• Barry (9/5): Loved it. Would definitely stay again if need be. - We really just needed somewhere close to Richmond. We had travelled from Port Arthur and when we arrived we were all very pleasantly surprised. The furnishings and how it was decorated well absolutely beautiful and everything was so clean. Heaps of room and comfy beds. The gardens were beautiful too. The only thing we all didn't go much on, and it didn't really inconvenience us that much, was how the shared bathroom was situated.
• Larbmahanond (9/5): A Truly Enchanting Stay - From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most stunning flower gardens and beautifully landscaped trees. Everything is kept so neatly, making for a perfect first impression. The property also offers convenient on-site parking, which made our arrival very smooth. ​The interior of the house is equally impressive—the first thing we noticed was how wonderfully fragrant the home smelled. It is equipped with great amenities, including a TV with Apple TV and a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware you could possibly need. ​A small note to the host: We enjoyed cooking some Thai dishes during our stay, which we fear might have slightly competed with the lovely home fragrance! We apologize for that, but we made sure to leave the kitchen sparkling clean for you. The bedrooms were another highlight, featuring charming and cozy bedding. Regarding the layout, the main bedroom is accessed through the shared bathroom. While we understand this is likely due to space constraints, adding locks on the bathroom doors would greatly improve privacy and comfort for groups sharing the space. ​Overall, it is a beautiful and well-equipped home that we truly enjoyed.

• Miriam (10/5): Such a beautiful property so lovely and clean and comfortable! - Gorgeous gardens, lovely and perfectly cleaned with beautiful spacious rooms, great kitchen with plenty of utensils and cooking facilities, very comfortable beds and nice linen. Only thing is no locks on toilets when a two way bathroom and sharing. Also no shower caddy so you have to bend to the floor to keep using your cleaning products.
• Lok (9/5): - Comfortable and clean, kitchen well equipped. Beautiful garden. Straight forward checkin and instructions were clear. Access to rear bedroom is awkward. Only access is through the other bedroom and then through the bathroom.
• Leon (9/5): Make sure you explore the garden. - The cottage is spotless with a magnificent garden to explore and right on the bay. Only 15 minutes to the airport the next morning was great for us. Parking on the property right outside the door. Only 5 minutes to Midway tavern and service station. Should have stayed more than one night.

• sandra (10/5): A cosy quiet stay for a couple in an amazing garden setting. - Staying in this extremely comfortable, clean and excellently appointed cottage was heavenly. The garden was delightful to enjoy. Although it has two bedrooms, we felt that it is really ideal for one couple due to placement of bathroom, only two lounge chairs and small table as dining table.

Everything was perfect!

A very beautiful garden The layout of this 2 bedroom property is very strange. The bathroom+toilet is in between of the rooms. The front room must go through the bathroom and the 2nd room to go into the kitchen. The bathroom has no locks in both ends It is very inconvenient. Both of the front and back door locks did not function. The back door was locked and could not be opened. We went inside from the front door, but we could not lock it when we left. It is not safe! The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not function.

Decor was divine and everything was cosy and well thought out. Simply love this place. Beautiful hand wash and shampoos and shower gels. Lovely jam and butter left to use. Would recommend this place 💯. So lovely It’s winter for our visit and cold and icy and we would love to see a clothes dryer There are beautiful washing facilities but no inside clothes dryer or airer. A dryer would make it perfection.

• Denise (10/5): Amazing garden, comfortable stay in Penna - The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we found everything we needed. We travelled to see Richmond and Port Arthur before flying out of Hobart airport only ten minutes away. The garden is truly magnificent. The property would suit two couples as there are two big double rooms with a shared bathroom between them. The only issue is that to get to the living space one couple would have to go through the bathroom and the other bedroom. Might be tricky at night perhaps? Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom makes a loud racket. Minor issues, we had a great time.
