- Jonathan (10/5): - Incredible location, it really is as good as the pictures look. Wonderfully decorated house. The giant terrace has views to die for, such an enjoyable stay! Wouldn’t hesitate to come again. If you book the three bedroom configuration, downstairs room felt a bit dark and slightly damp compared to the rest of the house. It didn’t stop us loving our stay though and still highly recommend.

- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect. What a beautiful view!! Thank you so much for allowing us to "borrow" your beautiful house for a couple of nights. We will definitely return as there was so much more of Merimbula and it's surrounds that we wanted to explore. Our only criticism was the lack of heating/cooling in the bedrooms. Our two nights were quiet warm and a ceiling fan or air-conditioner would have been very welcome.
- Signe (10/5): We would highly recommend this property. You can walk everywhere, views to die for! - Brilliant location and spectacular views. The property managers were great and prompt with any requests. The drive way is a cardio workout!

Beautiful relaxing home with modern appliances and furnish - Fabulous views, close to town, clean, lovely furniture to relax on, bunk beds were loved by the kids (even the 18 yr old), and great amenities. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning sun with a coffee. Loved everything - an improvement might be to have a heater in the bottom bedroom though as winter approaches.
- Cassie (8/5): The perfect stay! - There was no breakfast provided(that was a question in this box). I loved the view, and the whole house. The kids also loved it, it’s great for families. I wasn’t very happy with the fact that it was $422 on the last day and had to check out by 9:30am- I would have much preferred at least 10:30-11am (considering cleaning time).
