• Lorena (7/5): - Ótima localização a estadia foi boa porém tinha algumas questões… O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido então em poucos minutos de banho a água enchia e vazava e molhava todo o banheiro, outro ponto a maçaneta (creio que estava precisando firmar com algum parafuso) do quarto é eletrônica e depois que emite o sinal sonoro você pode abrir porém toda vez que chegávamos ela demorava muito para funcionar e não tinha nenhuma outra alternativa de acesso.
• Daniela (7/5): Vale su ubicación - Lo mejor es su ubicación, aunque Termini durante el día es una zona ruidosa, durante la noche está cerca de muchos lugares para comer con buen ambiente. Había un cable eléctrico suelto en el baño, donde se apoyaban las toallas, muy peligroso. Lo informamos a la persona de limpieza al hacer el check out para que puedan arreglarlo. El desayuno era muy escaso pero ok.

Room was dirty , stains on furniture / look like it’s been hit with a hammer as big dents, worst thing was I got locked in the bathroom as the door handle was broken, they used some old tissue paper to stop the door clicking into the latch but this fell out ! Loud noises from the pipework from rooms above and somebody doing maintenance on other rooms early in the morning ! would not recommend staying here, as we asked to move on the first day and they said they would authorise a refund but we had to wait for them to contact booking.com which they never did, until the last day of our holiday, which was pointless,

Communication facile avec Sheyla l’hôte qui répond rapidement sur whatsa - Très bien situé, calme de la chambre, bonne literie, café et eau à disposition ainsi que petits gâteaux - très appréciable . Chambre vraiment très très sombre, jamais vu le soleil y entrer et idem douche sans fenêtre . Il y a une petite cuisine mais pas d’ustensiles pour cuisiner , et aucune assiette à disposition. Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas poser ses bagages avant 15h, nous avons atterri à 8h et avons dû attendre 7h avec nos bagages pour notre 1ere journée à Rome.

Easy to find and access with great instructions and individualised service from our host and very flexible on check in times too. Not quite as new as the pictures showed, showing its age with things broken etc But still clean and comfortable. And the toilet light was on a sensor not a switch so would come on if you got up in the middle of the night and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it off

• Robytimo (9/5): Mini vacanza/fuga di due notti a Roma. - L'appartamento si trova al piano ammezzato di un palazzo storico di via Merulana, sito a pochi metri dalla Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini (intermodale treno/bus/metro/tram). La zona è super ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e vi sono ristoranti tipici, bar, supermercati, e depositi bagagli anche automatici proprio sotto casa. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge tramite la passeggiata di Colle Oppio la Domus Aurea ed il sito archeologico del Colosseo. L'appartamento è composto da grande zona giorno con divano, tv e cucina attrezzata con tutto ciò che serve per una colazione etc. Vi sono due stanze cui si accede con una App dallo smartphone/codice numerico. La stanza 8 è grande ed ha un bagno separato dal box doccia. La stanza ha anch'essa una smart tv e acqua di benvenuto. Migliorerei il materasso e possibilmente i sanitari del wc. In ogni caso funziona tutto molto bene e non manca nulla né shampoo né asciugamani.

• Britta (8/5): Nice stay close to Termini - Lovely spacious bedroom with zero noise from the street. Comfy bed. And very good location close to termini. There was a beeping noise from somewhere in the building all night and the toilet flush of the neighbours above was very loud and was used plenty of times. The bathroom was clean but could really do with an update. The toilet seat was broken.

• Natalia (10/5): - My stay in this apartment was wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need. A comfortable bed for relaxing after sightseeing. Delicious coffee, juices, water, and other snacks were available for guests. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. As a woman alone, I wasn't afraid to walk around after 6 a.m. or around 10 p.m. The location is perfect for sightseeing. It's safe. There are many good restaurants nearby, and the wonderful Regoli patisserie serves delicious coffee and sweets. Good and quick communication. Thank you, and I will definitely return.

• Maria Dina (7/5): Roma , è sempre bella . - Si trova in un posto strategico, vicino al Colosseo, e al centro di Roma , vicino c’è una stazione metro . Abbiamo apprezzato la frutta nella cucina , e il caffè , tè.. per la colazione. Il Wi-Fi era malissimo , non c’era una buona segnale , praticamente inesistente. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà anche a entrare al palazzo , e sopratutto al appartamento, i codici non funzionavano perché il Wi-Fi praticamente non c’era . Problema risolto dopo poco tempo per fortuna, grazie alla responsabile che ci ha dato dei nuovi codici , senza il bisogno di Wi-Fi.

• Patricia (8/5): calme et bon rapport qualité / prix - Le calme et non loin de la gare La salle de bain est très vétuste et, le manque de lumière car l’appartement donne sur une cour intérieure côté chambre et un toit côté salon. Il y a une caméra dans la salle à manger et salon et, des détecteurs de mouvement cela m’a dérangée.

