• Meghan (6/5): - Easy communication with the host, lots of natural light which we enjoyed, and convenient access to the underground. Great cafes and pubs nearby! We would have liked the kitchen to be a bit more stocked with cooking supplies like dishtowels/oven mits/baking sheet but we were able to get by with what was provided. The faucets in the kitchen and bathroom seemed to need some maintenance to avoid getting water everywhere. Unfortunately, parking is difficult to navigate and pricey in the area. We were able to use a separate parking app to book private spaces in advance that were able little cheaper than what was offered with the listing.
• Miho (4/5): イギリスの暮らしを体験できる - 駅近でカフェやコンビニ、ベーカリーがあり朝食に困りません。 近くに素晴らしい接客をしてくれるチーズ屋さんがあり感動しました。 ぜひこのチーズ屋さんに行くべきです！今度1周年パーティーがあるそうです。 部屋に関しては、設備が整っていて住める環境だった（冷蔵庫、洗濯機、ドライヤー、アイロンあり） バルコニーは、餌を狙っている猫がいて窓やドアを開けにくい環境でしたが、猫の観察を楽しめます。 シャワールームの足ふきマットがなくて1枚のタオルを足ふきマットとして使いました。 電車の音が深夜12:30過ぎでも聞こえる環境なので、気になる人は耳栓があるといいと思います。 2人で泊まる場合は、ベットが小さいのでもう少し大きいベットに変えていただけると有難いと夫が言ってました。
• Miriam (8/5): - The location close to all amenities. Shops, cafe shops tube station etc. There was nothing that I didn't like.
• Roger (5/5): If I had not booked 4 days I would have gone back to the Novatel. - Location is good, very close to Barrons Court tube, and only 10 to 15 minutes walk to Hammersmith and the Thames. There's an interesting nearby cemetery that's peaceful, and the Curtains Up pub at the end of the street is good. 1. I don't remember the info stating the location is next to the tube lines - so noisy from trains running too late at night and early in the morning. 2. There were two lockboxes. I was supposed to receive a photo of the box to open, but did not. The lock boxes are close to the ground, making it difficult to see the numbers and where they should align. Had to try both to find the correct one. Also, there are numerous dustbins on the stairs leading to the front door, with waste strewn about - not a good first impression. 3. Although the keys are color-coded, it would be helpful to indicate which key corresponds to which door. 4. The Wi-Fi code was sent by photo, which I didn't receive. It would be helpful to leave that information, the host's contact info, and any other pertinent info on a printed sheet inside the appartment. 5. Host said he would fix after my departure: i) loose toilet seat, ii) holder for the shower wand, iii) fridge, which tipped forward and held water in the bottom. 6, Wires sticking out of the wall where a light fixture used to be above the bathroom sink. 7. Cracked tiles in the bathroom floor, damaged threshold, and damaged kitchen cabinets. 8. Overall, the place is tired. I stayed at the Novotel for $20 more a night and it had none of these issues, was a bigger room, and represented a much better experience and value for money.
• Wendy (9/5): A great small place with a convenient location - Conveniently located for the tube and shops. Great little kitchen to cook some meals and a washing machine was great A couple of lights were blown but other than that that, everything was great.

• Rikke Lyshøj (2/5): Book ikke denne bolig - den har flere store mangler. - Metroen kører til centrum. Lille terrasse Vandhanen i badeværelset var god. Koden til døren var forkert Affald og dårlig lugt på gangen. Morgenmad var katastrofal: bestod af lidt frugt, havregryn, cornflakes og 1/2 liter mælk - det var neget mangelfuldt og rakte ikke til 3 dage for 2 voksne. Der var ingen kaffe, kun te. I lejligheden var kun en kop - vi måtte købe plastikkrus. Larmen fra metroen er så slem at vi næsten ikke sov - selvom vi brugte ørepropper. Tv’et virkede ikke. Sengen var lille kun 120 cm bred og for lille til to voksne. Alt i alt en meget dårlig oplevelse - vi anbefaler IKKE at leje denne bolig..
• Ayaz (10/5): - Great location. Host is super quick to respond and fix any situation that may come up! Totally happy overall Needs curtains, lol. Too bright but fantastic in every other respect
• Ryan (5/5): Reasonable choice for the price. - Price was reasonable Building dirty, run down, trash and trash cans greet you as you come up the steps to the building. Feels gross honestly, like a slum. Unit itself was ok and had a good amount of light. Bathroom was claustrophobicly small.
• Aurora (10/5): Better than hotels, highly recommend - Everything was perfect. Host is very helpful and supportive, helped with heater. Place is two steps away from underground station and some stores. Room on first floor and no need to use steps. You getting used to train noises fast and it stops bothering at night. Neighbours dont bother at night. Comfy bed and pillows especially for my back issues it was perfect. Kitchen have oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, pans, bowls, board, trash bags, dish washing liquid, basically everything for cooking. I thought i would miss some kitchen tools but everything was included already even tea and some morning food. Room have big wardrobes, TV, towels, iron and board for it, shower have gel and shampoo, soap, washing machine. I had experience with other apartments during travel and I would personally aim for this place next time Nothing

• Angelina Bettina (6/5): - Das Apartment war in Summe sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Leider wird aus den Bildern nicht deutlich, dass die Unterkunft direkt an den Bahngleisen liegt. Hier verkehren die Züge im Minutentakt und es ist sehr laut.

• vanessa (7/5): Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré le bruit (train + voisin qui chante), les nuits ont été beaucoup trop courtes malg - Situation géographique au top, hyper bien placé proche métro / hôte très disponible. Logement bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu’il faut, vraiment chouette! 🤗 Trafic train métro actif en permanence jusqu’à plus de 23h et reprise à 5h du matin, appartement très mal insonorisé (+voisin qui chante fort trad le soir et tôt le matin 😳) Literie très inconfortable, très / trop molle

The property was clean and in a good location for Charing Cross Hospital The property could do with more curtains/blinds- half of the windows and the full glass door are uncovered which means there’s no privacy (looks out onto the tube line and houses) and the studio is very light to sleep in. The kitchen could do with a few more basics such as a chopping board, oven gloves etc

• Stephanie (10/5): Really lovely flat, great host, will be back again - Host is lovely - very responsive when needed and checked in on me by phone to make sure I had settled in ok. Lot's of extras that weren't expected such as a bottle of water in the fridge, shower gel and face wash available, espresso pods I could use etc. Great location and felt very safe. Note that you are adjacent to a trainline so you will hear trains go by every few minutes until early in the morning - but it's not a bad thing. You get used to it really quickly and it becomes a comfort especially if you're staying alone! Couldn't open the back door as was double locked - not an issue per-say as I didn't need to go out there but from a safety aspect I was worried about only having one accessible exit if there was an emergency. Couldn't control the heating myself - very comfortable at night but during the day I would get cold and have to get into bed for warmth. Both of these would not hinder me from staying again though

• sonia (9/5): Fabulous location just off the picadilly line - Fabulous location, just off the picadilly line. Grocery shop, butcher, bakery, pharmacy and cafe just at the top of the street. Fast communication and clear check in information. Well equipped and cosy. Great free breakfast. It was a bit noisy as it’s on the train line

• Eiko (10/5): Great! - Everything (even cleaner and waste bags) was ready except for a wine opener and a cooking board!! 1 min to the tube station is absolutely great. If you are a cat lover, you will have cute visitors in the back terrace.

• Ankkit (9/5): Very nice and comfortable stay. Alex is really a nice host and resolves almost all the issues. - Location is perfect near to Underground Nothing which we don't like though a suggestion to put some more water bottles to drink according to stay period.
