Andrew (4/5): Disappointing, especially for the amount we paid. - Great outdoor deck with a BBQ and great location. Property is great for pets with a fully enclosed back yard and the floors are easy to sweep clean. Lounge room area is large and spacious with plenty of places to sit and relax. Lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. Property is tired and needs a lot of attention. Doorknobs that fall off, windows that don't open. The large blind in the double bedroom downstairs fell off when puling the chord to roll it up (dangerous). Even though the place was supposed to have been cleaned prior to our arrival, the house was very musty, there were cobwebs on the stairs, and the floors were dirty, they need a good mop, not just sweeping. Some basics were provided, but these were at a bare minimum. No spare blankets or bedding, nothing to clean the BBQ with, brushes but no mop. The downstairs shower and toilet are in the laundry which is the thoroughfare to the garden and the basin is essentially the laundry sink.
