• Dawid (8/5): - Clean apartment, close to parking lot, with a good view. (1) Apartment was very cold (sub zero nights), not heat up for days. We got additional blankets, but it needed 10 hours to reach ok temperature. (2) It wasn't clear in the description, that sauna is in building next door - not a major problem, but you need to pack things etc, vs going in bathrobe. (3) Instructions pointed to code at the door, which I assume works in main building, but as this apartment was in building next to it, it has key box which was not mentioned. Managed to find it, but if you arrive tired at night, good instructions are important.
• Myriam (8/5): Bien. - L’organisation du studio petit, mais avec beaucoup de place de rangement dans les murs, l’équipement de la cuisine, la douche et sauna/jacuzzi à disposition. L’accueil de l’intendante et sa disponibilité. Dormir dans le sol et manque de place à côté du lit, le fauteuil (manque des coussins). Accès plus long que prévu depuis l’arrêt du bus en raison de travaux sur le parking.

• Behrens (3/5): Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Saaas Fee aber das erste und letzte Mal bei Kusis Ranch. - Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und schön renoviert. Doch leider war der Service und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber eine reine Blamage und Zumutung. Wir haben über Booking.com ein apartment mit 2 Sofabetten und einem französischem Doppelbett gebucht, bezahlt und bestätigt bekommen. Leider haben wir das alles nicht bekommen und standen an dem Tag unserer Anreise vor verschlossenen Türen, zwar mit bestätigtem Check in, aber ohne jeglichen Infos hierzu. Der Kontakt vor Ort, war nahe zu null! Die Telefonnummern die überall angeschrieben sind, sind nicht erreichbar. Die Zuständige im Haus kann nur sehr wenig deutsch, und hat keine Überblick gehabt, wer was und wie gebucht hat. Schlichtweg hieß es bei der Anreise, dass wir nichts gebucht hatten und das unser problem ist, da alles belegt sei. Ein Apartment wäre für die erste, der drei gebuchten Nächte frei und danach müssten wir selber schauen wohin mit uns. Bis dato hat sich der Gastgeber bei mir gemeldet und sich schlichtweg für diesen bodenlosen service entschuldigt. Die arme Dame im haus konnte für diese inkompetente Bearbeitung am wenigsten, aber war leider der einizige Ansprechpartner weit und breit. Nicht mal im Tourismusbüro hatte man eine aktuelle und funktionierende Telefonnummer der Gastgeber. Also, wenn das alles nicht suspekt ist, dann weiß ich es auch nicht! Ebenfalls haben wir keine Saas Fee Gästekarte bekommen und haben aber die Kurtaxe gezahlt. Wir ware nirgendswo im System in Saas Fee hinterlegt.

• Bruno (10/5): Absolute top Adresse, gerne wieder. - Absolute top Wohnung in Ausstattung und Lage. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und in einer aussergewöhnlich sehr guten Qualität. Es ist alles vorhanden was beschrieben ist. Eine liebevolle und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch Susi. Die Lage ist Top, 2 min bis zur Bushaltestelle und Parkhaus. Der Bus fährt über den Postplatz direkt zur Felskinn - Mittelallalin Bahn. Besonders: Wegen des starken Schneefalls war die Strasse gesperrt, weshalb wir eine Nacht verlängern mussten. Zu unserer Überraschung wurde uns die zusätzliche Nacht geschenkt und mussten nichts nachzahlen. Das war sehr zuvorkommend. Ich kann die Wohnung inkl. Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder. Absence de moyen de transporter les bagages comme tous les autres établissements du coin pour déplacer les bagages au parking ( des petits chariots à deux roues) . Absence d’ascenseur non indiqué. Les stores les chambres interdits de fonctionner Store de la cuisine en panne Je demanderai un avis juridique tellement on est déçus de régler 2500 CHF pour 4 jours pour trois personnes
• Nikki (9/5): Pre-Christmas ski - Helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Very close to parking and shuttle to the cable car. The sauna was great. Good space to store ski equipment. The apartment was very hot. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. The coffee machine didn't work and we received no reply when when we requested to change it. A door to separate the living room and bedroom would be nice, especially when there is someone using the sofabed. The hot tub temperature was not very hot and wasn't able to adjust over 36.5 degrees.

