• Alastair (9/5): Great place to stay close to the centre of Byron Bay. - Great place to stay close to the centre, I would come back. Spacious and close to town. Nice bathroom, beach towels and washing machine available. All good sized rooms . Minor improvements, I would make include having blackout curtains as the existing ones are a see-through. I would prefer a firmer mattress, but these are small points. There is no air-conditioning in the bedroom which was fine as we were there in April, but might be quite hot in peak season
• Christopher (8/5): Short family getaway in Byron - It had an excellent location within walking distance of some shopping and other attractions although the beach was a drive. The house was very peaceful and quiet Had to rake the leaves from the outdoor decks upon arrival ourselves and had to create a makeshift barricade to prevent our dog from escaping from the backyard. Pet friendly should mean that the yard is secure. Not impressed that we were asked to take out any rubbish and put any turn on the dishwasher on checkout, despite being charged an additional $150 'cleaning fee', I wonder if hosts actually understand that they are in the hospitality industry. We never had any in-person interaction with the host, just sms messages which isn't a great experience.
• Pamela (2/5): Very disappointing - The property is in need of some tlc. We booked as a 'highlight' of our Australian visit but sadly this has the worst memories for us now.
• Ty (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious! Clean! Kids loved the games! Very bright lacking some decent curtains. But wouldn’t bother us if it wasn’t for trying to keep little ones asleep.
• Louise (10/5): Perfect Byron base for our family. - Perfect for 5 of us to spread out and have space. Gorgeous decor and towels, bedding etc. Well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to a fave cafe. Upstairs bedrooms a little warm. Portable aircons were loud to run.

We loved our stay so much! - Everything, the house is stunning, location is great and it had everything you could need a more! Only tiny thing we’d say is that one more toilet would be great.

• Vanessa (9/5): Spacious and comfortable house - The place was cute and spacious. We loved the bedding - especially the pillows. Byron experienced terrible weather the day before we arrived and Luke contacted me to let me know the outside area was going to be cleaned asap. He was a lovely and considerate host. We would def come back.

• Georgia (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the cosy vibe, was perfect for 2 couples to enjoy and 15 mins walking distance to the town centre. The house was fully equipped with beautiful dining sets and cooking utensils to boardgames and plenty of linen. Will definetly be back here!

Located around the corner from the Byron Bay General Store and walking distance to the main area - Light Years, Woolworths, and all the shops and cafes. The house was very clean with beautiful furniture and finishes. The linen on the beds was gorgeous. The towels were beautiful. Environmentally friendly products were offered (body wash, hand wash, clothes wash etc). Coffee machine, toaster and kettle were great.
• Robert (10/5): Very relaxing place to stay. - Wonderful place, well located just a short walk in to town. Great cafe around the corner. Lots of space. Well equipped kitchen.
• Adrian (7/5): Comfortable, but wouldn't stay there again because of the lack of ensuite upstairs. - Light, airy spaces. Lovely views of garden. No microwave. No ensuite upstairs, so have to go down steep staircase in middle of the night to go to bathroom. Very tight squeeze in street for cars.
