Would definitely stay again on another trip up north. - Location, the lovely host, all the cooking utensils etc in the kitchen, size of the rooms, the extra shower and toilet downstairs. Has fans which work well, but not as well as air conditioning- see note below. Would have rated even higher if this was installed. No air conditioning- but this will be installed shortly.

• Sandy (10/5): Beautiful Ocean Views - Everything was great. The place is a little bit dated, but it was comfortable and I love the fact I could hear the ocean at night. Some of the people in the other units were a bit loud at times.

• Nicola (9/5): Superb - The location was amazing - you can hear the surf from the bedrooms and plenty of wildlife nearby - I was lucky enough to see about 50 dolphins just off Emerald Beach The beds were very hard

• Angela (10/5): Home from home. We loved it. - We loved the location and comfort of the town house. It is steps from the beach which was a huge bonus. There is a coastal walk around a headland which is great for a morning walk or jog. Best of all you will see kangaroos roaming in the area. Our stay was over Christmas and I had been in contact with Kelly (one of the cohosts)who was immensely helpful and responsive. She called numerous restaurants on my behalf to see if they were open for dinner. I really appreciated that. In the end I made Christmas dinner as the house was well equipped and she had very thoughtful items like milk, cheese and crackers etc. that we did not expect but we did appreciate.

All creature comforts were there, including a quick message to tell us there was a potential hail storm headed our way! Absolutely nothing!

If I could only suggest one thing it would be a heater or blankets for the living area as it was cold the night we stayed.
