- Mahmood (6/5): Book only if you have a small budget - Very nice location near to train station
Good in general Very dirty building
The kitchen is very small
- Pietro (5/5): - Die Lage Sauberkeit
- Katja (8/5): Very good - Great place and close to the city centre. The bedrooms are very nice and spacious. The living room is very cosy. The shower curtain wasn't very nice and we refused to use it.
- Nicholitta (5/5): Passable -
- Keith (3/5): NOT GOOD AT ALL - The Rooms Were Quite Spacious And Warm. The Area Is Quite Intimidating And Felt We Weren't Supposed To Be There. The Front Door Had Three Locks Which Didn't Sit Right With Me And Didn't Feel Safe. The Beds Were Rock Hard Couldn't Sleep At All. There's A Huge Stain On The Sofa And An Iron Burn Mark In One Of The Rooms. The Toliet Is Very Claustrophobic And Tiny Also The Apartment Is On Also On The First Floor My Partner Struggled With The Stairs And The Add Didn't Mention This.
- Josh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (9/5): Great location. Easy access to transport. Thank you -
- Rachel (7/5): Good budget location, but read reviews to check for current issues - Easy location for public transit, bus stop close by and tube about a 15-20 min walk. Apartment was spacious (kitchen a little cramped). Great that the toilet and bath are two separate rooms, especially with 5 people staying. WiFi was reliable. Neighborhood was quite quiet during our 2 week stay. Overall very good basic accommodation. There are some maintenance issues (washing machine was out of order and has been for 6 months, the host did pay for our laundry bills), there is some mold growing in the bathroom and one of the bedroom walls, the kitchen supplies could be updated.
- Avis (10/5): There was everything in the property that was very superb - It was really beautiful we feel it's like home away from home. Really love it. The Ower even guides us to the property and ensures that we are in then left, as we are not from London. Which was well appreciated Nothing
- Terry (8/5): Very good -
- Jadon (9/5): Superb -
- Giada (1/5): One there the flat wasn’t available - No flat available One there the flat wasn’t available
- Sugar (6/5): Okay - The location. The 2nd night we could not sleep because there was a man outside shouting at 1am to 3am.
The smell. There were neighbours who smelled of Marijuana on the same floor we were in.
- Shim (7/5): Staying in London reasonably - It was a nice offer for staying a week in London. The closest tube Station Nine Elms is probably new and the big supermarket Sainsbury's is just next to the station which was very convenient. Tesco express is also nearby.
From our room, we could see the garden and there came squeals every day! My daughter could feed them nuts every day!
I liked the new kitchen, the fridge was very new.
Three bed rooms were optimal for us. In the flat, you'll see dust everywhere. And also mold. We couldn't use the oven because it wasn't cleaned by the former guests. The washing machine from Bosch was also broken, and was filled with the dirty water inside. How could people use someone's facility so badly? I just wonder ....
The worst thing is, there lives a lunatic somewhere close. He screams with a speaker in the middle of the night or early in the morning which disturbed our sleep!
- Rhea (10/5): the location is not bad. near the bus satation and nine elms station going to central london. it is a peaceful neigborho - Valued for money., worth the stay.
- Olkowski (1/5): It's not place for family with kids - Nothing Area didn't look like save place. Our kids were terrified.
- Misato (7/5): Good - The host was very kind and quick to respond.
The bedroom and living room were good. Dust in the bathroom and on the ventilation fan.
I wonder if the cleaning is done by someone other than the host, because when I contacted them I was told there was a hair dryer, but there was no hair dryer when I stayed there.
- Leidy (6/5): Big apartment with space to my family, but it was not clean and the beds were really hard. - The apartment is big and comfortable. It has god space to a big family. The apartment was not clean and the beds were really hard and uncomfortable.
- Majish (7/5): Good -
- Maqsood (7/5): Cant complain for the money paid for this close to central London. - Easy to find the lock box. Cheap for being 10 minutes drive from Waterloo. It was on an estate, so the outside is not very welcoming
- Ammar (9/5): Definitely Spacious and Clean- Good Value for Money - The apartment is quite spacious with 3 double bedrooms and a good-sized living room. Overall, it was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most of the essentials available, and the toilet was also clean. Location in London is also really good with most attractions within easy reach. I think it is really good value for money. There was not anything that bothered us a lot. One thing to keep in mind is that this apartment is situated in a council housing estate, with a lot of apartments in the complex. Understandably, there were some noises during the daytime, but nothing too much.
- Greg (3/5): It at least met our survival needs. Couldn’t recommend. - It was on a bus route. The toilet was conveniently in a different room from the shower. Our group was six people. There was not enough silverware for six. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper for six people for a four day/three night stay. Linens in one room smelled really bad and didn’t seem clean. Washing machine didn’t drain properly and we couldn’t get the drying rack to work. 2 of the bedroom doors didn’t close or lock properly.
- Rachael (7/5): A nice property with good access, needs some improving. - The property was very nice - the living room and bedrooms were very spacious. It was very convenient to shops for supplies and to three Tube stations which allowed our group easy access to London for our tip.
Despite some concerns about the property while we were staying there, overall our group had a nice time and I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a cheap group stay. Taking into account this is a new property, some things we felt were missing or could be improved:
- no lightbulb in the living room main light
- wonky plug socket in middle bedroom that did not work
- the beds were quite hard and therefore not the most comfortable
- we felt we did not have enough bowls, glasses or plates, and could have maybe used another pan
- no soap or hand towel in the toilet room or bathroom
- various power tools were left in the bedroom cupboards
Also not something the hosts are in control of but the noise from the neighbours/area was quite loud so I would recommend earplugs if you are easily disturbed by those things.
- Sebastian (8/5): Good place to stay in London, with a spacious 3 bedroom with double beds that can easily fit a large family. Very good v -
- Bijoy (10/5): Exceptional -
