- Zain (8/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient property with easy access to the city centre and beaches. - Beautiful property, close to the beach and a few restaurants. Very convenient for bus to centre. Supermarket (Carrefour) close by. Very clean and beautifully decorated house. Perfect for a small family. Very good water pressure in the shower. Very fast internet. The rooftop terrace has sea views and gets the sun all day long. Easy communication with the owner.
The hot water boiler was not working due to a blown fuse when we arrived. Unfortunately it was a Saturday evening and the owner could not get a plumber/electrician before Monday morning. We were compensated for the lack of hot water for a couple of days. The owner also offered to pay for a nearby hotel room for us to shower in as an alternative. The boiler was fixed on Monday morning as promised. There was a lot of construction along the waterfront while we were there (only on weekdays). The council is renewing the promenade. This may only be short term.
The property is on 3 (+1) floors with narrow stairs. Not ideal for elderly people. Not a problem for us.

- Anja (9/5): Een superleuk huisje op een prachtige locatie - Prachtige locatie vlak aan zee en dicht bij restaurants, strandtenten, de wandelboulevard en de mooie stad Malaga ligt op 4,5 km. Eigenlijk niets, zelfs het weer liet niets te wensen over.
- Jan (9/5): Echt Spaans. - Op 1 uur wandelen (langs de dijk) van het historische centrum van Malaga, werkelijk tussen de Spanjaarden. Dat is hoe we het graag hebben. Fantastisch dakterrasje met zicht op zee. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Echt goede bedden. Behulpzame gastvrouw. In de winter geen probleem om een gratis parkeerplaats voor de auto te vinden. Gezellige dijk met café's en restaurants (nu weliswaar werken aan de gang). Ook gemakkelijk transport per bus naar het centrum.
- Jasmin (9/5): Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auf der Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick lässt sich perfekt der Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Wohnraum ist bei schlechtem Wetter etwas dunkel.
- Alessia (8/5): Casina deliziosa splendida posizione ideale oer 4 adulti che riescono a condividere un bagno. - La posizione. Le scale pericolose per accedere ai piani superiori e il bagno al piano terra minuscolo che ha solo water e mini lavabo.
- SaGaHe (8/5): Linda casa al lado del mal en un buen barrio en Málaga Este - La ubicación es fantástica. A 50m de la playa, en una zona con muchos bares y restaurantes, lo cual lo hace ideal para pasarla bien sin mayores preocupaciones.
La playa es buena, y hay donde alquilar toldillos y asoleadoras. La casa también tiene sombrillas para llevar a la playa y pareo y toallas de playa.
La casa está bien decorada, y es cómodo para 4 personas. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estadía cómoda.
Buen aire acondicionado y Smart TV. El primer piso es un poco oscuro y mal ventilado. El primer día había un poco de olor a humedad, pero se fue luego de un día de ventilar.
- Jeffrey (9/5): Super relaxed huisje op mega locatie. - De locatie is fantastisch, op 10-15 meter van het strand. Ook het uitzicht op alles vanaf het dakterras. De voordeur zou of een staldeur moeten zijn of met glas om net wat meer verbinding met het straatje te hebben.
- Eliška (10/5): I highly recommend! :) - Salome is very nice person! :) everything was ready and clean, she has prepared her recommendations regarding restaurants which is nice, she also has map so you know where are the bus stops, which buses you can take, I think it’s very attentive :)
Location is perfect:
• literally couple steps and you are on the beach
• grocery store Carrefour Market about 10 minutes by foot
• Bazar Alimentación right next to grocery store
• Ice cream shop Helados Cremades right next to the house (I recommend Dulce de Leche!)
• lots of bars and restaurants in the area, I recommed: - Mafalda - great burgers, great service but it's very popular so be ready to wait in line
- Ciao Pedregalejo 47 - great pizza and pasta
- La Santería - great coctails and service
In house is everything what you need, AC in every room is big +. The view from the roof terrace is breath taking, it's very nice to sit there when the sun goes down. Even though there is lots of bars and restaurants around, it's not noisy at all at night.
We really enjoyed the stay and we would definitely come back! :)

- Pertti (10/5): Architectually interesting renovated house in excellent location in Malaga. - This historical house is recently renovated. Area is the best part of Malaga. There are a lot of good restaurants and location is in the middle of 9 kilometers long beach. Salome was very service oriented and active. There are three floors in the house. I liked that, but someone with i.e. problems with mobility should realise this.