• themilos (10/5): - Près du parking, espace bien pensé, neuf et propre, sans chaussures de ski la ballade jusqu'au centre est agréable. Le spa très sympa, personnel disponible et chaleureux. Moyennement fan d'un matelas à fleur de sol, j'aurais voulu pouvoir ouvrir une fenêtre en imposte.
• Julien (9/5): Arrivée compliqué, mais séjour fantastique. - Le logement est très bien agencé. Au niveau de la cuisine, tout est bien pensé et il y a des ustensiles en suffisance. Le logement était parfaitement propre. L'accès au jacuzzi et sauna et très agréable après une journée de ski. La navette pour les installations de ski se trouve juste à côté du logement. Les photos sur la procédure d'accès ne correspondaient pas au bon immeuble. L'appartement était fermé alors qu'il devait être ouvert. Nous sommes arrivés vers 21h avec 3 enfants. Après de multiples échanges par SMS. Nous avons dû attendre presque 1h avant d'obtenir le code pour récupérer les clés dans une boite à clés. Si l'appartement était ouvert comme prévu dans le message reçu, ça aurait été parfait.

Es war sehr warm in der Wohnung - Bett/Matraze war in Boden versenkt. Wären wir älter, wären wir morgens nicht so einfach aus dem Bett gekrochen

• Sophie (8/5): Très petit mais fonctionnel. Super espace sauna+jacuzzi - Malgré sa petitesse, le studio est bien conçu et dispose de tout le nécessaire. La cuisine est bien équipée. L'espace wellness avec sauna et jacuzzi, en libre accès, est très agréable ! Le chalet est idéalement situé tout près du parking et en dehors du centre du village (plus calme). Le studio est très petit ! L'espace est certes bien utilisé et dispose de tout le nécessaire, mais ce n'est pas très confortable dû à la petitesse. Quelques crochets muraux supplémentaires au lieu d'une paroi nue "design" auraient été appréciés. D'ailleurs, le design est moderne et épuré, mais n'a pas de charme. Les matelas du lit sont trop mous à notre goût. L'insonorisation entre studios pourrait être meilleure : un hôte a mis la musique à fond dans le sauna et on l'entendait dans toute la maison. Les hôtes ne sont pas réactifs ppir répondre aux messages dans Booking.com.
• Stenly (5/5): BE WARNED!! - We had what seemed like a pleasant stay in this cosy apartment—at first. But BE WARNED: once you leave, they will come after you for money! The sauna was cold, and they refused to allow us to adjust the temperature. 👎 What kind of “wellness” is that? To make matters worse, they try to pass off ordinary wear and tear as damage, exaggerating everything just to squeeze more cash from you. This is not just disappointing—it feels like a trap. I strongly advise against booking here.
• Yaaqov (6/5): ⚠️ Be careful! - ⚠️ Be careful! After my stay, the host contacted me claiming I had “damaged” the apartment, even though nothing was broken and the photos only showed normal wear. They immediately asked for my insurance details. I later found out that other guests received the same message. This looks like a systematic way to make false insurance claims. The apartment itself was fine, but the way the host acts after check-out is very suspicious. I do not recommend booking here.

