• Krista (7/5): Hey guys, thanks for the stay. Better than last time (when I didn’t stay after seeing the bed propped up and no blankets - I liked how I had my own bathroom! (the toilet needs tightening, hand soap and available towels) Garbage overflowing everywhere, dirty kitchen in morning, overall needs cleaning; loud tv noises from a bedroom without a door (even at 5 am)

(5/5): Overall it was an okay experience , if in need of a room - Someone was there to welcome me and give me the opportunity to feel comfortable and talk things over .The other residents are very friendly and do their best to make you feel comfortable. There are a lot of people there so it might seem a bit intimidating at first , but very nice people. The bed in the room I rented was also very firm so that’s nice, and my suite had its own washroom , that was also nice . I wasn’t aware it was a large facility with many rooms. Did catch my surprise, but it gets the job done

• ErinMaire (4/5): Very disappointing - The place was close to many amenities. The place looked so good in the pictures. But when we arrived, it was VERY dirty. The bedsheets and blanket had multiple dirty stains on them like it had not been washed at all. I had to call for maintenance to change the whole bed linen as I couldn't see myself lying down in that bed. There was a 2-feet tall garbage bin in the bathroom that was FULL TO THE LID of garbage that hadn't been emptied. Someone even left his/her dirty loofah in the shower. The hallways were dirty. I couldn't use the fridge because even the 2 fridges in the kitchen were JAMPACKED with stuff, there was no place to put my food, I had to leave my food in the car. We stayed only one night (out of the supposed 4 nights) and transferred to another place the next day. I called and texted their number many times to ask for a refund but they kept on stalling and eventually never heard from them again.

• Krista (1/5): Didn’t stay - scam. I would like my 54 back. - I did not stay the night. The door code was not the same given. The bed was upright, not made. No sheets. I did not feel safe or would be warm. Lots of garbage in front of door. I am unable to get refund - it said it was no refundable. I wrote head office in Amsterdam as was unable to contact customer service in Canada and they charged me 88.71 (could not read English letter). I will not be using booking.com anymore. Hopefully BMO can return the 88 - the 54 would be nice too. AI is too much a part of booking.com (it even thanked me for staying the night which I didn’t).
• Lilli (1/5): It was disgustingly dirty , gross and extremely disappointing. - Location This is a false picture. With was NOT the bed or what the room looked like. I didn’t even stay here! I had to leave ! I was very dirty , the sheets hadn’t even been changed! There was dirt , hairs and bodily fluids on the sheet! NO toilet paper! Dirty used hung to dry towels. Urine on the floor! Blood on the shower curtain!
• Roze (10/5): Great atmosphere, wonderful people. Perfect location. - Friendly Owner, friendly property manager! Long term renters are also wonderful people. Stayed here multiple occasions over the last 18 months and the property manager has always been polite & professional yet personable. Many rooms in one large place, intimidating at first as they are all quiet and respectful. (mostly male tenants) After initiating cordial pleasantries I was met with a "family" atmosphere. Amenities should be updated and common areas should be replenished. My opinion is the facility would greatly benefit it's appeal and it's quality having a feminine touch and a more structured operational and maintenance standard implemented. Small things make a huge impact positively or negatively whether they're an added benefit or a lacking necessity. Great space guys! Lack of desired amenities. Short term renters require different basic amenities than longer term tenants. Providing a convenient low cost basic supply persobalized to each room based on these two different types of renters or at minimum an option to aquire commonly needed items on-site available for purchase or use would be a needed service as the availability of basic needs are not typically met.

• Adrian (1/5): Devastating - There is a bathroom single bathroom Pretty much, everything was dirty unkept, and it stunk
• Daryl (7/5): - Other full time renters good people and clean up after themselves. Toby keeps the place pretty clean but hard to be always cleaning with 10+ people there at all times. Always cold. You need to have a space heater and never more than a minute warm shower.

• Lukings (1/5): Bad! - It looked nice from the outside. Close to a bus stop. It was gross, everything was broken, dirty or not there. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

• Swea (1/5): This was a SCAM, do not stay there! - Nothing!! Extremely dirty - not just my room but the entire house, plus it smelled like smoke and drugs. My room was not cleaned before I got there (2h after check-in time). I was not able to stay there and had to book another place last minute. Awful communication with the owner, who completely ignored my messages and did nothing to fix the situation.

• Kristýna (1/5): - Disgusting, everything was dirty. Garbage bin in our room wasn't emptied after previous visitors, floor was sticky, garbage and dust under bed. I'm not sure if our bedding was changed after previous visitors. Kitchen was also horribly dirty, we reather did't use it. The house was noisy throughout the night. Teribble for that price.
• Adrian (10/5): I would definitely stay there again and perhaps even rent it for the month - Convenient to have your own washroom connected to the bedroom. I enjoyed not having to share it. Nothing everything was great. I wouldn’t change a thing.

• Michael (10/5): big room! - Great price, great people inside. big spacious room. close to where I needed to go. quiet for the most part however if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs in case. could have been a bit cleaner on the stairwells but with windows open and construction on both sides of the house, the host and cleaning people can't be there 24 hours a day to clean minute things like that overall great stay and likely will rebook shortly no real issues