• Charlotte (8/5): - Chambre conforme aux photos. Il s'agit d'une chambre situé dans un appartement "hôtel". Le lit était confortable, il y avait des espaces rangement, une douche à l'italienne. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours. On reçoit une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre tous les jours. Il y a un espace commun dans lequel vous disposez d'une machine à café/thé, un frigo, four à micro onde, quelques ustensiles de cuisine et une taque (cependant juste une toute petite casserole). Il y a chaque matin quelques biscuits / cakes pour le petit-déjeuner que vous pouvez emporter pour vos visites ainsi que des jus de fruits dans le frigo. Il y a une table et des chaises pour s'asseoir. Le logement est situé à 5 min à pieds de la gare Termini ce qui est très pratique lorsque vous venez de l'aéroport Fumicino. Le logement est situé à proximité de la basilique St Maggiore, le quartier est sympa et pas trop touristique. Vous y trouverez de chouettes petites trattoria, mais aussi une boulangerie, des cafés. Le logement est situé à 15-20 min à pied du Colisée et du Forum et à 30 minutes à pied de la Fontaine de Trevis / Place d'Espagne. Si vous ne souhaitez pas marcher, vous avez le métro juste à côté qui vous permet de rejoindre facilement les différents sites de visite. L'entrée dans l'immeuble se fait de façon autonome au moyen d'un téléphone. Je recommande Nous avons eu un soir des voisines un peu bruyantes qui nous ont réveillé tôt le matin. L'isolation sonore n'est donc pas au top mais cela ne nous a pas trop indisposé. Attention que vous devez impérativement disposer d'une connexion internet (4G) pour pouvoir entrer dans l'immeuble. Il n'y a en effet pas de clé physique. Vous recevez des codes pour entrer dans l'appartement et ensuite dans la chambre via téléphone. L'entrée dans l'immeuble se fait via un site internet auquel vous devez pouvoir accéder qui permet de débloquer électroniquement la porte d'entrée. Il devrait y avoir un peu plus de matériel de cuisine pour permettre aux hôtes de cuisiner réellement quelque chose (casserole/ poele, ...)

Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, ho chiesto di poter entrare in struttura prima dell'orario di check in per depositare il bagaglio, mi hanno aperto da remoto, così come ho chiesto di poter lasciare il bagaglio oltre il check out e recuperarlo in seguito, richiesta sempre approvata.

Camera molto bella, cucina e servizio colazione in appartamento, grande disponiblità dell'host che a distanza di guida e assiste in tutto. Sicuramente da memorizzare per la prossima visita a Roma Che il tempo passa troppo in fretta e la vacanza sia finita

• Tatiana Roncato (7/5): Bom custo benefício - É importante ressaltar que este local funciona mais como um Airbnb do que um hotel tradicional. É um apartamento com sala, cozinha e dois quartos com banheiro. A localização é excelente: cerca de 600m da estação Termini e 1km do centro histórico. Pontos positivos: O quarto é grande, limpo e a cama é muito confortável. O Wi-Fi funciona muito bem, o que ajuda na hora do check-in, já que o acesso é feito por códigos sem ninguém para te receber. Oferecem café de máquina e água e suco, além de algumas bolachas como cortesia. O frigobar é de uso comunitário dos hóspedes e bem pequeno mas funciona bem. Pontos a melhorar: O chuveiro tem pouca pressão, embora a água seja quente, e eles deixam amenidades disponíveis. A cozinha é pouco equipada e faltam utensílios básicos (não havia nem pratos), o que dificulta preparar qualquer lanche, não contem com isso na estadia. Além disso, a sala tinha um cheiro forte de cigarro, o quarto não, e o isolamento acústico não é bom; ouvi tudo do quarto ao lado. Como não há gerência no local, problemas com barulho de outros hóspedes podem ser frustrantes, principalmente música alta de manhã e risadas ao longo da noite. No dia de sair a responsável disse que eu poderia deixar a mala na sala até minha troca de hotel, mas ela desabilitou minha entrada no prédio e apartamento e fiquei fechada pra fora sem acesso, por sorte a pessoa que tb estava usando o apartamento estava lá e consegui sair!

Ce n’est pas dérangeant puisque c’est rapide mais c’est assez surprenant. Malgré tout, ça reste un très bon logement! Je recommande et je remercie l’hôte pour sa gentillesse et sa rapidité à répondre aux messages.

That the bathroom light and fan comes on with a sensor which can be quite annoying when you are relaxing. It was also a little annoying having a large apartment with no iron but that's ok.

La stanza è spaziosa e pulita, il letto comodo. Nello spazio comune c'è anche il necessario per fare una piccola colazione, in ogni caso attorno ci sono tanti bar e ristoranti.

Et il y avait pas de pommeau de douche en plus du gros pommeau de douche c'est dommage mais n'a pas été un frein à notre confort.

• Carla (8/5): Perfecto para turismo en Roma - Esta cerca del colisseo y de la estacion termini, a unos 30 min de Trevi. El apartamento esta bien, sin lujos, pero lo necesario para ir a descansar. A destacar la amabilidad de la propietaria, facilidad para dejar el equipaje alli el dia de salida y su rapida respuesta y atencion Por las noches intentabamos no utilizar el agua baño porque se encendia la bomba del agua y hacia mucho ruido y no queriamos molestar, pero se para enseguida

• Amy (8/5): - Room comfortable and large size. Liked the seperate kitchen bit with access to fridge, coffee machine etc. Liked how you used your phone to access the building. The location is a bit out of the way. It's convenient if you want to use the train station and is only 15 minutes to the Colosseum. If you want to get to the Trevi Fountain it's 30 minutes walking which we didn't mind but a warning for those that aren't as mobile and need to closer to attractions.

• Lena (8/5): - The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The little kitchen in the shared area only had necessities but everything you'd need. The owner responded very fast to my questions and the building felt very safe. The shower was big and the whole room and shared area quite spacious. The walk to the Train station Roma Termini was only 10 minutes long. All in all a comfortable stay. The water system in the house was very loud. Every night between 21-22:30 there was a loud noise every 10-15 seconds that sounded like flushing the toilet. I guess it was the water system bc someone took a shower/washed their clothes etc. Nothing the owner could do about that I think though.
