• Elisabetta (9/5): - Appartamento grande e silenzioso a due passi dalla metro Cipro e dalla fermata dell’autobus. Deborah molto disponibile, non ci siamo incontrate ma gli scambi al cellulare sono stati molto rapidi ed efficienti.

• Viviana (10/5): - L’appartamento ampio con un bel balcone. Le stanze ampie con letti comodi e aria condizionata. Cucina funzionale. Il condominio silenzioso. La zona in cui è collocata è strategica perché vicino alla metro e al capolinea di autobus che raggiungono altre zone del centro in cui non arriva la metropolitana. Vicino ci sono supermercati e tanti negozi. Vicino alla metro c’è anche un distributore di acqua depurata gratuita. Insomma, non mancava nulla! Nulla.
• Juan (8/5): Cerca del metro. - Cerca del metro. Funcionaron bien las instalaciones. Cuando van cuatro personas solo hay preparadas dos camas grandes, hay que avisar si quieres utilizar las otras ya que no hay juego de cama para ellas. Si las pides solo te dan una sabana no el juego. Hay que vaciar el agua del aire acondicionado, cuidado que el depósito pesa.
• Maria (5/5): Great location lovely apartment No hot water - The property was in a very good location, good bars shops and restaurants. The fact that was on the 7th floor and not really good for a disable person as there were 5 big steps to get to the lift. Parking was a nightmare. Coffees and teas makers but not coffees capsules nor teas, sugar nor milk. No Hot water for the whole stay. Could not get a warm shower.

• George (9/5): Good place to stay for three or more people. - I liked the space and size of the beds and bedroom. Also the size of the bathroom. Although on the 7th floor they had a small elevator that was not used as much as I thought it would be, so we did not have to wait for long periods of time going up and down. The people in other units were friendly. Also a BIG plus is that there was enough hot water for three of us to take our morning showers and get ready for the day. The only slight negative would be that we had to pay the city tax for the stay in cash. I knew that the payment is done directly to homeowner but didn't realize it had to be in Euros. So we had to pull money out of an ATM to cover since we try to bring as little cash as possible. The only other negative was a repair was scheduled during our stay for a gas sensor to be placed for the cooking area. We were told that it was very hard to find a technician so they booked unfortunately during our stay. So we tried to leave the apartment while they worked on it.

House is comfortable and very clean, we were 4 but could have accommodated 6 easily. We didn't use the air con as it was December, but heating was good. Bathroom sink could do with a make over (doesn't affect functionality, just look)

• Teresita (10/5): Exceptional - We are family of 5 we enjoyed our stay here. Very safe and secure. With big rooms and comfortable beds and place is clean. The place is walkable to train station and 10 mins. Walk to Vatican Museum. Highly recommended.
• Elly (8/5): Hidden gem - I stayed here for 4 nights tavelling from Australia with my father and 4 sisters. Fantastic location! Right near the metro train station so very easy to get to attractions. Friendly neighbourhood, lovely to walk around and explore by foot. Best coffee bar just around the corner. Close to a little grocery store for necessities and best pizza in Rome less than 100m away. Comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Overall great place to stay. Take time to explore the streets, you might stumble across bars and restaurants underground. Bit of advice....don't take the stairs haha enjoy. Nothing... embrace the quirks.

There is a metro nearby that connects to the city center, many restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood, a 10-minute walk to the Vatican. The host is very kind. My recommendation and we are definitely coming back ☺️😍

• Margus (9/5): Superb - The location is good, right next to the metro stop, so quick access to everywhere. Vatican within walking distance. The apartment was very clean. The beds are great. There are several shops nearby, one of them open 24 hours. Right around the corner is a nice cafe where you can have your morning coffee or have an Italian lunch without paying the tourist price. In addition, a good Asian restaurant is two steps away. The only downside is the weak water pressure. In addition, the living room could be furnished more comfortably.

• Ernesto (8/5): Very correct place. Practical and confortable for 6 people. I recomend it. - Very clean. The beds were confortable and good space. It was very close to a metro station, which made it easier to move around. It is still a ling walk to the Vatican. The elevator stops working after certain hours in the night. Which was a challenge our first night after visiting the city.

Location, there is one of the most popular pizza places just next to the building and there is a very good bakery just across the street. Also there is a supermarket and most importantly the Cipro metro station is 100 m from the place. Nothing really

There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and cooking. Large rooms with gorgeous design. There is a large supermarket nearby that is open 24/7, which is very useful for late arrivals. I want to thanks to the owner, who was always in touch, helped with restaurant recommendations. We have only positive impressions of the city and apartment. I recommend it!
• Marek (9/5): We felt good and spent a nice stay in Rome. - The apartment was close to the metro, a 24/7 shop, so the location was great. The apartment was clean. We were greeted with a gift in the form of wine and chips. Since we were in November and it was not yet the heating season, the apartment seemed a little colder in the evening, since it was not possible to turn on the radiators yet. But we solved it with slippers and warmer clothes.
