• Judita (9/5): Smooth late check-in, spacious apartment and great location - We really enjoyed our stay in this Athens apartment and would happily recommend it. One of the biggest advantages for us was the self check-in system. Our flight arrived very late, so being able to enter the apartment at any time made things much easier and allowed us to get some rest straight away. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The location is very convenient, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and a metro station within walking distance. Most of the main attractions can be reached in around 20-30 minutes on foot. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable for the 6 of us. Having two bathrooms was a big plus, and the kitchen was well equipped. All rooms have air conditioning. We also really liked the large balcony, which has a table, chairs, and even a swing chair — a great spot to relax. It faces a main road, so there can be some noise during the day, but it was quiet at night once the windows were closed. As for the downsides, some of the doors inside the apartment were quite noisy and a bit difficult to close — they would benefit from being oiled or adjusted. The building itself is a bit older; the elevator works but is quite outdated, and the entrance area was somewhat dirty. However, this doesn’t reflect on the apartment itself.

• Stephen (10/5): A modern apartment in a great area with a superb host! - The property is very modern and had really comfortable beds, but also a fully functional kitchen. The bathrooms were also so nice, they had perfect lighting and great water pressure. Katerina was an exception host who was very responsive and also super helpful with everything we needed. She really went above and beyond! Everything was great, no negatives.
• Maja (9/5): We had a great stay in the Athens apartment and would recommend it. - Athens Luxuery 3BR apartments were very comfortable for 7 of us. There are 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed the big balcony with a table and chairs and as well as a swing chair. Balcony overlooks the main road, so it can get noisy at times; however, there was no issue at night when the windows were closed. Each room has air conditioning. Communication was great, answers were prompt, and requests were managed efficiently. We received detailed info on how to get into the apartment, with the Keys in a lock box. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood with delicious food. It is around 30 minutes on foot to all main attractions there is a metro nearby. The building seemed to be a bit neglected, but that has nothing to do with the apartment itself. The lift did not work on the first day, and the apartment is on the 5th floor.

• Μαρία (10/5): great stay! Will come back - everything was perfect! spacious apartment, sunny with a huge balcony. also it had everything we needed to cook that was much appreciated. Great communication with the host.
• Duncan (4/5): OK apartment - but 5 floors up and the elevator is not working. - Location is OK. Close to archaeological museum. The property is on the 5th floor and the elevator is not working. We were advised of this by the owner only after our payment had gone through - and only a few days before travelling. We were then offered and accepted an alternative property but on arrival we found this was not to the same standard as we had booked. One shower was not working and on the first night we could not sleep due to noise (nightclub directly below played loud music until 5 a.m. on Sunday morning and a nightclub just across the street played loud music until 8 a.m. on Sunday morning). We then asked to change back to the first apartment which we were able to do after one more night (which was quieter). So we only had 4 nights (of 6 booked) in the apartment and it is OK. It is above a pub, which seems to have gone out of business, and quiet except for usual traffic noise. 5 floors without an elevator is a bit much - but better than all-night music. The owner was cooperative in helping us make the changes but our holiday was spoiled a bit. I would be interested to know how long the elevator has not been working as it looks like it has not worked for some time. I think the situation could have been handled better and I should have been offered a price reduction.
• Nick (3/5): Great apartment, terrible neighborhood. Unsafe, drugs, door always open. Man sleeping on steps. - The apartment itself was very nice, spacious and clean. The beds and showers were comfortable and modern. It was in a very bad part of Athens. The elevator was broken and there were drug addicts both in the building and the surrounding areas. Found several spots on stairs where there was tinfoil with black residue. There was a man sleeping on the stairs. There was a bullet hole in the front door.
• Brathwaite (9/5): Clean apartment in heart of Athens. Great value! - In the heart of a very “colorful” neighborhood. So if you’re looking for a “resort style” area, this isn’t the place for you. Safe, lots of cafes, eateries and restaurants within walking distance. Checkin was on time, not early since it needed to be cleaned. Understandable! No one is present but Lydia is very accessible and responsive via text. Thanks for that GREAT restaurant suggestion and apology!. Checkin process easy with key retrieval. Apartment was very clean, kitchen well stocked. Cute patio. Elevator was inoperable ( totally out of control of Owner). However, Apartment is on 5th floor! So beware if your party isn’t in the best of health, and or unable to walk up stairs, with luggage, just in case there is no elevator service.

It had all the amenities we needed for cooking relaxing at Tv and comfortable for a family as we are. The host was very helpful and nice, and about the location was very convenient because it was 10 minutes metro station and the aera had everything we need. We will definately book the same apartment when we will come back in Athens. Thank you :)
