• laura (10/5): Posizione ottima - Appartamento spazioso, pulito e con tutto il necessario. posizione ottima a due passi dalla metro e dal treno per l’aeroporto! Abbiamo avuto un problema con l’acqua calda e sono immediatamente intervenuti per risolverlo!
• Sebastian (5/5): Absolut Basic - wenn man keine Küche nutzen möchte und lediglich ein Bett braucht. - Gute Lage, nette Kontaktperson. Küchenausstattung nicht ausreichend für 5 Pers. Kein Schneidebrett, kein ausreichend großer Topf um zu fünft zu kochen; stumpfe Messer; nur Kaffeepulver als Zubereitung. Keine Kleiderhaken für Jacken, Handtücher (im Bad). Heizung mehrmals im Störungsmodus. Heizung ist im Wohnzimmer und ist laut - in der Nacht mehrmaliges Zünden der Gasflamme.

• Monika (8/5): - Für uns ideale Lage - 5 Minuten Gehzeit zum (U-)Bahnhof Wien Mitte, zur mdw und zum Stadtpark, viele Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Schönes, historisches Haus - hier hat Beethoven seine 9. Symphonie vollendet :) Gute Kommunikation, schnelle Antworten der Vermieter. Recht spartanisch renoviert und ausgestattet, könnte mit etwas Liebe und Investition schon noch aufgewertet werden... Leider recht laut (Straße und Straßenbahn vorm Fenster, Gastherme im Zimmer, Nachbarn hatten eine Party). Für zwei Nächte hat es aber gut gepasst.

• Alessio (8/5): - Appartamento spazioso e comodo. Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla stazione e non troppo lontano dal centro. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina ma era molto ben attrezzata. La caldaia è situata nel salotto e fa molto rumore, oltre a disturbare il sonno non tramsette molta sicurezza.
• Bautista (4/5): Decepcionante - El departamento no se encontró en buen estado, los utensilios de cocina, al igual que platos. Ollas,etc estaban sucios. El desagote del fregadero estaba tapado y no me pudieron dar solución, se imposibilitaba usarlo debido a que no drenada. Encontré prendas de ropa de otros huespedes en el lavarropa El trato del anfitrión fue desagradable por que tuve una urgencia y me demoré 10 minutos en salir del departamento. De seguro no lo recomendaría

• Laetitia (7/5): Une ville magnifique à l'architecture époustouflante!!! - Coffre à clés très pratique. Situation géographique à 5 min à pieds de la station de métro. Train vers l'aéroport possible. Boutiques et surtout un SPAR pour faire des courses car il n'y a rien d'autres autour de l'appartement. Appartement très spacieux, très propre L'évier était bouché, et le sèche cheveux ne faisait que s'arrêtait car les résistances chauffaient trop! il n'ya rien, ni essuie tout, ni sel, huile ne serait ce que pour dépanner au départ. le linge de maison sent la cigarette surtout les serviettes. la chaudière qui est dans la pièce à vivre avec 3 couchages fait énormément de bruit la nuit c'est très incommodant et comme l'appartement donne coté rue le bruit du tramway peut être gênant (pensez aux boules quies!!)

• Arvydas J. (2/5): Labai prastai, esame labai nusivylę apartamentais. - Lokacija, arti metro ir traukinių stotis. Visa kita buvo labai blogai. Nebuvo įjungtas šildymas apartamentuose, termostatas buvo nustatytas 10 laipsnių. Teko skambinti ir aiškintis, kodėl taip šalta ir nešildoma. Buvo paaiškinta, kaip sureguliuoti. Laukėmė 5 valandas, kol įšils kambariai. Vonios kambarys baisus - yra langas, aklinai uždarytas į viešą koridorių, vonioje šalta (paliktas "vėjelis" pasišildyti). Katilas-boileris kartais pagamina karštą vandenį, kartais - ne (meta klaidą). Jis sumontuotas kambaryje ir labai triukšmingai veikia. Patalynė nors švari, bet nudėvėta, Durys į viešą koridorių kiauros, su tarpais, pro jas eina šaltis. Užuolaidos per siauros, todėl naktinis gatvės apšvietimas apšviečia visus kambarius. Naktį kambariuose šviesu kaip dieną. Apibendrinant, apartamentų būklė labai bloga ir neverta dėmesio.

• Kimsen (6/5): - Good location The kitchen was not well equipped - didn’t have even a bottle opener! The heating system was very noisy - so, a good night sleep was almost impossible. The staff of the restaurant downstairs was smoking in the corridor so the smell was not pleasant.

• Marzia (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Posizione, ampiezza degli spazi e cucina ben fornita di tutto ciò che serve E’ rumoroso. Consigliabile tappi per dormire. Anche le tende non oscurano a sufficienza e al mattino c’è molta luce.

• Maria (9/5): Good location, at a price - Location. Building very dated and shabby. Linen was poor quality. Not two bedrooms, one bedroom and a bed in the lounge. Tram noise. Bathroom sink slow to drain. Boiler in the lounge made noise all night.

Hay un calentador en el salón que parece da servicio a más pisos y se enciende de a todas horas incluso por la noche , con el consiguente ruido. Estaba limpio pero parece que las sábanas no, ya que tenían alguna mancha.

• Audrone (5/5): Except proximity to the centre, very basic accomodation. - Close to city centre Noisy street with trams, not two bedrooms, but only one. Two other beds are in sitting room.Not enough kitchen utensils and plates/bowls. Cheap furniture.

• Yuliya (8/5): Very good - Location is close to the train station, main attractions and stores.Stores. Good space. The building is under renovation, staircase was kind of dirty. There was nothing provided in the kitchen, no starter coffee or tea, no oil, frying pans were not in usable condition. No toiletries. Suggest adding such things to provide a more comfortable stay.

• Angella (9/5): Good value for money - It is a really comfortable and spacious room. Really clean too. It is close to the city center and next to a mall you can leave your stuff when checking out. It provided us with almost everything that we needed. The beds and the sofa were comfortable and we had plenty of space. I would recommend since it is good value for money. The only thing that troubled us was the fact that check in was at 3pm which was kinda late since we arrived in Vienna early so we needed to use the room facilities.