• Nienke (8/5): Prima voor een aantal dagen! - Fijne studio van alle gemakken voorzien en dichtbij de parkeerplaats. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Vanuit onze studio hadden we schitterend uitzicht over de bergen. De locatie is ‘s avonds rustig, maar het gebouw ligt naast het drankendepot, waardoor je ‘s ochtends en ‘s middags in het geluid van aan- en afrijdende elektrische wagentjes en heftrucks zit. Gelukkig waren we overdag grotendeels op pad! Daarnaast ligt deze locatie wat verder van de gondels en hartje centrum (10-15 minuten lopen). Was voor ons geen probleem, maar iets om rekening mee te houden. In de winter stopt er wel een bus aan de noordzijde van de parkeerplaats, die je naar de gondels brengt. In de zomer (toen wij er waren) is die halte gesloten.
• Iga (9/5): Superb - The apartment was super clean and had all that we needed for our 4 days stay. The lady who manages the property was super nice with us and also oir dog. We loved it alot and we moght come back to the same apartment next time we travel to Saas-fee. It can be a bit nosy as the main street from the parking lot is just next to the building. Moreover, eventhough the description of the apartment says there is a mountain view I would not considered it as such. We had partial view on the mointains but in fact we faced other house rather than the nature and a beautiful view on the surrounding picks.

• Despoina (8/5): Overall pleasant stay - The area was very quiet and close to the parking lot. The place was a bit far from the ski lifts but very well connected with public transport, so distance was not an issue. The kitchen was very well equipped, despite it being a small studio. The wellness area was functional and fulfilled its purpose, but don't expect anything big. There were no views (it's in a closed room on the ground floor) or a relaxing area. Not a negative from our perspective, but good to be aware. Overall it was good value for money. The bed was very soft and the mattress is built into the floor, so that it was hard to get up. We ended up sleeping on the couch and our son in the bed. There was no proper hanger to hang our jackets and ski clothes to dry inside the apartment (only 3 small hooks on the wall). You have to buy specific capsules for the coffee machine. Unfortunately the coffee machine did not work properly during our stay, although the personnel tried to fix it. We ended up finding another solution, but unfortunately we ended up with a lot of left-over capsules that we will not be able to use elsewhere.
• Pia (8/5): Perfect for 3 nights - sauna, modern design, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, big balcony, very quiet, clean. No place for outdoor shoes, uncomfortable couch - too small for 2 people.
• Mikaela (5/5): Nice but not worth the money. We would’ve rather stayed closer to the lifts, and paid separately for spa and sauna which - Lovely modern accommodation, very cute and stylish, gorgeous view of mountains. Handy kitchen and fridge, but no microwave or toaster. No staff to talk to, room was too warm, couldn’t turn off heater, and made it hard to sleep at night. Bed was too small for two people, my partner ended up sleeping on the couch. Spa and sauna facilities are turned off everyday, so when we went to use it the spa was too cold, and had to wait for sauna to heat up (we were too cold in the spa waiting so were too impatient to wait for the sauna to be ready). Had to clean up after ourselves (clean floors, take out bins), no toiletries provided. Accommodation was a 20 minute walk to the ski lifts

• Stefanie (7/5): Good - Very clean flat with a huge balcony It said there would be a bbq but there was nothing there. When we arrived the jacuzzi wasn't working either but luckily this was fixed halfway through the week. The main issue was the bed which was just mattrasses on the floor and not a proper bed. Some people might struggle to get up. Windows couldn't open in the bedroom so it was pretty hot. Think it's a bit expensive for the size of the flat which was a bit tiny.
• Anien (8/5): Beautiful place - Beautiful place with modern finishes. Place was a bit small but overall it was amazing. It's a bit pricey as it's only meant for 2 people.

• Hieu (10/5): Our first time in Saas-fee and it was an excellent stay - Super nice, cozy place for a family week. 2' walking to a bus stop that will take us to Alpine Express or ski school. The floor of the bedroom and dining table was made with a material that is hard to clean.
• Sylvie (8/5): Good for a weekend - Clean, good equipment, the spa is really good! Close to the parking but a bit far from ski installation

• Robert (9/5): Superb - Superclean, super new, everything you need was there, big kitchen, nice bathroom, the lady was kind and very helpful. Because the couch was turned into a bed we missed a comfortable chair. For the rest everything was good
