unit itself was very comfortable and well appointed . Resort had great facilities , multiple pools ,pretty , cafe We were continuously woken up the first night by the neighbors opposite coming outside and yelling on the phone , this went on until about 4am . The next night it was neighbors a little further along with more very loud action on the road way for ages in the small hours . I would hope this is transient with the guests of the time and the luck of the draw !

• Jon (5/5): rather not - you ask about breakfast - see (4) below 1.Promotion website indicated 24 -hr reception available, but on arrival made very clear that reception was not there for us. 2.Only parking to unload at front door was in a tight driveway used by others. We were told there was a designated carpark for the unit "around the corner" but we never found it. 3.Despite the promotion website stating there was an on-site restaurant, it was closed on the relevant day. 4.Overall we felt that the information provided through Booking.Com was misleading.

• Michelle (7/5): Fair - The apartment is spacious; bed and pillows were comfy enough for a night or two. The complex is nice with pool and tennis court. Poor cleanliness, there was some hair in the bathtub and the black shower curtain is gross and it doesn't help with the cleanliness feel. The cleaner didn't remove some debris inside the toilet making it unusable. I had to call the host so she could come by and fix it. Luckily she was pretty responsive and resolved it quickly.

• Terry (8/5): Lovely overnight stay! - Our unit in Ivory Palms Resort, in a beautiful tropical setting, was everything we desired for our overnight stay. Parking was easy outside our rear entrance. Spotlessly clean & spacious, with a comfortable bed & couch. Lots of extras which we didn’t have time to use. (eg, tennis racquets, pool towels, washing machine & dryer) Just a small detail - there were no knives in the cutlery drawer & only one breakfast bowl. I’d have liked a tea-towel.

• Helen (10/5): Will definitely stay again 🤗 - Ivory Palms is a beautiful resort. I was impressed with all that was available onsite (swimming pools, sauna, bouncy pillow and more). I loved unit 34 as it had very stylish decor, it was practical and comfortable. Including Netflix ☺️👍 It had everything we needed. It even had a spacious bathtub with water jets too 😁 I especially loved the little deck near the lily pond with all the pretty flowers. The location was perfect too...close to so many shops as well as the leisure centre where my mum had her Pickleball competition.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable allowing for a great nights sleep and the resort complex was very quiet at night. Would definitely book again.
